Besides Transformers i also love Justice league, Teen Titans and Batman Beyond.
Recently I started watching the new DC animated series "Legion of Superheroes" and it's very good IMO. One of the main characters is a young Superman, the others are Teenage Superheroes from the 31'th century.
So far just aired on WB Kids channel (i've heard at least) and they aren't exactly spitting out new episodes every week or so but the first six episodes can be found on youtube, here:
