Season 2 Discussion

So we're steadily approaching the next season. I'm currently working on Orcariner's new profile, even using the computer mouse to draw his picture. Just curious, though, are we planning on raising the total figure for character stats? If so, by how much are we thinking?

Hm. Good question, Alak. I'm actually not too good at that stuff... Heh. Maybe NK or Blazemane can throw out some ideas on that.

I'm a little more concerned about finding people to play Silverbolt and Quickstrike, but I suppose they're a couple episodes away yet.

That reminds me... I have to update the roster for season 2. Both my canon characters are getting killed off and I need to make new profiles for transmetals and fuzors. Not sure how far along everyone is with designing their Season 2 characters, but I suppose I'll just edit those OC profiles as people complete them.

Despite how she will look obsolete compared to the transmetal, it may make so good development as she will have to probably find a new way to handle such a upgrade and stuff. XDD

Also, she is so awesome right now. She is keeping her mane XDD Horses are so pretty. XDD Sorry XD

If you can come up with stats, height, picture, etc, then I can make a mini-profile for Saber-Hulk. It'll be attached to her current one.

Alright, but the tranformation has nothing to do with her robot form. Even if she is in her robot form she has no choice but to revert to her beast mode when the creature takes hold.

Of course Wintersong I already plan to make transmetal but as for Snow Trix I'm still debating of probably killing her off the same time as Terrorsaur and Scorponok or keeping her all together.

lol if it helps with the decision, that'll be 3 Predacons dying at the start of Season 2 while Maximals lose no one.

Excuse me, Alak, they'll be losing their leader, so the Maximals will lose one. ...Temporarily. Kidding! I'm sure you meant permanent character deaths... Even so, for an episode or two, I will be heart broken and almost bored. Almost. Besides, it's not the Maximals fault that the Predacons decided to park their ship on lava.

Can't wait to see Wintersong TransMetal! Should be fun.

Well it is still possible for other upgrades for characters too. Like Orcariner's boosters, Glowstick's sword and so on. Maybe to deal with the situation you could have Whitegrazer take up some sort of enhanced equipment since she has an ability slot and two weapon slots open. I think something she'd probably use rather well would be a supplementary armor accessory, like tekkos or armguards/bracers/vanbrance or whatever you want to call them. It'd at least help as shielding when blocking incoming firepower and reduce any damage to her knuckles when throwing a punch. Or Stun dusters to give a electric bite to punches and so on.. If you have any ideas you can always ask Rhinox or Icebreaker to build something for her, same goes for any of the Maximals really.

Stats wise on Transmetals.. well if you go by the toys, it's a full 10 points higher. I think that might be a bit much. Since we don't use those stats even on the canon characters, I'm assuming maybe 3 or 5 more stat points.


As for transmetal stuff..Not really sure in the case of Icebreaker. I mean, I probably made him too overpowered as is with being a walking swiss army knife of weapons,camping gear, and medical supplies. Though I'm sure a transmetal penguin would look cool.. while the vehicle mode would probably look as weird as Megatron's..

In Glowstick's case, I've had designs in mind for a few months but nothing that I really liked. I originally had him planned to die in Season one, though I'm not sure the Predacons would be too happy losing him. So I'll probably keep him around and increase his size/mass a bit so Orcariner might have a real fist fight with someone for once, though not entirely to Orcariner's scale. Part of the problem with a TM Glowstick is.. figuring out how or what that'd look like. Glowstick's body is probably the weirdest out of any of the characters in the game appearance wise with the light effects, transparency, and limbs everywhere. I guess I'll probably just end up having a similar build for him though weapons wise and just tweak some things here or there.

*L* Oh man.. Primal raising from the dead. I don't even know HOW Rhinox got the idea of "I'm going to go into space using this magic chair that sends a ion trail out and lets me".. I can't even finish that sentience it's the most trippy thing in beastwars. But I guess now Rhinox is going to be raising two things from the dead.. maybe.

Frilla of course I am turning transmetal.^^ It may actually give her some help armor wise considering it's very weak now, so I might make it slightly thicker in season 2. Feralnight of course will fit i better then since she stands out among the Maximals already. XD

If the Predacons end up a bit out numbered and Snow Trix kicks the bucket may end up making a new Predacon instead since I've sort of been having plans for a while to kill her off at the beginning of season 2 anyway. Though still taking in consideration of doing it a little before then if that is possible.

Well, technically the endurance stat is represenative not only of energy, but of armor..and Frilla has a 8. Her armor should probably be as tough as Orcariner's or Rhinox.

lol have fun trying to write out the whole resurrection process for Primal. Use as much pseudo-science as possible... or just say everything somehow worked out lol.
