I like Razor One's format, plus having a predetermined template makes the planning process much easier.

My suggestion would be to come up with a different character each week until each one has some time to shine. Create different skits perhaps highlighting the accomplishments of the current character (I'd be up for a voice acting skit). Do a contest (perhaps a "Name That Sound"? or "5 Trivia Questions that Only a True BW Fan Could Answer"? or "Who Said It"? where someone reads an obscure line from a character in their normal voice and people try to guess who said it) and post the winner in the weekly update or the next broadcast (who would be selected by sending their answers via e-mail).

It might be cool to have two constant DJs and then rotate in one guest DJ per week from here on the forum.

Oh, and a Monty Python re-enactment skit sounds extremely fun.

I love all your suggestions, CabooseMoose. The two constant DJs were to be Miss Special and myself, but I'd LOVE to bring in others. It'd be a fun way, too, to show how International we are. I mean, frickin' Australia and Pakistan and Curacao, dude! lol It's awesome.

I also really like Razor One's program. I'm going to take everyone's good suggestions, sort them out and post a program up in the next week or so, so people can be allocated parts to do and we can get the ball rolling.

If any of you have any more ideas to offer, or are just plain enthusiastic about doing this, let me know in this thread and I'll take everything said into consideration.

Also, Crab, Moosey and Razor seem to be technically clued up on the actual synching and making of these things, so any help from you guys (I know you've offered) is really appreciated. ^_^

Sounds like a good interesting idea

Maybe even put in some of our fav music in the program, like a theme song or just songs you like. (Different countries, different people, different likes in music.) That could be a great addition.
