A Beast Wars movie anyone?

The quote on the homepage "We loved the show, and it ended, and gorram it, we weren't finished watching it!" got me thinking about how we complain so much about the ending. Well, if we didn't like it, let's do something about it!

There were any number of stasis pods left behind after the series, not to mention the Beast Warriors probably had families that they left behind, right? I'm sure we can find wiggle room somewhere to stick ourselves and whatever plot we come up with in... And hey, even if we just did short 20-minute clips, it would give the artists, VAs and writers stuff for their career portfolios! *waves career incentives around*

Maybe just check out what they are doing, and think about it.

I don't see why a group of dedicated individuals couldn't do it. Yeah it wouldn't be perfect but it would be cool! It would be possible to model the characters and recreate the scenery but it wouldn't be that hard I would think. Even though it wouldn't be possible to get the original voice actors to do the voice-overs the you could get the voices to sound close, even if the lines were recorded using different people, by messing with the pitch and such in a prgram like SONAR's Cakewalk audio mixing software. It would be neat just to make 1 episode, just a small thing (it might be cool to pick a particularly good fan fic to base the story on, or create a new one).

Hm,maybe you could have a few 'comebacks'(e.g terrorsaur & scorponok,original dinobot etc.) Or perhaps some new animation schemes or something OR sapphires idea of the rest of the pods would be good,but maybe they would land on present day earth,in an animals habitat(e.g a rainforest,desert,ice caps,mountain etc.) because the beast wars toyline tech specs said they were on present day earth i.e on original megatron bio it said he had 'stolen t-rex DNA from human scientists' so maybe...?

*thinks about BW movie some more* Hmmm... megabinary idea... *shakes head* whoa, sorry, 'had an out of Beast Wars' experience there. But it is a great idea.

Maybe if we made one, it would look good for our portfolio. Why not, my second and third options if art doesn't work out are script writting and voice acting.

How about it? We can decide if it's pre, post or just inside the Beast Wars but we'll work on a script first.

I like it1 But first,if we are doing a script,what kind of plot would we do? Stick with characters we know or maybe some new ones? Past or present earth? The choices are seemingly unlimited.

I like the idea of a BW movie. In fact, I would like these movie ideas:

It's based on the time between Beast Wars and Beast Machines, and focuses on the main team and what happened to them.

The same, except it's based on the Maxies and Preds that are still on Earth in those stasis pods, like Ramulus.

It is based during the Beast Wars time, and tells the story of the toy-only characters. Something like a movie version of Beast Wars: The Gathering or something.

It's based on the past of the Maximals and Predacons of the show, and it tells every single one's life story, or the way how they got on the crews. Or then, it shows Rampage's past and tells the story of how he became a psycho, and shows the flashbacks from the episodes in full light now.

Something like that, maybe?

Yeah,if there was a beast wars movie,i think the'leftover stasis pods hidden after the beast warriors' idea is probably the best.
