*giggles* I don't think Megs having a rubber ducky makes him weird, it's just that he needs someone to talk to who won't talk back. xD
Besides, he's got that tub, so there HAS to be a ducky too!
I agree with Velociberg, "eccentric" might be a better word for Megatron.
*must resist crawling through the computer to cuddle Veloci's avvie* >_> <_<

OK lets take this concept up a notch. Is Megatron really the bad guy?
If you look at the evidence placed in Beast Wars, there are a few factors which makes Megatron's cause somewhat justifiable. The best example of which is the somewhat subjugated position the Predacon faction has been forced to endure at the hands of the Maximals. No doubt the Maximals have good reason to fear the Predacons gaining any sort of power, however slavery is slavery. By taking this perspective, Megatron is a freedom fighter who is trying to shake off the shackles of an oppressive culture and regain honour for the Predacon faction. He is driven by this single-minded ambition and he is unwavering in his dedication to this cause. Toying with the very laws of space and time are not beneath him and he would gladly risk destroying his very own position in reality for the glory of the Predacons. Perhaps Megatron is the true hero of this series...
and perhaps Dinobot wears pink frilly dresses in his spare time.

lalala...dunno waht to say to tht...
sure a pred freedom fighter is a concept...i didnt really think they were slaves though...its not like beast of burden in stargate with the unas...
freedom fighter. interesting with one teensy problem:
YOU DO NOT DEMAND UNIVERSAL DOMINATION FOR THE SO-CALLED SUFFERERS
who could claim to be a freedom fighter and rulke the whole galaxy with a steel fist? i love megs, but its more for self glory and preservtion tan for the predacon cause
but i do agree that the maximals are afraid of an uprising...once a pred? ppf! pishtosh! thts why theyv stayed in 'dominance' for centuries and whatever...
okay...
MEGATRON IS A WONDERFUL TYPE OF WIERD...LIKE MEEEEEE!!!!!

I think Megatron is a freedom fighter, but the way he chooses to achieve his goals are highly questionable. I wouldn't call him a hero though. After all, Dinobot was also convinced that the Maximals were tyrants and oppressors, but in the end he was convinced that Megatron was mad and broke away from him, for good. (Maximal No More)
That Dinobot was willing to steal a disk and brand himself a criminal of Cybertron, as well as leave the Maximals when the chance for a Predacon victory was near, is a sign of some prejudice, methinks.
The Maximals are nearly as bad as the Predacons, if you ask me. Rampage is a perfect example of this. Before the Starscream imitation spark procedure, he was probably just an ordinary Maximal. Now he's a mass murderer of epic and psychotic proportions--all due to a secret Maximal Elder attempt to create super-soldiers. So while the favorite Maximals like Optimus and Cheetor represent the greatest of Maximals, Rampage represents how low they can go.
