It's been rumored for a while, but now it's been confirmed:

Based off his Season 1 body-- the silhouette just looks like blacked-out versions of his show models (I don't think a toy could get quite THAT accurate), but it appears Primal won't be alone on a Masterpiece Beast Wars shelf! More details coming soon, I'd assume.
