New BW-related TFCC exclusives upcoming

Don't know how many of you have been paying attention to all the news coming out from this years' Botcon, but I was ecstatic at this year's panel when they made true on something I had wanted a long time ago, as you can see here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3067

Yup, pre-BW Depth Charge is the "freebie" exclusive next year. And he sure is purdy:

A little bit of an update regarding Depth Charge-- the final product version of him has been posted in robot mode (up until now we've seen digital photoshops):

Apparently he'll be shipping out in late spring/early summer.

Also, regarding this Depth Charge-- he is NOT, as I originally thought, a pre-BW Depth Charge. As explained in the most recent club magazine, he's an alternate universe Depth Charge-- one where he successfully destroyed Protoform X before the latter was assigned to the Axalon. In that universe, Depth Charge was then given an assignment to become a general tracker/hunter for the Council, and was eventually sent after four renegades who had escaped the dimension-- Blackarachnia, Nightscream, Immorticon, and Scavenger. He followed them to the universe they had traveled to (Axiom Nexus, the Transtech universe). He found Shattered Glass Alpha Trion (who he didn't know was evil), who insisted that the four DC had been after had already been killed, and showed them the bodies (those who've been following the Club fiction for years knew that SG Alpha Trion upgraded those four with Transtech bodies to blend in better with society). DC was apparently satisfied, but he had no way to get back to his home universe, and thus stayed in Axiom Nexus. In the Club magazine recently he has gotten "hired" for a job to hunt down a target presumably in the Shattered Glass Beast Wars.

Interesting that they chose not to make in a pre-BW Depth Charge (at least for the Beast Wars that we know). That kind of fits in more nicely with plans jumbling around in my head for my own stories though.
