"Perhaps they were only here in mind or spirit for those visits, And this time we will meet them face to face." Shaking his head, he added, "But why the violence and hatred from them? I just don't understand."
"We haven't exactly been the most careful tenants." Airazor added, implying that in their stay, they've blown a few alien things up. Perhaps they're coming to seek revenge. Then again, they simply may want to know more about the cyberonians. They didn't know the answer but they were soon to find out.
"We can worry about that later," Optimus told Airazor and Tigatron. "I insist on everyone finding some much needed rest. We'll need to be energized once they do make their next appearance."
Nodding in agreement Airazor already knew what her plan was. She needed some time alone - even away from Tigatron - and she didn't intent on serving that time locked up in her quarters. Her intention was to find the biggest, tallest tree and take a nice long nap in peace and serenity. Eager to get going, she was the first to log her exit. Positioning herself below the roof hatch, Airazor looked around the room before flying off. She spoke to everyone, but looked only at one bot in particular. "Have a good night everyone." She said, her eyes still fixed on Tigatron. "Beast mode!"

With that, she transformed and sped through the hatch into the night. She knew exactly where she was going as she had made this trip plenty of times before. Her destination was her favorite tree - The biggest and tallest pine in the forest. Its leaves had the most beautiful shade of green which resembled the color of her own emerald eyes. It's residents consisted of plenty of bugs, animals and a family of Falcons. She felt at home here and she told no one of its existence.

The night had grown long and the Mantis had gotten lots finished. His foot still hurt from dropping the pod on it, but he ignored the pain. After the sun had gone down, he was unable to do much work on the project. Thus, he found a large rock, transformed and laid down for the night. Tomorrow would be a big day for him. With his war machine almost finished, he would need to do the finishing touches in the morning and set off towards the maximal base when it was finished. The time for the maximal's destruction had drawn near!

Frilla chuckled slightly at Rattrap's remark before looking back towards the others. She was glad they finally could get some rest, it had been a long and sad day for them all and rest would do well to help with some of the irritated minds of the Maximals. Tensions had been running high today and the last they wanted was to be fighting. Yawning and she stretching the frilled lizard took the order of getting some rest and headed to her own quarters. Though she was still a little concerned of having Starshadow among them as a Maximal since for all they knew she would very well just be using the advantage to get information.

Sighing the lizard femme knew there was little she could do so she decided to just put it to rest. Coming to her quarters Frilla closed the door behind her and came to her berth, immediately collapsing on it without another thought and falling asleep.

Feralnight on the other hand was too restless to sleep. She didn't say anything else as she headed to her own quarters to rest when they were dismissed. As she came in she also locked the door, not wanting an unexpected visit from one of the others and not wanting someone to know what she was looking at.

Walking to her room monitor she sat down and took out an old data pad, turning it in her hand a few times before putting it into the slot. As the monitor was turned on the fuzor waited for the information to load, tapping her fingers on the desk until it finally flickered to show her personal profile, least with all the real information such as the part of her missing history and a picture of her Cybertronian look before the Beast Wars. For a moment she just gazed over and read through the information, sighing slightly of actually telling the others she had left much of her previous experience out of her file.

It would likely get her in deep trouble but Feralnight wasn't so sure of the Maximals knowing she really had been a Predacon, especially her previous position and what she did for her former group. 'It probably isn't much of a big deal anyway and surely they couldn't have gone this long without noticing.'She thought before turning the monitor off and laying the pad off to the side before finally lying down to rest.

OOC: Sorry for the delay. I intended to post last night, but I was tending to a sick fishie. But it was all for naught....he died. :-( Poor little thing. But, he's been dying a slow, agonizing death for like three weeks. So at least he's out of pain now.

Anyway, not sure what you think of what I did Darkspark....let me know and I'll edit it if need be.

BIC:

Arachnitron's systems had grown dark so that Tarantulas could install the new programming chip. It may have been a risky decision to let this strange bot root around in her processor, but her need to be rid of her alters had grown strong. It was stronger than her cautionary instincts.

When Tarantulas had finished, he returned her systems to normal working order.
DarkSpark wrote: "Awaken Arachnitron, introduce me to the new and improved you, heh heh heh"
Arachnitron's optics flickered back on slowly. She looked around herself curiously.

In order to keep the two competing personalities from constantly fighting each other, the scientists had put in place some barriers that they theorized would limit the differing personalities' contact with each other. This kept the Hybrid in control, but also limited her access to her memories. Before the barriers deteriorated, the Hybrid only had memories of what happened while she was in control, likewise for the Predacon and Maximal. When the barrier had come down, the three personalities shared some memories and even some emotions were shared as well.

Now, though, she reverted to the state she was in on Cybertron. Thanks to the inhibitor chip, the Hybrid found herself grasping to remember where she was and why and how she got there. It had, after all, been the Predacon who escaped, the Maximal who had stolen the escape pod, the Maximal who explained her situation to Optimus, and the two of them had done most of the interacting socially. The Hybrid remembered Steelclaw and Snowtrix breaking into the Maximal base to retrieve her, she remembered walking with Wintersong, and she remembered meeting Glowstick in the Leviathan. She remembered meeting Tarantulas and begging him to help her. But she didn't remember anything else.

Had Tarantulas' plan worked? She had to find out.

"Hello? Predacon? Maximal?"

There was no response. The silence was almost deafening, but she knew she was alone. Usually, even if they didn't respond to her, she would at least feel their presence. This time, though, she felt no one.

"They're gone," she told Tarantulas letting out a sigh of relief. "I don't hear them anymore. They're really gone."

She was a little overwhelmed at first. Had she done the right thing? She wasn't sure. Should she have tried some of the Maximal's ideas before taking such drastic action? She was unsure. The Maximal or the Predacon could have offered some insight into that question, but now they were gone. What would she do without the Predacon or Maximal programmings influencing her decisions? She was glad for an end to their bickering, but she felt lost all of a sudden. There was no one to guide her actions anymore. What was she supposed to do now?

She wrapped her arms around herself protectively and felt some raised markings on her left arm. She looked down. Thanks to the competing programmings, Arachnitron generally had no energy signature and no insignia appeared on her arm. Now, an insignia did appear on her arm, but it wasn't the traditional Maximal or Predacon insignia. The symbol that appeared on her left arm was the same spider symbol that had been on the chip Tarantulas created and installed.

Her initial worries passed over her at the sight of the new insignia on her arm. Her alters were gone and she finally had control of the body. And she realized she did know what to do now. She looked over at the damaged escape pod in front of her and Tarantulas. Now for the next phase of the spiders' plan. Get that pod in flying condition. She turned back to Tarantulas expectantly.

"Shall we return to work?" she asked.

Ironclaw watched Wintersong leave and then turned his attention to everyone else. Rest? Really? That's the course of action he wishes to take? He accepted it and moved on. He had nothing really to do except think about his actions. For Wntersong's sake. He left the bridge and went to his quarters.

Wintersong followed, keeping an optic on the panther since she still didn't exactly trust her especially with their history together over the past year, maybe a little more then that. She really didn't know what had prompted herself to make the suggestion for Starshadow to join, Wintersong had a few reasons but primarily she felt it was best so they could keep an optic on at least one of the Predacons that would have proven a nuisance or likely a danger towards the crew yet at the same time Wintersong also wondered if she had made another risky decision. Unfortunately it seemed something she had a knack for compared to good luck she seemed to rarely have. Inwardly shaking her head the white and black femme pushed it to the back of her mind when they came to a new doors that actually turned out to be a quarters this time.

Though upon stepping into the room and giving it a quick scan Wintersong couldn't help but wonder who's room it was and looking at the picture frame even as the same question. Who was the femme in the picture? Perhaps this was one of the others among the crew and they didn't realize it? The white tigress didn't know how to answer the questions but thought it best to look else where,"I'm not sure Starshadow but if this room is taken it's best we find a different room, the last thing we need is one of the others coming in and getting onto us about possibly trespassing."She said.

The computer remained silent for a moment again, as it appeared to be running through it's information, then responded to Cecaelia It is in a safe place, a aquatic cave off a ocean coast, hidden in a cluster of nearly a thousand islands.. That ship has it's own purpose now.. Unless you'd rather use it then the Leviathan?

"My temper wasn't driven by those we have recently lost. I'm merely re-establishing authority and who gives the orders here because some seem to enjoy disobeying me and it can not continue like this."

"That goes for you two, as well. I told everyone to stay at the command center."
Aurora sighed and looked down to the floor. She hadn't really expected Optimus to understand where her reaction had come from, at least not yet, and she wasn't about to explain in front of everyone. Even so she felt a wee bit disappointed by the leader's rapid dismissal of everyone's concern. But unlike Ironclaw, who was she to judge? Everyone had a breaking point and Optimus had been pushed awfully close to his. In fact part of her was a bit surprised the commander had not gone off the deep end yet and was swinging from the ceiling while holding onto a banana.

"Aye," she responded, deciding to just leave it at that. She was exhausted as well, just like everyone else.

As Optimus dismissed everyone to get some rest, Aurora avoided eye contact with him. She briefly glanced over to see their newest member, Starshadow, disappearing off to find a quarter for herself, fighting the uneasy feeling it gave her as the female panther appeared to just make herself right at home and walk into random quarters to find one she liked. Well.. as long as she left Icebreaker's room alone, Aurora wasn't about to cause too much of a problem with that. For that she was simply too tired and preferred to let someone else deal with it.

"I think I'm going to get some rest too," she mumbled as she started walking away, barely loud enough for Whitegrazer to hear her. She proceeded back to her room, fully intent to lock the door after entering to avoid any unwanted visitors now that one of the more dangerously unpredictable Predacons had been granted essentially free access to their base.

((OOC: Warning! This post is very long. Sorry. XD I will let you guys guess who the other voice is. Just wanted to get a couple of things done before I can't do them anymore. Something tells me I won't if I wait. Well, going with my instincts here. ))

Whitegrazer was relieved that everyone was given a moment of reprieve from the events that had happened to them. She let out a very soft sigh nearly a whisper, letting out all the mental exhaustion she had to exert after the certain incident in front of the Axalon. Building barriers to keep away any unwelcome guests to creep into her was hard work. It never used to be, though, but she couldn't dwell over the old wounds that ached her spark. All she could do was do the best she could with what she had remaining, and it seemed to be working despite how small. Hiding the exhaustion was a bit tricky, though, as her cooling systems caused her to outwardly shift her shoulders down along with her arms and entire form to displace her state. But she fought the reflex and hissed at her body to keep the straight, attentive posture she always expressed. She will let go when she entered her room where no one could see her lowered defenses. She wondered if Optimus noticed it or not. How far was the connection? Was it at that stage? Keeping her thoughts on Optimus, her optics glanced at the path where Ironclaw had left. Like the others, she too had sensed something going on between Optimus and Ironclaw. Ironclaw, to her, gave off an irritation towards their leader. She ignored it as the conflict was between them two alone.

"I will be meditating in my room." She looked at Optimus with a reassuring smile and said softly, "I have alot to talk to you about, but I hope you can get some rest before we do."

Whitegrazer decided to give off alittle bow to anyone next to her, telling them in her way farewell as she retreated to her room like someone was pushing her-it seemed her master was being pushy again. Her room was the most ideal place for her now as she needed to meditate over certain developments especially what she was needed to tell Optimus. Also, to apologize for a few things.

As the door of her room opened and shut behind her, she laid against the door for a second, dipping her shoulders down and reached with her right hand towards the ground. Taking a few steps forward, she got down to sit indian style and giving a deep breath when she noticed an apparition close to her. The dark, towering shadowly figure stared at her with grumpy expression on his scarred hardened face. Deep irises of red orange shifted back and forth towards her and the door behind.

"We need to talk now," his voice was gruff with a tone of grave. This wasn't the old, grumpy attitude he always conveyed; this was his true tactical, articulate, pragmatic self talking to her , "You aren't going to push me away because things are not looking up in your favor."

"Master, speak what you wish for me to hear."

"First off, I'm telling you to cut all conversations with that Predacon immediately. I don't like him."

"Why?"

"Reasons seem obvious to me. He is the enemy and also, he has nearly tried or was in the process of sending you to your death."

"I know."

"He is a threat to you and your comrades. He has killed your friend. He lied to your face when you first got here, pretending to be a Maximal and leading you to either be reprogrammed or death. "

"Master, I can't be reprogrammed, remember? Also, remember that Starshadow was there too and she tried to kill me, but as you see, I have forgiven her just like Steelclaw."

"Wouldn't stop them from trying, and Starshadow is different. She is the crazy type, but predictable. Steelclaw is unpredictable. It is smart that you are having them in neutral terroritory, but what if Megatron finds out or the other Predacons? Do you think Steelclaw would do whatever he needs to cover his own aft to keep himself from getting killed by Megatron?"

Whitegrazer sighed, "Listen, Master, I understand what you are saying, but I will not stop my conversations with Steelclaw."

"He will get you killed, but okay, your funeral."

Whitegrazer let out a soft laugh, "Master, it was you that told me to not fear death's door but knock on it."

"Eventually, Death answers, Whitegrazer so quit it."

"No."

"Grrr, sometimes, I think you have a death wish. Just be careful and remember to watch yourself even if the Predacon seems noble."

Whitegrazer just smirked at her master, jokingly, "Is there anything else?"

"Yes, him."

"I didn't expect him here, but I should hav-"

"Known? You let yourself open."

There was a chill down her back as another shadowly figure appeared. Huge crimson eyes stared at her coldly stamped on a face slightly resembling a sketelon shape with chaotic drips of black, purple, and red colors swirling around the figure who stood intimidating at her master and her.

"It's been awhile. You haven't changed abit, Whitegrazer. That's what you call yourself now, isn't it?"

"Fits me, doesn't it?"

Her master was growling at the figure, but he didn't intervene as this conversation was between her and him.

"Yes, it's a very peaceful name."

"Why, thank you."

"It also symbolizes your weakness."

"What you call weakness, I call strength. You never could understand the idea of one stepping away from conflict or compromise, did you, brother?"

"You have become softier. Have you forgotten all the death, chaos, and destruction that carves our scars? Our hopelessness and despair that crawls deep within our souls at those darkest hours where sparks beat, calling for home when it never came?"

"Every soldier has scars, my brother." Whitegrazer placed her hand over where her spark laid, "We use these scars, not to cast blame or vengeance, but to create hope for a better future."

"Still hanging on to that sentiment? I expected no less from you."

"Yes, and I must I was not too happy of your surprise introduction."

"Had to grab your attention. I was hoping for more of a fight, but it seems you let your guard down. Your powers weakened even worse than I thought."

Whitegrazer gave him a stern look, "Thanks for that. I see you are still opportunistic and manipulative."

"It's my nature."

"No, that's an excuse. You chose to be what you are as I chose myself. We both took a different path. I chose a more peaceful route than you have. I'm not letting my pain control me."

"Are you judging me?"

She stared at him, seeing his wide optics searching for something within.

"No, just stating facts. I know you too well and I know that you came here for what I have in my possession, but that is not yours."

"Give it to me."

"No."

"You will give it to me. I won't ask again."

"You heard her, fiend. She said no." Her master got into the conversation but the other presence just gave him a glance before staring back at her.

"I see the old fool still lingers. Fine, we will do this the hard way."

Whitegrazer felt pain in her spark like a hand gripping it, squeezing it to see the contents which laid within.

"I can't see it. Where is it?"

Whitegrazer had a soft smile as she raised her hand, "You won't find it."

"Interesting...I sense connections."

Whitegrazer realized what he tried to do and quickly knocked him off, relieving the pain. As he tried once again to grab her spark, his hand was jolted back from a block.

"I sensed your connections, bonds to individuals. There was a particularly strong one slowly growing. Doesn't matter. Making oneself open to others is dangerous as it leaves vulnerability. Bonds are useless."

"Without bonds, one would desensitize."

"I will use that against you."

"You will try, old comrade."

He attacked her with brute force which caused a crack in her armor that opened wide, showing her spark. One of her optics shattered into two.

She shook her head at his tactics, ignoring the wounds he placed on her, "You broke the sacred rule, but you never let rules get in the way of your decisons, did you? You never loved them."

"Why keep following something which keeps me from what I must do?"

She covered her spark from his view, "It is what separates us from our enemies."

Just before he tried another assualt on her person, a white beam from her spark clashed upon the shadow, making it flicker and it grunted.

"I see that this was a waste of time, but I'm coming and let's see if your skills are still exceptional as I remember or has that weakened too."

Fading from her sight, she bend down to let her head rest on the metal floor.

"You should have killed him back on that asteriod."

"I don't regret my decision, mast-TC. I did the right thing even if you and him believe otherwise."

"I know, but I fear he is playing for keeps now. He won't hesitate to kill you especially if he wants that data from you."

"He will not get it. I promise." She nodded at her master who looked at her approvingly.

Despite their different views, her master always loved her loyal determination and her unwavering belief in her decisions, not looking back with regret, but looking forward and using that experience, that pain to fuel her will to complete her purpose.

Lifting her head from the floor, she saw her master was gone and looked at herself. There was a crack on her chest plate and she made a face when her right optic glass was gone.

"How am I going to explain this?"

Well, she could say she was just clumsy and fell. Oh boy. No, Optimus will see through it. The others...they might, no, that won't work.

It looks like someone is really determined for me to expose me today. Whatever it is, it needs to stop. I already said I was going to explain it to Optimus. Ha ha.

Deciding to let it go, she returned to her meditations after she glanced at the holocron, a memento that held her memories and the dark secret her old comrade wanted so badly. She wondered how he knew about it. Heck, she forgot she had it, but that was on purpose. That made her realize that he was saving something important until later. Who wanted it? Well, anyone would want it if they knew about it, but not that many did even the governments. Maybe they did find out?

She will focus on that later. Now wasn't the time. It was time to rest and collect her thoughts. She dimmed her optics, clearing her mind and shut off for a bit until called.

((OOC: Is it okay for Blackarachnia to step out now? If it isn't, I will delete this post. =) ))

Blackarachnia took out the laser coil and stepped out for Tarantulas and Arachnitron to see her, walking casually, "I got it. Sorry it took so long."

She gave Tarantulas a glare, "Someone loves to booby trap their stuff." Then she smirked, "Oh well, enjoy the mess I left you. Sorry, if you find a few of your slave spiders nonfunctional."

Letting out a chuckle, she glanced at Arachnitron, "Well, we have wasted lots of time. We better start installing this and get it rolling." She was about to get in when she smirked at Tarantulas, "Be a gentlemen and help me." She noticed the leash on him was gone, "Looks like I have to make a new one." She winked at Arachnitron.

Acting like she knew nothing of what she saw, she wanted to see how Arachnitron reacts.

"Umm...not really..Could you tell me the exact coordinates? and why Starshadow-sama is not to learn about the information?" Cecaelia asked the dagger. Why Steelclaw and not her mentor? Glowstick knows the catbot wanted to get out of the planet as much as anyone does.

"Awww relax! If she were here, she would've been present in the discussion about the golden disk." Starshadow opened the desk drawers and dug some datapads out. "No, nooo, no, no..AHA! This must be her personal datapad!" she smiled gleefully and looked at the white datapad, "Doctor Xychona- ARGH!"

A sharp pain pierced through her head. It was like something was taking control of her body. Her optics were turning from red to silver. She couldn't let Wintersong see the changes, not now.

That can be done.. as for Starshadow, her desire to kill Glowstick made her less then trustworthy, furthermore she was harboring that parsite monster..a creature which Glowstick would rather let die on this planet then loose among the cybertronian population..

A set of coordinates then suddenly downloaded into Cecaelia.

( Huh.. so Una has more personalities in her head.. I'm starting to come to the conclusion that most the crew on either side is insane.)

"Starshadow I really think you should leave this room alone."Wintersong insisted, not liking the idea of trespassing and going through someone's things, especially their personal profiles or journals that was meant to be secret. The white tigress was in fact about to leave the panther to deal with any issues from the resident of the room, though it did have her wonder who could it possibly be since the name hadn't struck anything familiar. Though her thoughts were distracted by Starshadow's sudden yell of pain,"Starshadow? What's the matter?"She asked this time a little concern and moving closer.

"Starshadow?What's the matter?"
Starshadow shrieked like an alien and pushed Wintersong out of the room, shutting the door, locking it. As the parasite finally took control of her body, she hissed with her silver optics glowing, speaking in a different voice, "What are you doing?! I didn't authorize your joining with those Cybertronian weaklings!"

When her optics glowed red, the catbot panted with exhaustion, "Authorize?! Who are you?! My mother?! If you knew the answer, why bother asking?!"

Then the second wave of fresh pain hit her mind, "INSOLENT FOOL! Your task was to terminate Cecaelia, not to assist with Maximals and their war which wasn't ours from the start! Do I make myself clear? or should I terminate your spark and occupy your body?"

Starshadow managed to win over the control of her body and quickly opened her spark chamber, pulling out the serpent and threw her on the wall, "not while I still breathe.."

Visia hissed and transformed into her robot mode, charging towards the catbot and swiped her claws skillfully at her. Starshadow dodged by shifting to her right and launched a few punches but missed as the serpentbot bent her knees and grabbed both her arms, slamming her body on the door two times before throwing her to the other side of the room. Starshadow held her head and then screamed as two of Visia's hair blades lifted her up and pierced through her shoulder joints, pinning her on the wall.

"You will do well to respect the founder and the supreme commander of Hell-Fang Society..Disobey my orders again," the tip of one of her hair blades pointed under her chin then to the right corner of her forhead, "and your death wish shall be granted..."

The blade quickly made a cut wound on Starshadow's face before the other two blades were pulled out, dropping her on the berth. Visia transformed into her alternate mode and slithered back to the spark chamber. The room was in a mess when the splatter marks of luminous violet-blue mech fluid decorated the walls and the berth.

"Ugh..." Starshadow crawled to the quarter's door and unlocked it, attempting to push it open.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

"I understand..Goodbye err..Mister Program." Cecaelia sighed and stared at the dagger blankly.

Tarantulas quietly observed as Arachnitron came back online, watching for any signs of either the maximal or predacon aspects of her personality having seized control again, the female seeming dazed and uncertain at first. His optics narrowed as she called out the names of her other selves, but then he cackled with glee as she confirmed that his inhibitor chip had succeeded in suppressing her other personas.

"So my invention worked, how gratifying!" he exclaimed, rubbing his pincers together in smug satisfaction over his victory.

He was pleased to see his own personalized insignia appearing on her arm, and even more pleased that the chip had altered her energy signature, rendering her invisible to both maximal and predacon scanners...Making him the only one on the planet who could track or detect her, his new pawn. Granted, such extravagant details probably weren't necessary in the long run granted his ultimate goal being to leave this world behind and let the fools all burn, but for now it would make Arachnitron invaluable during their mission to infiltrate the maximal base and take the tech they need to finish his escape craft. The maximals would never see her coming.

"Indeed my dear, though as I explained earlier, we'll need...Slag" Tarantulas grumbled in annoyance as a lovely yet despicable female form came into view, regretfully still intact instead of in pieces.

Tarantulas rolled his optics as the demon just sauntered in, casually bragged about how she survived his booby traps and destroyed his, easily replaceable, drones, and was now acting as though she hadn't been spying on them for Unicron knows how long, behaving as though she was still in control of the situation.

"What the slag did I ever see in her?" Tarantulas wondered to himself as he folded his arms across his chest and glared at BA as she continued her "cute" little performance, no doubt trying to provoke Arachnitron into picking a side, though he already knew which side she'd chosen, she NEEDED him, BA was obsolete to her now.

"Gentlemen typically only give assistance to ladies, not wenches like you, Blackarachnia" Tarantulas said, his words dripping with venom as he added "And personally, I think the leash would look more flattering on you, don't you agree Arachnitron?"

He pointed his spider turrets right at Blackarachnia, and had his cybervenom missile launcher ready at his side to drive home the fact he was in command now and that he was dead serious. If she didn't obey, he would shoot her dead, right there, right now.
