*dies*

Thank God that I asked for Tuesday off.

I'll get my con Report in as soon as it's done. *grins, laughing* I totally only got Thursday done with it . . . And I have yet to write Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

But just for people to know of the gist of my highlights:

1- The Thursday "OMGRUNTOTHELOBBYTOSEEHACKERANDSAPPH-athon." You'll know if you were there, and I'll detail that in the report.
2- Meeting "Queenie" DragonsFlayme and getting one of her prints
3- Dinner with the VAs and sitting next to Richard.
4- Seeing Scott in long sleeves. (Congoers, you KNOW that's a rarity!)
5- Sharing a room with Hacker for three nights. Was it three nights? Or two? Hacker? Do you remember? I'm embarrassing myself, aren't I?
6- Getting my face painted by DragonsFlayme. You can find pictures as to who I was done up as when I get my pictures developed.
7- Goofing off and chasing people around the place.
8- Waking Zucca up because Ehren was afraid to.
9- Ficreading and falling alseep during it! (Zucca, again, I'm so sorry I was dozing off! You know that your stories are some of my favorite romances!!!)
10- Hugging Blu.
11- Hugging Pauline.
12- Hugging Scott.
13- Hugging Richard.
14- Hugging Richard.
15- Hugging Richard.
16- Adopting Richard as my uncle.
17- Hugging Blu.
(*blink*)
18- Talking and crying with VBA, because she's such a strong and great woman, and I hated saying goodbye, but I loved meeting with her, and getting to know her.
19- Movie night. Didn't I tell you all that you'd all fall in love with V? Dude, he's totally the man, and it's always the case that my favorite, favorite characters . . . well . . . you know. NOBODY SPOIL THE ENDING!!!
20- Hacker . . . Sunday evening . . . as me and Zucca were going back into the hotel? Yeah. That's a favorite part, too. Especially seeing your face. *grins*
21- Getting to spend time with Sapph and Miss Spesh.
22- Getting the 10th anniversary DB & RT
23- Seeing Zucca off . . . only to have his plane turn around so he could see ME off.
24- Seeing the sun set behind the clouds on the flight home.
25- Touching down in Providence, RI, and grinning as I realize that we'll be seeing each other next time in that city.

Best Botcon ever!!! I love you all!!! Thank you for the totally fun time, and I can't wait for you guys to come up to my "backyard" next year!

And to quote:

"moving . . . THING!!! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!"
Uncle Iroh: I know you're not supposed to cry over spilled tea, but *cries* it's just so sad!

Welcome to the board, Tigran! Thank you for sharing your pictures on your photobucket account. I loved shuffling through them! Although, it'll be better once I know who's who. The VA's I know, I'm talking about who's who from BW Int. I don't know what you guys look like! XD
4- Seeing Scott in long sleeves. (Congoers, you KNOW that's a rarity!)

Whoa. That is rare. What, what was it cold or something? It couldn't have been like Alaska in Kentucky.
2- Meeting "Queenie" DragonsFlayme and getting one of her prints
I bought one from her! I haven't heard from her yet, though, so I don't even know if she had a chance to have the VA's sign it for me. Either way, I can't wait to have it in my hands and then put if on my wall. ^.^

Hooo boy,

Will write up a full report tommorow (with pictures, lots of pictures of our VA dinner.)

Let me say it was an awesome, awesome, awesome, time meeting y'all and I was rather sad for it to end. Between hanging with all of you, cruising the dealer room (which those of you who saw the trove I lugged away know I did a bit of.) and hanging out in panels with Beastbot (not to mention the time with the VAs!) It was a total blast. Can't wait for next year!

Yes! Wow! Stop the presses! Alert the media! Zucca is actually making a post! *Waits for awed gasps to die down*

I made a promise to return to BWINT, and so here I stay. *Bookmarks and writes on sticky note to attache to monitor* There! Now even my scattered brain will pick up!

BotCon 06 was fantastic! Though I'm not sure what I enjoyed more... the con itself or the friends I met, both new and old.

...

Friends. Definetely.

I'll lay out my highlights of the entire thing too...

1- Meeting many of the BWINTers from before, and many new ones I had not yet met in person.

2- The reception I got when stepping off the plane. Sinead and Charade tackle-glomped me when I stepped off ^_^; "UGGH! G-Girls... Zucca can't breathe..."

3- Meeting all the fantastic voice actors, getting their autographs and then sitting down with Scott and Richard like casual friends for a dinner at the Cracker Barrel with BWINT hosting.

4- The dealer's room. TONS of great toys and merchandise to be found in there. As well as beautiful works of art. I STILL THINK DRAGONY <<Name right?<< SHOULD'VE WON!

5- Hearing the 'Scott McNeil's worst fan experience' story. Poor guy...

6- Movie night. Even though it was but one movie, we all enjoyed it greatly nonetheless. V for Vendetta!

7- Fanfic readings! I loved hearing VBA's 'Mr. Crowley' and Sapphire's 'Beast Warriors day out: Funfair', and much enjoyed reading 'Death shall never part us' from my Prophecy series.

8- Spending time with fellow BWINTers and welcoming some new faces to the gorup.

9- Both sendoffs I received ^_^;;; Yeeeah.... I'm sorry about the first scare, guys... Teach me to read the tickets I'm given, eh?

10- Plane tickets: $1,120. Luggage: $0.50. The look on Sinead's face when my plane came back due to a delay in Chicago: Priceless.

Anyway, I'm pleased to say that it was a wonderful trip all in all. I was very pleased to go, and I look foreward to meeting everyone again in eight months!

Maybe this time I'll have enough money, eh? ^_^;;;

Sigh... I wish I could've been there. I think the Nordic countries are cursed... we never have anything like that happen up here... :(

Sounds like fun... and I hope someone took a pic of Richard Newman, because I want to see what he looks like.

Aw, Crab! *huggles* It was wonderful getting to know you too, my friend.

I'm glad everyone has had nothing but positive things to say about the Convention. My mom told me to totally reserve my plane tickets now for Boston. O_o And I spoke to my dad on the phone and he said 'go for it!' This from the parents who said two Botcons was quite enough. Guess my raving about how awesome it was and how much easier it will be to attend as I have a friend in Boston and because it is in the summer etc. won their support. I am gonna try my hardest to be there, everyone!

And Safeguard, there was much talk about the next Gathering in Canada and at Botcon. Looks like there'll be three next year. One in Florida, USA, one in London, UK and one, inevitably, in Boston at the time of Botcon because so many Bwinters are looking to be going next year. :D Maybe you can make the UK TF Gathering next summer?

Dunno... maybe if we have enough money then, and I'd get someone to come with me (...I'm still afraid of traveling alone to a country as far as Britain... plus London's too big for me to go alone. Maybe if I'd manage to meet one of my British friends there... heh. Although, I don't like talking in English. I'm too shy and honestly I don't think my English is that good... so you'd have problems with me because I tend to be really quiet. You wouldn't even know I'd be there. )

Florida? O_o Hm... Depending on what time of year that is, I might be able to pull that one off... Hrm...

Thanks alot. In a way I *did* win.. I just didn't win an offical prize. There were better things won that weekend than ribbons, medals, and shiny bits of glass.
And yep, Dragony or any variant there of..

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone so soon again as well! May even see some of you all in Florida if the timing works out.

Well here goes my report with some pictures thrown in. The album is http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v487/ ... on%20Pics/ (Note none of the pictures have names besides mine or VAs attached and if you're in one and want it taken down tell me.)

Anyway, Thursday after some flight problems I arrived in Louisville Airport to find absolutely no one waiting for me. Thankfully after a bit while waiting for my luggage Outsydder, Stel, and Hacker's mom arrived. We got my huge (but empty suitcase) into the back of the car and drove to the convention center. Where we saw Hacker and a few of the other BW Int folks (sorry if I don't remember when I saw everybody X_X)

Image
At the registration area was this clock counting down to the TF movie.

There the three of us got in line to get our packages, the great thing about being a V-Z is that not many folk are so there was absolutely no one in my line :D So I got the set, (totally awesome) and then went and grabbed the extras the Megs/Waspy set was totally awesome even if it was expensive. I also got the shirt (by the way Hacker is there an extra Botcon shirt downnstairs somewhere at your house? Mine seems to be missing) and was given the Laserbeak, Buzzsaw set.

We then shoved all of our stuff into Hacker's car and went searching for food, unfortunatly we got lost somewhat and wound up at a mini-mart. After some of us grabbed junk food we slowly found our way to a convention center and found pizza there. We ate and then headed back for MSTF, which was totally great. We then headed back to Hacker's house for some sleep.

Thursday Over *music plays*

That is, by far, the coolest countdown I've ever seen. XD Awesome, Baron. And great pictures!
I have it. It's signed by everyone but Cullen.. who I only breifly got to see myself.
Thank you!!! Missed Peter? That's all right. I like Prime but I like Primal more, and Garry has won me over countless times. Besides, it's enough that you went to all the trouble to make the prints. Thank you so much, Df!!! *big bear hug* I didn't know if you had gotten my last two notes in deviantArt.

Ack! I'm sorry people, my pictures and report will have to wait a bit. The cord I use to download pictures from my camera has gone missing...

Mom's looking into getting another one. I was wondering if the people who stayed at my house may have found a random black cord in their bags? If you find it, please contact me by my email! :D
