"OC Episode #4"

"Are you scared of me?"

"Wha... I... you... ugh... no!"

Scorponok continued to stutter as his claw took its time to reload the shot. He should have prepared his weapons systems more. The single shot had more accuracy and better pacing, but in a situation like this, he wished he would have armed his claw with the dual-launcher instead.

As Scorponok had stuttered and reloaded his shot, Whitegrazer used this time to rush towards him and picked him up. The missile he had launched did hit her shoulder, making her flinch and the shoulder spark.

She tilted her head, "It's understandable as I'm much taller than you and I am experienced in hand to hand combat but stuttering won't help you."

She put him down, "Now, let's try that again. You need to buff your chest out more and be all tough like. It makes you more menacing. Also, your claws and yoru tail could be good things to use against me.

It was then Whitegrazer caught herself. Blast it! She was doing it again. Telling the enemy what to do. Facepalming herself, she shrugged her shoulders and said apologetically, "Sorry about this."

Her palm hand hit Scorponok's chest.

((OOC: I hope you approve of this action, Alak. If not, I will change it for you. =) I just want to show Whitegrazer's talkactive side with her enemies. XDD To show that about her. ))

Cheetor wasn't sure who's shout he'd heard, but a reflex from previous battles told him not to stay in the same spot and he dashed off to the side just in time to have Blackarachnia land on the ground where he'd been standing. He quickly ran to get space between him and her, and then turned around to face her.

"I thought you were one of the fast and silent type," said Cheetor, "but you're loud and slow."

He followed his insult with a volley of quasar shots and ran for cover behind a large nearby boulder.

Blackarachnia transformed and flipped back to avoid Cheetor's shots, growling as she got her leg guns aiming at the cat, "You will have to try better than that, kittycat!"

She fired.

Scorponok grunted from the palm strike and fell back. Quickly recovering, he checked his chest plate and found no visible injuries. For such a heavy hit, it left no mark on him.

"How am I supposed to buff my chest out when you're the one pounding it in?!" he yelled.

With that, he cocked his head to the side and had his venomous tail lash forward. Meanwhile, above the battlefield, Terrorsaur found himself thrown around by an unseen foe until his face met with a rock wall. Grunting, he turned and heard the voice of a female. The tone was serene but had an air of regal authority at the same time. Terrorsaur could not believe it.

"We were too late. The Maximals have the pod!" he announced.

At least he would be sure that the newcomer would not last long. Both arms extended, Terrorsaur surged forward at the opposing Maximal with full intentions of letting her know who the true number one flyer on this planet is.

[Wintersong]

Wintersong looked back again, still unsure of Venetrix really letting them go so easily but kept her mouth shut this time. Experience was surely starting to tell her to do so in such a situation. Normally she did this anyway when around the others, mostly anyway but she was beginning to feel more comfortable around the exploration crew. Least Wintersong felt it was a far better unit then the one back home she had been with. Though the stories they would have would likely dumbfound anyone. Grinning inwardly the thought of her friends staring wide eyed and in disbelief would really be a funny sight regardless if they believed it or not.

Looking from the edge of the forest the white tigeress relaxed a little more, not entirely due to being in more open area with little vegetation but of being a decent distance from the Predacons.

Ooc: please ignore post for now. Thinking I might just go to occasional lurk mode until next episode, since this one does not hold much in store for me and I am just too restless due to rl issues right now.

Meanwhile the Decepticon-turned-Predacon hawk had reached her destination and was now circling above the Axalon while scanning her surroundings. Although she could not be sure if a security system had been left in place until she got closer, the base looked fairly quiet from above. With no immediate threats detected during her initial scan, Nemesis decided to move in closer. She chose what appeared to be a small storage facility close to the base itself as a suitable location to set ground, both due to its proximity to the Axalon itself as well as the fact it offered some cover in the event the Axalon did have an active defense system in place.

Upon locating an entrance to the storage unit, she immediately transformed to robot form while clutching her other sai in her hand. Hopefully the force that would be created when the explosives in the sai ignited would be enough to open the door for her..)

((OOC: I have two questions, both regarding Phoenix's last two posts.

1) I thought Sentinel was quite visible from a distance? It's pretty much a large glowing bubble of energy that encases the Axalon.

2) The Maximals have storage facilities outside of the ship?))

(Ooc: I have not seen the bw show for years so a lot of it is pretty fussy for me.. currently the dvds are packed in a box in a storage container somewhere. Could not for the life of me remember when Sentinel even came online. I assumed the storage was outside of the base due to a comment NK made about Nightmist's body being stored away from the ship itself.

Truthfully I am pretty bored by this point and I wanted to slowly approach the introduction of my new Maximal character, before I either get too busy with having the baby or I simply lose interest. Somehow this rpg has only progressed during my work weekends, which have made it difficult to keep up the past few days. I'm just feeling restless like all hell right now.)

When Waspinator dodged her attack, and responded with his own, Valkyrie dived again, twirling, dodging his projectiles.
She quickly transformed to her robot mode, and fired 2 missiles from her wings at the Predacon wasp.
After she released her missiles, Valkyrie transformed back to her beastmode, and flew towards Waspinator again, this time from below, as her aim was above the wasp.
If he'd dodge, he could either go left, right, back, or down. These possible directions she could compensate during her attack.
She needed to form a good strategy to confront him, or she'll just waste more energon then she could spare, just trying to catch him.
The Maximal bird knew her Predacon opponent had an advantage in agility, and she needed to figure out a way to limit his movements in the air so she could land a hit.
One hit was all there was needed to end a dogfight.
But the same could happen to her.
Perhaps, if this move failed, she'd need to change tactics, and switch to defensive mode.

Thats when she noticed a new player in the sky, who seemed to be aiding the Maximals.
The Falcon was very fast, and her movements where graceful.
And she had Terrorsaur outmatched.
No... going on the defensive wouldn't do in this situation. Now the Predacons where at a serious disadvantage. So she pressed her attack with newly found motivation.

"If you truly find us that undeserving, I fail to see why you persist in following us," Dinobot replied. "But," he added with a small, cruel chuckle, "you continue to tell yourself that. It should console you once your hope of defeating me has been... deferred."

This made Venatrix chuckle a slight bit.
"What makes you think i plan on defeating you? You know as well as i do why i choose to confront you every time i had a chance. A warrior can only get stronger by facing opponent that are stronger then him-or herself."

She was now walking next to Dinobot.

(Nightmist is technically hazardous materials at the moment. Though admittedly, if Nem uses explosives to get in.. Sentinel is going to freak and while I know you assume there are no guns inside of the Axalon, there are. They're designed to act as non-lethal ordinance but were seen to be not that effective against the likes of Megatron since he just overpowered that stuff in the show. )

Megatron listened to the Predacons speak, then responded Well, I believe we are in agreement then. You can have that traitor's frilled neck to slit. he then turned starting to resume walking towards the Predacon base.

Glowstick watched as Cecaelia left, then climbed into the interface pod closing it and started changing course to fly out of the area.

Rhinox's eyes started to open from all the racket, he looked around drowsily What.. what's going on?.. What's the condition of the Stasis pod?

[Night-Hunter]

Waspinator wasn't very smart but he knew how to dodge missiles without getting blown to scrap most of the time. All the other times he had been blown into a million pieces had been because of bad luck and horrible timing and of him being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

But he once again managed to dodge Valkyrie's missiles by flying a circle, giggling like a sparkling as he did so. He was ready for her next attack, but what he wasn't ready for was the arrival of the new Maximal, the bright light had caught the wasps attention and he stared at the light and completely forgot about his target.

Ohhhh, pretty... He thought.

((OOC: Like a moth to a flame. Lol. Man, typing on my moms laptop is hard.))

[New Moon]

Feralnight watched the Leviathan taking off then looked at the others, "Well least we are leaving mostly unscathed." She said and looked back outside. "Now just hope the others had better lucky then we did."

The predicon seemed to have noticed her and rushed forwards in attack. Not having many other options, she too lunged forward and flew towards her foe. Both fliers engaged each other, but the female had a few tricks up her sleeve. Activating her wrist-mounted missiles, she launched a few warning shots at her target which he seemed to easily dodge. In response, the predicon fired his shots but were met with the same result as Airazor's. They seemed to be in a direct collision course, neither of them able to get a shot in but moving rapidly towards each other. Deciding quickly, her plan was to play chicken with her opponent and hope he tries to get out of her way. That would give her the advantage of speed and mobility and allow her to finish him off easily. If he doesn't, she wasn't sure if her strength would be enough to fight him in close quarters, but it was worth the risk.

"Well, I believe we are in agreement then. You can have that traitor's frilled neck to slit."

"I don't slit. I dismember." He coldly reminded the leader. Megatron payed no attention to him and walked off. Unsure what to do next, Manterror glanced towards his wings still lying on the ground and sighed. He didn't know how far the predicon base was, but it seems like he would have to walk. After a short pause, he moved off to collect his pieces and follow his new comrades. His first battle was a victory and this team seemed formidable enough in battle, but if they were unable to keep up with his skill he would leave. It was just that simple.

[Venatrix]

As Waspinator was distracted by something, Valkyrie dived down and flew flew up behind Waspinator.
There was no way she would waste the opening the Predacon gave her, and as she swooped up behind the Predacon flyer, she aimed her talons at the section between his wings to grab hold of him.

Venatrix sniffed the air to see if any scents from her teammates where still within range.
But she couldn't detect any.
This ment she would engadge in honerable combat with Dinobot.
She couldn't help herself but to feel exited.

Terrorsaur growled from the collision. His superior strength was useless as the two flyer spun out of control after making contact. Spiraling, Terrorsaur fired his jets in order to prevent himself from crashing into the ground. Unfortunately for him, he lost sight of the new Maximal.
