Frilla glanced back slightly at Venetrix only seeing her a few times when she had been a Predacon. She wasn't too familiar with the panther, not like some of the others but then again she never really talked much to many of them. Some were just better left not speaking with and others were easy going enough. Shaking her head Frilla looked forward walking with her comrades and ignoring the slight throbbing from her shoulder and side from Nemisis shaking her head. Thinking of the pod they had lost and likely Maximal they could have had joined them still was disappointing but it was done and over with.

Besides both Manterror and Inferno, if that was the ant's correct name, seemed very out there and just added to the psychos among the group. But otherwise she was just glad all five were there and to be returning to the Axalon.

Whitegrazer ducked, letting the missile zip past her that hit a pillar knocking it down. There was a considerable distance between her and Scorponok. She will have to be careful yet swift like the gentle wind.

She kept an emotionless stare as she spoke seeing the scorpion's nervousness, "Are you scared of me?"

Blackarachnia made a little grunt as she climbed then looked down at the cat. She let out a yell and attempted to catch the cat off guard.

Scorponok continued to stutter as his claw took its time to reload the shot. He should have prepared his weapons systems more. The single shot had more accuracy and better pacing, but in a situation like this, he wished he would have armed his claw with the dual-launcher instead.

"Not this datapad, silly," Cecaelia put the datapad aside and showed Glowstick another large stack of datapads. "These are the ones. Eh...I don't think you would understand what the instructions are saying.." she just smiled while looking at the alien texts.

"It may take a long time for me to translate ever datapad concerning weaponry and upgrades.."

Glowstick raised an optic ridge looking at the data pad While I'm not familiar with the language..Mathematics are fairly universal, as for the rest of it.. I'd probably crack it in a day or two. But the problem then would be if the Leviathan got damaged. It's already a pain to repair this ship, if it becomes too complex I'm not sure I'd be able to keep up with it. Though.. I wouldn't mind a improved shield at least..That'd bring some repairs down compared to the current one.. but would wear on the energon fuel cells and batteries..hmm.. I guess I'll think about that later.. In any case, I need to get to the interface pod before the Maximals just dump off Starshadow..Nightstar.. or whatever you want to call her.

He floated away from Cecaelia, opening and climbing into the Interface pod and disabling the autopilot. The Leviathan started to lift into the air as it displayed the Nomad coming into range.

Having grown tired of waiting for the other Predacons, Nemesis decided to take this opportunity to take a closer look at the equipment available to the Maximals. Although she wasn't entirely sure exactly how many Maximals were out in the field right now, she suspected that most, if not all of them, were out on a mission to capture one of the pods that had crashed.

One of those pods had revealed the crazy fire-ant, which would likely leave the Maximals even more determined to safely get the other pod into their fold. A fact that would have forced the Maximals to temporarily abandon their base. Although Nemesis was unsure of what security features they would have left active to defend the base, she had not seen a computer system yet that did not have a vulnerable spot.

Without a word, the hawk sped up and set course for the Axalon..

Meanwhile, in the storage facility of the Axalon, Nightmist's shattered body remained in a cooling unit a short distance from the main portion of the ship. Due to the strange finding of the leftover nanotechnology after Nemesis had devoured the body into her own, the Maximal scientist Rhinox had felt it was safer to keep the body a bit away from the main portions of the ship due to the risk of contamination.

So far the body had remained perfectly still, with only minimal activity present. The nanobots that were left behind appeared sluggish, almost purposeless in their movements, and were slowly starting to deactivate without the presence of Nemesis, whom they had been designed for. Yet slow as their progress was, minor alterations had been to the crushed remains. Even now, in the cold temperatures of the cooler, some small level of activity could be detected, as the cooler was nothing compared to the freezing temperatures of space that had left the repairing units inoperable when the Decepticon female had needed them the most. These alterations were so far very difficult to notice, and the body still remained in a shattered state.

"Hmpff.... What honor is there in mopping the floor with you're sorry excuse for slaves."
Unlike Rattrap, Optimus found it easier to ignore such an insult. He didn't even bother to glance at Venatrix over his shoulder when she said it. He knew better. So, she was determined to battle or spar with Dinobot? Seemed that way since she decided to follow. He didn't understand why she was so bent on accomplishing this. Perhaps there was some history behind the two before Dinobot changed his allegiance. The gorilla kept his sensors on alert in case any of the other Predacons were to follow her and attack them. So far, all seemed quiet.

-----
Sorry, sometimes hard to hear calls in with the background noise of this place. The Nomad? Very well, we'll note that down for any times we need to vent our rage with profanity.
Rattrap shook his head. Predacons, he thought.
Normally I'd end these calls with a parting phrase, but.. seeing as how your our mortal enemy.. I guess Eat slag or something like that works along those lines, if this angers you please by all means vent your rage out on Starshadow before dropping her off on the beach as a representation of our group.
The Maximal had a difficult time keeping himself from bursting out laughing. So, the squid had a morbid sense of humor, did he? Rattrap was actually a little fond of that, but he'd never say so out loud. Besides, he hated Predacons.
Just try not to make it too gruesome,I know how carried away you so called heroes can get.
I do not get carried away!
"Eh. I don't know what kind of Maximals you think we are, Squiddy, but we ain't gonna do nothin' to your precious psychotic friend," Rattrap assured Glowstick. Bah! What was the point? He had to try and keep them from getting under his armor. It wasn't worth wasting his time trying to correct the Predacons' opinions or perspectives on how they perceived all Maximals. Not all of them were what they saw them as. Especially this group that they were stranded with on this world. Naive Predacons they were.

"You guys ready to drop her off?" Rattrap asked Feralnight and Icebreaker as the Nomad approached land. He slowed down the transport to a hover and then lowered it to the ground. "This spot looks good enough for me, although we probably shoulda just left her for the sharks," he grinned jokingly. "Save us all a lotta trouble."
"Well, that's just prime!"

Feralnight only shrugged, "Might have but then again Rattrap we wouldn't be any better the some of the Predacons." The fuzor replied ad put the wing daggers back into place, glancing at Starshadow. "So just carry her out ad set her on the island?" She asked, glancing to Rattrap then Icebreaker.

Icebreaker climbed up the ladder, then walked towards Starshadow lifting her up and putting her over his shoulder like a sack Might as well, if we throw her she'll just suffer more damage. he then headed down the ladder and exiting the Nomad a moment later.

On the Beach Icebreaker walked out some distance from the Nomad, setting Starshadow down on the sand, still bound and drugged. He then turned running back towards the Nomad going inside and closing the cargo door.

The Leviathan soon appeared floating in the air above Starshadow's body, the Cargobay hatch then opened revealing for the first time in Rattrap's case, the appearance of Glowstick. He floated down towards Starshadow, not even landing on the ground as one of his feeder arms extended and coiled around her body lifting her up as his other limbs moved wrapping and supporting her body. Glowstick looked over Starshadow, then looked towards the Nomad as his radio activated sending them a message Aw.. you wrapped her like a gift, you shouldn't have.. he then chuckled darkly as the radio cut out, Glowstick then floated back up to the Leviathan closing the Cargobay hatch with one of his tentacles.

Glowstick floated towards Cecaelia, then handed her Starshadow's body. Looks like you got a present from the Maximals, gift wrapped and sedated. This is probably the nicest gift I've ever received from them.

Orcariner fired off several shots as Terrorsaur passed by. The Predacon's skill was far too formidable for the inexperienced shooter to land any hits. Laughing as his jets screamed by the giant, the pterodactyl returned fire with his optic lasers.

"Blast!" grunted Orcariner.

Unwilling to move due to his commanding officer's condition, the orca took the full brunt of the assault. Smoke rose from the small holes in his armor, but the Maximal's internal computer assessed it as superficial damage. This was the second time Orcariner had to face Terrorsaur while defending an incapacitated teammate. The thought of it seemed unfair, but he had no time to complain. There will come a day where the giant and the flyer would have their fair fight. In the meantime, Orcariner would simply have to do everything he could to stall Terrorsaur.

"Hurry up, computer," he murmured.

The DNA scan was running but nothing seemed to be alive in this barren wasteland. Two missile cried havok as they rained from the sky. Unable to return fire so quickly, Orcariner instead shielded Rhinox with his own body. The scene was quite familiar. Back at the energon field a couple missions ago, the body underneath him belonged to the ex-general Saber-Fang. Today, it was the same predicament with a different teammate. It also hurt the same. The explosion sent shockwaves up Orcariner's back. Warning lights flashed as the vibrations disturbed his internal hardware, but the assessment calmed the alarms as the damage was not significant. The killer whale loved the durability of his body, but he was not entirely keen on what he had to put it through. Aiming his gun into the sky, Orcariner blindly fired two shots while looking down. He knew there was no chance in hitting Terrorsaur at such a range, but hopefully, the stray rounds would keep the Predacon at bay.

"You'll have to do better than that!"

Terrorsaur deployed another set of warheads.

Cecaelia just smiled. "Arigato! (thank you)" then activated her radio to the Nomad, "thank you so much! and I'm sorry for giving you the trouble of sedating her." she said in a cheerful manner and cut off the radio.

She went to the quarters of her ship while carrying Starshadow with her tentacles, putting her down on the bed.
"....I hope you just calm down after you wake up.." she sighed and left the quarters.

Just as Terrorsaur loaded a second warhead, a loud screech came from one of the earths creatures. A peregrine falcon flew towards the pod in a lethargic manner. It had no care in the world for the battle going on below it. Instead, it circled the area, thinking it had found something to eat in the barren lands. As it did, the pod came alive. Lines of code became generated on the display and a bright yellow light came from the scanner. The scan moved in a circular motion and engulfed the falcon in the process. The pod had found a suitable life form, the spark had been saved!

As the scan finished, the protoforms semi-liquid gel began to take shape. It molded itself in the shape of the falcon on the outside, but kept the form of the cybertronian it had once been on the inside. During the transformation, a white light erupted from the pods opening, bright enough to blind those nearby. It lasted only a few seconds, and the newly created warrior flew from the pod and it went silent again. The original falcon had moved on, but this new one screeched similar to the one that had before it.

Taking to the sky, the new Maximals mind was racing. She had many questions, much of them her computer had no answer for. Feeling as if she was out of view from those nearby, she stopped and turned back to the scene below to take a better look. "hmm" She said quietly to herself and Increased the zoom with her eyes to get a better look. Below her, she saw two hurt creatures together. Her computer immediately recognized the one as Rhinox, although she was unsure how it knew that. The other looked to be trying to save him.. but from what? Zooming out a small bit, she saw her answer. A robot had its weapon aimed directly at them, ready to fire.

Deciding to act quickly, she dived back down at full speed towards her prey.

"Which lizard do you mean?"

Manterror turned his attention over to the other, obviously less intelligent, Predicon. In fact, he couldn't even remember seeing a bear creature help in this fight at all. Perhaps he was a maximal spy. Manterror would keep an eye on this one. "I know no names!" he snapped back. Since he only joined the fight recently, the only names he currently knew were of the two leaders and himself. In fact, those were the only ones that mattered. Other names had been spoken during the battle, but he couldn't remember them. "I saw only one lizard, but if I see it again, it will be no more." He continued, and looked back to Megatron for an answer.

Ah. Well, he was threatening Frilla, so if he'd only seen one lizard, she would be the one he'd seen.

"I see," Steelclaw replied amiably. "You did just meet us for the first time, and battles are terrible places to try picking out names."

"The one you attacked is named Frilla," he continued, "former teammate recently defected to the Maximals- though I suspect that makes little difference to you," he added.

A nano-click later, Steelclaw realized he'd interrupted.

"But I'm keeping you from your conversation with our leader," he acknowledged. "My apologies."

Cheetor wasn't sure who's shout he'd heard, but a reflex from previous battles told him not to stay in the same spot and he dashed off to the side just in time to have Blackarachnia land on the ground where he'd been standing. He quickly ran to get space between him and her, and then turned around to face her.

"I thought you were one of the fast and silent type," said Cheetor, "but you're loud and slow."

He followed his insult with a volley of quasar shots and ran for cover behind a large nearby boulder.

"If you truly find us that undeserving, I fail to see why you persist in following us," Dinobot replied. "But," he added with a small, cruel chuckle, "you continue to tell yourself that. It should console you once your hope of defeating me has been... deferred."
I understand... you are, after all, a predacon.

Terrorsaur grinned as the second set of missiles roared out of the barrels. Completely focused on his prey on the ground, he was completely unaware of the quickly approaching foe in the sky. Down below, Orcariner heard the sound of the second wave approaching. Unwilling to take another painful hit, he wrapped his arms around Rhinox's limp body and heaved the Maximal aside. The missiles impacted the earth behind the two of them, unleashing a furious shockwave of rocks and sand. Once again, Orcariner used his body to defend the rhinoceros but the effects of the attacks were not alarming this time. The armor that shielded the giant held well against concussive forces.

((excuse the godmodding, just following the episode!))

At full speed, the falcon caught up to her prey. Without slowing down, she extended her talons and grabbed Terrorsaur by the shoulders. Ignoring his squirms and screams, she carried him away from the two maximals on the ground. Sighting a cliff in the distance, she increased her altitude just enough to let herself clear it. Her opponent was not so lucky. He hit head-on into the rock wall.

No longer carrying the Predicon, she rose higher into the air, turned around and hovered. She thought for a moment, trying to recall something from her damaged memory chip. It had been completely destroyed in the pods crash, and she remembered nothing from her past except for two words. Her name and a word which had no meaning to her, except that she knew it was important. Perhaps it was her transformation code? Her guess turned out to be completely accurate.

"Airazor, Maximize!" She yelled, and transformed. The falcon head dropped to become her chest and from the open spot came her head. Her wings folded up on her back as her arms and legs unfolded from their resting place. She was transformed!
