In other news, Peter David, Writer of Stuff, will be doing the novelization of Transformers 3! So even if the movie sucks we'll have an awesome book to fall back on. GEEKSQUEE!

I can only hope this means he'll write for the comics someday. Though considering he's had firsthand experience working with Andy Schmidt before, I couldn't blame him for not wanting to do it again.

Far as movieverse designs go that one's pretty cool and surprisingly clear for a trailer screengrab. Going by precedent though don't expect to recognize the character. Aside from Optimus, none of the movieverse characters remotely resemble their G1 counterparts.

For some reason I wanna say it's Jhiaxus. The Neo-Cons would make excellent villains for the third movie.

ADF is okay but Peter David is much, much better. He adds a spark of humor toeverything he writes, like a King Midas of Casual Reading. You ever read the Spider-man movie novelizations? Those were great, ever better than the movies themselves.

People on Youtube have been saying that its Unicron. Last time I checked Unicron was the size of a planet but then again it would still kick some major aft he was some what taller then Optimus. Oh and I believe that Mr. Devourer of planets didn't have blue optics. I think he had green optics in the G1 universe.

I liked the trailer. Didn't give too much away, which helps with us speculating over the film and raise up hype. A good move considering TF2 (which I still haven't seen).

Looking forward to seeing more.
