I didn't like how she ended up with Rattrap.

Actually I like the Rattrap/Botanica coupling. I think they make a cute couple. Besides, I'm sure you'll all hear the phase "Oppisites attract" right?

Yeah I have. But it seemed so rushed to me, so it didn't seem real. :/ Much less deep enough to actually last after the war.

Yeah, maybe, but you know what's weird. My sister predicted that Botanica would get with Rattrap after she showed up, way before I even did, and she's not even that into Transformers.

Rattrap was surely intersted in her and both are strong characters. Rattrap always told what he was thinking and Botanica is just like him. She tells him right in the face what she thinks.

most of the characters get silent or hide their feelings but not these two...

I've ranted about the series in the past and I am one of the few who really enjoyed the series for what it was. FYI, David Kaye (A.K.A. Megatron) has said that it was his favorite series because he "likes the darker series." So I think that's pretty cool.

The two biggest gripes:

-Rattrap had to relinquish his V8 powered Transmetal rat mode to become a postman's bike with self-esteem issues

lol thanks, but it was a description taken from the transformers reference sites. They have pretty good humor...sometimes.
