Beast Warrior's names on actual items.

Unread post by Wicked Woman »

Just thought that we could share our experiences of noticing items and/or companies that have names like the Beast Warriors.

I'll start:

I was at work and I noticed that there was a new wasp zapper. What was it called: The Waspinator. I had to restrain myself from laughing out loud.

Does anyone else have any stories like this?

When Sapph and I were wandering around the mall near where last year's Botcon was being held, we found a clothing store called "Rampage."
We stood and laughed.

Hehe, I've never seen that wasp zapper stuff. As far as I can remember I haven't seen any items and etc. that is named after a Beast Warrior. Although, I do have a goldfish named Inferno. ^.^

I've seen "Rampage," and in fact live near to one! Haven't seen "Waspinator" or "Inferno," but there IS something else that I've seen with a BW name . . . but I can't remember it offa the top of my head.

I've seen the 'Rampage' clothing store! :P

I don't think anything in there will fit him, though. >_>

And there just isn't anything in his style....

<_<

Ooo! Oooo! And there's 'Optimus' brand loud speakers! My old college has them. Noticing that one day was just plain COOL. It made my crappy day a lot better. 8)

A couple of years ago I was complaining that my headphones had died, so mom actually BOUGHT me Optimus brand headphones. I couldn't wear them without laughing.

And I don't know if it's true or not, but when I did a sample website for the Skills Canada competition waaay back, one of the products I had to advertise listed that it was compatible with a Megatron brand something as well as the Optimus lol

*raises hand* I've seen Rattraps!

O_o Boy does that sound weird.....

And I always thought it was kinda ironic somehow....

Rattrap never finds them funny, though. Dinobot thinks they're a hoot.

Actually, we call Tarantulas 'Tarry'

Anyways, I didn't expect this many people to come across so many items that we remember names from BW... wait, there was a band called 'Primus' o_O!!!

Heh, you're both right. Tarry and Terry (or as I spell it, "Terri") are common nicknames for Tarantulas and Terrorsaur. Cuz, I mean, their names ARE a handful to spell out all the time....

And yup, there's that terry cloth. I think it's for bath towels an' such. I'm not a fabrics expert. >_>

I freaked out when I found out about Primus the band, instantly connecting to Primus, the Transformer God of Order (as opposed to Unicron, Harbringer of Chaos and all that jazz). I was told that the band existed before the name did in the Transformers world.

Neat stuffs. n_n
