Hi all,

Just a quick message from me to let you all know that I am having to avoid the PC for a while because I have a very sore back and neck (a condition I have suffered from on and off for a decade now) and after seeing a physiotherapist, GP and chiropractor, all agree less time in from a computer would do me good. It's really too sore to type for long so I am going to be taking a break. As a result, please don't fret if I don't PM/email you in reply a.s.a.p. as it might be a couple of days before I check.

Thanks for the heads up Sapph. As my mom and sister both have back issues, I can understand how frusterating it is. Get well soon.

You can always try to do what my mom and I do when our backs start aching. We have a laptop so we just lay down on a bed or couch and surf the net, type, etc. Don't know if it'll work for other people but ^^;;; just thought I'd throw out the idea, ya know? *hug*
