Attending a Convention

Hey, guys. I just wanted to let everyone know that I'll be on vacation from June 11th through June 15th. As disappointing as it was for me to not attend BotCon this year, I realized that I have more than enough money to go to a convention after all. But I wouldn't have been able to go to California anyway because of other reasons. So I heard about a convention called Anime Evolution that's held in Vancouver, BC, Canada. This will probably be the last convention I go to in a long time (unless the BotCon wanders closer to Pennsylvania at some point) because I'd like to spend my money on seeing the sites across the continent and the nation and not so much on the same kind of events over and over. Anyway, I'm glad I chose this one because there are TONS of guests that I've been anticipating to meet, many of which I have not met before. I don't know all of them but here's the list if anyone is curious:

I am excited, to say the least. XD Oh, and Scott McNeil (voiced Rattrap, Dinobot, Silverbolt and Wasptinator from Beast Wars, and Piccolo from DBZ) may make an appearance as I hear it but it's not confirmed. So even though I was depressed about missing the BotCon and some of you guys this year, things have certainly turned around and I can't wait to go to this convention. I'll have my laptop with me but I can't guarantee that I'll have internet access, so I may be slow on here if I'm on at all before I come back home.

If I had to choose between one convention and the other, I'd be really hard-pressed! That's quite the line-up for Anime Evolution! Wow! Are you going to be cosplaying? And aside from that, I agree with what someone else said: TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES!!!

No, I'm not, Sinead, but I'm going to try and check out the cosplay contest.

Well, I have returned from the convention and have a huge report (that I'm still working on), tons of photos and lots of video. I may try to get most of it up this weekend if I can. I was out and about again around the city with Garry Chalk, and I even captured him singing wonderfully at a restaurant he took our friend, my mom and I out to for dinner. If anyone's going to the MechaCon this year, I suggest you reserve a seat for the dinner because he will be playing some sweet blue's music there.
