Well couldn't we have a story line just bout interaction? OR we could do da audition and when we audition we tell bout da OC characters relationships....

Shoot. Dang. dis will prove complicated. But we can do dis!

Hmmm, maybe the first few stories could be the new characters being introduced one by one the relationships build from there.

Heck, in the RP I'm in, my charatcer Sky became best friends with another OC named Soultail over time.

We could have every OC fall from da sky or something (haha dats funny. Its rainin robots!) and introduce themselves to da cannons.... Do we HAVE to have cannons?

I guess we have to decide which canon characters are going to be in there, like is the story going to begin sometime in Season 1 or after Aftermath? If we go for season one, then we would go with whatever charatcers were there in season one, same with Aftermath.

But for canon charatcers, I guess we could have people who want to be a canon character audition for the role.

Ok,enough of my theatrics.

These ideas seem to fit well into my context:We rewrite the Beast Wars,sticking our OCs in it,and adding additional characters,plots,and relationships.

Or,we could tell what happens after the Beast Wars,whether it be on Earth,or another planet. (Not talking about Beast Machines)

Hey,here's one:We could be citizens of Colonny Omnicron.

Okay that sounds cool. Yeah, we could rewrite the Beast Wars some or maybe have it take place after the Beast Wars. The RP I'm in is somewhat based off an AU fic that the creator of it wrote, and all of us kind of like to go nuts with our imaginations, and thanks to one of the others in the RP, we even ended up crossing over the Megaman X series.

So I guess we could go nut with story ideas to make thing more fun and/or cause some drama for the character. So like i said, we could probably rewrite some parts of the Beast Wars or we could come up with something completely AU.

I love dose ideas! Omicron could prove extremely fun. Expecially if we survive Rampages onslaught and help DC. We could even be like his SWAT team!

But NO way would anyone want to Beast Machines. Dat series ruined da Beast Wars good name. Poor Rattrap....

And I think we best start from da beginning if we are gonna rewrite da Beast Wars. Cuz u KNOW ppl are gonna wanna save Terry from falling into da lava, so starting in da 2nd season is kinda a bad idea.

But I have to admit,I laughed throughout the entire episode in which Rattrap gains his,uh,feet...of sorts.

Yeah, Rattrap did kind of get the short end of stick in BM, but on bright side he finally got a girlfriend. All I have to say about BM is interesting idea, bad execution.

Yeah I think either starting in the first season of Beast Wars or the Omicron thing might be a good idea.

AU means Alternative Universe. As in taking the charatcers and rewriting them in a different world then thier or totally rewrite the series. You're pirate idea fits as an example of AU.

Megamax X is a videogame series, where Megaman is a Reploid, which are supposed to be human like robots, but each with thier own weapons and abilities. For example, Cinnamon is a non-combat Reploid, but she specializes in healing. Megaman the one that has one arm that like a blaster and he can learn the abilities of emeny Reploids he defeats. The evil Repliods called the Maverick and one that fight against them are the Maverick Hunters.

Like I said, the RP I'm in crosses over with Megaman X because there is one OC charatcer in there who is half-transformers, half-reploid and she works with the Maverick hunter.

I happen to think that Tor's idea of us doing the Beast Wars pirate-style is an intrueging one. However,I don't think we should use it for our first RP. Maybe,if our first RP is successful,we can have more later on. Like I said,I want to give everyone a chance to post their ideas for a Beast Wars roleplay before I calaberate them all into a poll,and we decide once and for all. Until then,I would like to keep this topic open a little longer,to give everyone a fair chance. Then,I shall make a poll.

Keep the ideas coming!

P.S.:Why has no one suggested Pre Beast Wars?

I believe BWINT has had some back luck with RPGs in the past... something about Primal being a god and lightning or some other thing... you'll have to ask the veterines(sp?) about that I'm not entirely sure...

...there was lightning though... otherwise, good idea.

I've dabbled in RP before so I think it's a great idea!

If enough people are interested, I could ask Sapphire about creating a proper subforum for that purpose entirely.

For story submission, I submit my Omega Quarantine idea.

Setting Outline

Setting: 100 Years Pre-Beast Wars, Predacon Commercial Starport Omega

An unidentified ship lands in Omega carrying a rare and powerful contagion capable of transforming almost anyone it comes into contact with into cyber-zombies. The disease rapidly spreads throughout the city sized starport of Omega, causing chaos and destruction.

The Maximals intervene quickly and decisively. Though the Predacons dont like it. A Quarantine is established completely cutting off Omega from the outside world. The quarantine is air tight, flyers over Omegan airspace are shot down on sight, anyone seen trying to escape Omega is fired upon.

Six months have passed. The Omegan starport, once the crown jewel of predacon financial and military might, is in ruins, and the Precaon dreams of conquest with it.

The political situation outside the starport is tenuos. The Predacons are furious with the Maximals, insisting they're not doing enough to cure the disease and reopen the star port. Elements of the maximal high council want to keep the predacons this way so that their dreams of war might never resurface, while talk of an underground rebellion is being passed from predacon to predacon in the slums of cybertron.

The situation in Omega is not good either. The cyber-zombies have been named Howlers, for the way they Howl when a victim is spotted. The Howlers attack in swarms that never relent, and never give up. They are fast, furious, intelligent and formiddable opponents. And they're especially attracted to energy weapons fire.

Energon is running short. The remaining survivors, tens of thousands in a star port that once held millions, have divided into groups and enclaves that fight the howlers and each other for survival. It's become increasingly apparent that someone or something is organising the howlers, and the few that do recognise this have rallied to fight this force using what few resources they have left. If the contagion should escape quarantine, Cybertron will burn.

It's business as usual on the Quarantine front lines as General Sentinel, commander of the Maximal forces enforcing the quarantine, is inspecting the defences. Business as usual that is, until an Autobot shuttle emergences from Transwarp space a century ahead of schedule and directly over Omegan Airspace. Reluctantly, he gives the order to fire...

My only, personal, problem with this would be having to deal with Megatron in his dragon form.

Thank goodness that wasn't me playing him. If he'd throw anything, it would be rotten banana peels at Rattrap.

If we were to allow canons, would someone still have to audition for a character if they've been playing that character for about eleven years in several different RPG's...? Man, I need a life.

Pfff. You have to play the OLD Megaman Nintendo games. And I hope you've seen the old Megaman cartoon, Sky.

I used to watch it when I was little because my brother loved that show and the NES games. I watched a couple episodes on YouTube not long ago, and my goodness, that cartoon was so corny!

But for some reason, it's still fun to watch. ...In a corny and embarrassing way. XD Maybe it's because some fellow Beast Wars voices were in it.

Love your idea, Razor One! I think the pre-Beast Wars and Quarantine story would be interesting, yesss.
