Actually Cheetor's voice is done by a guy called Wataru Takagi.
I almost spit out my drink when I found out who dubs Dinobot. ...Because I love most of his voices. He's done Reno in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, Ron in B'tX, Eledore Mathiss in Gundam: The 08th MS Team, Devastar (or Scavenger) in Transformers Micron Legend (aka Armada) and Maes Hughes in Fullmetal Alchemist. And he can sing.
Rattrap's voice, Kappei Yamaguchi, is pretty easy to recognize as the voices of Inuyasha, Ranma, Kimiira from B'tX and Chuumon from Digimon.
Rhinox's voice is Seiji Date, or Sage, in Yoroiden Samurai Troopers, aka Ronin Warriors.
Megatron's voice is Don Kanonji in Bleach and Spartan in Saint Seiya.
Tigatron/Tigerfalcon's voice is Hawkmon in Digimon 02, Sylphimon in Digimon X-Evolution and Griffin Minos (one of three Judges of Hades) in Saint Seiya Hades.
Silverbolt's voice is Piddomon in Digimon Frontier, Suzaku in Inuyasha and Road Buster (or Ironhide) in Transformers Superlink (aka Energon).
Tarantulas's voice is B't Groupie in B'tX (HEY! I remember Groupie's voice! He definitely pulled off an insane cackle spot on!), Jaken in Inuyasha and Alpha Q in Transformers Superlink (aka Energon).
Depth Charge's voice is Tessai Tsukabishi and Baigon in Bleach, Andromon and Guardromon in Digimon, Royakan in Inuyasha, Lycaon Phlegyas in Saint Seiya Hades and Shuten Doji (aka Anubis) in Yoroiden Samurai Troopers (aka Ronin Warriors). And last, but not definitely the least, Megatron in Transformers Micron Legend (aka Armada).

And now comes my favorite. Optimus Primal's voice... is none other than Takehito Koyasu, the creator of Weiss Kreuz and the voice of Aya Fujimiya in that same show. I really, and I mean
really love his voice. He sounds very peculiar most of the time... he does voice Zechs Merquise in Gundam Wing and Mu La Flaga in Gundam SEED, Black Shaft in Ring ni Kakero, Gatenmaru in Inuyasha, Shigeru Aoba in Neon Genesis Evangelion... and *going to faint at this point* Wyvern Rhadamanthys, the last of the three Judges of Hades, in Saint Seiya Hades (darn. I loved his character so much I always daydream he is my alter-egos big brother..).

I was pretty frazzled when I found out the seiyuu names, because I have heard them many, many times before. I have Gundam Wing, Gundam SEED and B'tX here with me right now. One of my friends told me B'tX's Ron is the most hardheaded character of the show, but he still screams like a girl.

Btw, I laughed when I heard Silverbolt in one of the BW Metals clips. OMG, it was as if he said "Happy! Boku wa happy!". xD Seriously, he sounds like he's on happy pills or something. Hyper-active bird-dog.
Oh, and the one with the high-pitched voice in the vid was not Cheetor. That was Rattrap. xD The first to talk is Cheetor, then is Rattrap with the high pitch, then Rhinox and finally Primal with that awesome, peculiar and deep voice.

(Oh, and Keiji Fujiwara, aka Dinobot, knows how to pronounce "Golden disk". Cool. And I loved Rattrap in part 2 of the Youtube vid after he had leaned against the pole and said "Primal". OMG! xD! That one where Ratty said something about a working spaceship in the original version... that "Ne?" with the movement made him seem feminine. xD! ...And I thought most Japanese seiyuus couldn't sigh in a genuine way.. Koyasu, aka Primal, did it. Luved that.)
Holy sh... hafta say Waspinator's seiyuu is one of the WORST I have ever heard!!! 00 NO! Rattrap's singing when he, Primal and Rhinox set out!
(OMG. I loved one thing... when Cheetor gets his gun working and shoots Megatron, Primal says "Cheetas!". The expression and the voice fit together a lot better than Chalk's original line... 00)
OK. Tarantulas sounds more like a madman than a crazy scientist... ...WOW! I actually love Terrorsaur's voice! Nobuo Tobita did a bang-up job with that one! ..I wanna hear his Quickstrike... Sheesh.. can't believe the guy is doing Aries Shion in Saint Seiya... o0 He sounds like a deep, human version of 'Saur.
In the third part Koyasu's Primal made, once again, an awesome sigh. The one when they left the first ever ground-battle, riding on Rhinox.
