It's a repaint of Clocker with a new head-- looks definitely "Cheetor" if you ask me. Also notice how the only spots visible in his vehicle mode are on the seats-- he's a pimpmobile, heh.

Quite interesting. It certainly looks like what Cheetor would be back in his pre-BW stage. Still, I do have my gripes.

Above all, I think they should've just painted him yellow over his spotted parts. His spots are supposed to be elements of his beast mode as a cheetah, not reminders from his old vehicle mode. He just looks awkward in his pre-BW body with the spots. I dunno, they just seem too coincidental and unnatural. In my opinion, the spots should have been left out altogether.

Also... his gun does seem a little too... powerful and heavy duty even for him. The people in the show who carried those big guns that were more than half the size of their bodies are guys like Rampage and Inferno. I never recalled Cheetor being being one of the heavy-hitters since he was always more of a scout. Methinks they should've given him a lighter weapon.

Other than that, it looks exactly what I think Cheetor would look like before the Beast Wars began. Overall I would give it three and a half stars out of five.

All of the basic Cybertron molds have big guns, though, to accomodate the Cyber Key gimmicks. The Botcon people really can't be blamed for that...

I disagree. I think he looks good,in a cheetor sort of way. I think they could have have got rid of the spotted sets,maybe just a few spot somewhere less obvious.

I really like Cheetor, as I do with all of the set so far. The only one that I have any dislike for is Dinobot. With Dinobot, though, it is not the mold or the color scheme, it is that it doesn't strike me as Dinobot, but I do still like it.

Now with Cheetor i like what they did with him and I like the spotted seat "covers". the big Maximal insignia bothered me at first but I kind of like it now. I think it fits Cheetor's in your face personality.

With my love for Beast Wars this set is a must for me. Just sucks for my wallet

This one actually surprised me a lot. I was almost certain they would go with either Override or maybe Hot Shot, but looking at the pics... this isn't too bad.
