The Intergalactic Highway

I'm watching the Nemesis Two Parter and seeing that scene again with Dinobot saying the H-word to him, has got me wondering.

Did Megatron ever had a honor code like Dinobot maybe in his past then maybe he realized that it was holding him back from achieving what he desired and denounced it? So hearing that H-word reminds him of failure and that's why he detests it so much.

It's something to think about. XD

I think it's more he associates that word with Dinobot, and what lead Dinobot to defy/betray him. So he probably made it a point to discourage Dinobot 2 from developing those traits at any opportunity.
