Transmetal vs. Bleeding Edge Armor
Strength = Depth Charge
DC is a Maximal roughly the size of an average Autobot. IM is the size of an average basketball player (6'6"). Both have automated strength powered by immense sources of energy. Physics alone dictates that DC wins in terms of muscle.
Intelligence = Iron Man
Out of all the Transformers we've seen, I'd say DC has above average intelligence. IM is a proclaimed genius who's inventions grant him technology far beyond anything we'll actually see within the next decade or so. In fact, I'd say his bleeding edge armor is on par (if not more advanced) than G1 technology.
Fighting Ability = Depth Charge
DC has experience and training. IM has been shown to be over-reliant on the suit's capabilities. When faced with humans with real training, IM gets his butt whooped without his suit. In this scenario, DC's physical capabilities outweighs IM's so IM stands no chance in hand-to-hand combat.
Durability = Same
DC naturally has more armor on his body and his wings can withstand a barrage of missile or fusion fire. I'd even go as far as saying that the wings are nigh-invincible since not even the Nemesis' primary weapon was able to destroy them. IM's new armor is also impressive in regards to durability, but it's not as thick as DC's. However, his armor is equipped with force fields and due to its nanobot composition it is self-repairing. I'm conflicted on who gets this one so I'd say they're equally durable.
Weaponry = Depth Charge
DC has an energy disc launcher, two dual barreled torpedo launchers that may also fire energy projectiles, an energon saber, and an energon dagger. IM has two hand repulsors, a uni-beam, pulse bolts, and an energy blade. While IM's bleeding edge armor is still new, I'll just stick with what's been shown so far. With that being said, I'd give it to DC due to the versatility of his weaponry (i.e.- both energy projectiles and missiles). The sheer size of his guns also makes me feel that his weaponry packs more punch.
Mobility = Iron man
Easily. IM's been able to break the sound barrier since the Mark II armor. His smaller size and repulsors also ensure that he's more agile in combat. Depth Charge's vehicle mode is also fast, but the display of acceleration favors Iron Man.
Willpower = Same
Depth Charge has battled his inner demons which consist of his failure to defend colonies such as Omicron (everyone died) as well as Rampage. Iron Man battled his inner demons which consist of alcoholism and its consequences. Both have wartime experience and I don't think one is "tougher" than the other.
Overall = Varies
If this is a first encounter, I would say that Depth Charge would win the fight. His natural instincts during combat probably exceed IM's. However, given enough preparation time for the both of them and assuming they know each other, I'd give it to Iron Man. IM's preparation is comparable to Batman's (who always wins with preparation), and DC has been shown to react poorly to surprise tactics.
