My favorite Shakespeare-plays are Much Ado About Nothing, Macbeth, Romeo & Juliet, A Midsummer Night's Dream, King Lear, The Tempest and Hamlet. So here come all others except Hamlet:
Much Ado About Nothing
Don Pedro, the Prince of Arragon, is played by Depthcharge. This is because Rampage was my choice for Don John, Pedro's bastard brother. I always tend to put those two against each other (like in my adaptation of LOTR where Depthie is Theoden and Rampage is the Witch King).
Don John is Rampage, because Big J is bad and a bit wacko, too. Rampage just fits Don John's character perfectly.
Claudio, a young lord of Florence, is Silverbolt, because they both are a bit young, naive and heroic. Besides, I just couldn't imagine Silverbolt and Blackarachnia barking insults at each other like Benedick and Beatrice.
Hero, the daughter to Leonato, is Blackarachnia, because of the second reason up there.
Leonato is Optimus Primal. I just think he fits the role... and besides, I didn't have any other roles left. It just bugs me that he's Blackarachnia's father in this one...
Antonio, Leonato's brother, is Megatron. Optimus and Megs are sorta always together, and I just thought this would be a funny thing to write, with Megs always trying to smack Primal on the head while off-stage.
Balthazar, the attendant on Don Pedro, is Cheetor. Balthazar was the same guy who sung the songs in the Kenneth Branagh -movie. I just thought Cheetor's voice is right for him.
Borachio and Conrade, the followers of Don John, are Terrorsaur and Waspinator. That's because they're always shown together.
Friar Francis is Rhinox, because he'd fit a priest. I mean, "Where all are one"?
Dogberry, a constable, is Tarantulas. And that's because Dogberry is a bit on the loose end and so is Tarry. I just crack up every time I think of Tarantulas acting like Michael Keaton in the movie, doing the 'invisible horses' -bit.
Verges, a headborough, is Quickstrike. And that's because he was Dogberry's helper, if I'm not wrong. And arachnids belong together.
The sexton is Dinobot and the boy is Rattrap (because I couldn't get them into any other roles).
Margaret, the gentlewoman attending on Hero, is Antagony. Because she's one of the only female Beast Warriors.
Ursula, gentlewoman attending on hero, is Strika. Because she's again one of the only female characters.
Messengers, watch, attendants, etc.: other characters, including toy-only.

Romeo and Juliet
Romeo is Silverbolt, because he's just the romantic, sacrifice-ready young bot.
Juliet is Blackarachnia, of course, but I really dunno if she'd be ready to stab herself if Silverbolt died...
Mercutio is Rattrap for some strange reason. Maybe because I can imagine him talking like Mercutio. "Good King of Cats"...
Tybalt is Rampage. Eh... he's just the bad bot.
Montague and his wife: Optimus Primal and Arcee.
Capulet and his wife: Megatron and Antagony.
Juliet's nurse: Airazor.
The old man of the Capulet family: Tigatron.
Escalus, the Prince of Verona: Dinobot.
Paris, the kinsman to the prince: Quickstrike. Well, of course because Blackarachnia was 'Sugarbot' to him.
Benvolio: Depthcharge. Although I just can't picture him being Silverbolt's friend...
Friar Lawrence is Rhinox. And Friar John is Fractyl.
Balthasar, Romeo's servant, is Cheetor.
Sampson and Gregory, Capulet's servants, are Waspinator and Terrorsaur.
Peter, servant to Juliet's nurse, is Scorponok.
Abraham, servant to Montague, is Ramulus.
The apothecary is Tarantulas.
The three musicians are Jawbreaker, Jetstorm (BW!) and Lazorbeak.
Page to Paris is Inferno. Another Page is Air Hammer. And an Officer is Sky Shadow.
The other bots are the other characters.

A Midsummer Night's Dream
Theseus is Megatron.
Hippolyta, betrothed to Theseus, is Antagony again.
Egeus, father to Hermia, is Tarantulas.
Hermia is Blackarachnia. In love with Lysander, of course.
Lysander is Silverbolt. In love with Hermia.
Demetrius is Tigatron. In love with Hermia, but it's not the true love.
Helena is Airazor. In love with Demetrius, but he doesn't love her. At least... not yet.
Philostrate, master of the revels to Theseus, is Inferno.
Quince/Moonshine, a carpenter: Optimus Primal. I just start to laugh when I imagine him holding the light and saying "I'm the moonshine".
Snug/Lion, a joiner: Rhinox. Well, he can growl.
Bottom/Pyramus, a weaver: Rattrap. Well, of course!
Flute/Thisbe, a bellows-mender: Cheetor. Ehhehe... he's the young one, like Flute, and he can probably sound like a woman.
Snout/Wall, a tinker: Depthcharge. Holding his hand as a hole through which the lovers kiss each other...
Starveling/?, a tailor: Dinobot.
Oberon: Rampage.
Titania: Botanica.
Puck: Quickstrike.
Peas-Blossom, fairy: Scorponok.
Cobweb, fairy: Terrorsaur.
Moth, fairy: Waspinator.
