A great Classic Novel

For the first time in my life, I read a book so enthralling and captivating I read it in less than a day. This book was 'Tarzan of the Apes' by Edgar rice burroughs. Read it. It's captivating.
But don't expect a conventional start-to-finish story. As much as I LOVE and ADORE WITH A PASSION their cartoon version, Disney was really taking the piss. It started off fairly similarly, but it went very much downhill at least in terms of continuity.
The ending of this book is the most INFURIATING cliffhanger ending! I knew there were more Tarzan books, but there are TWENTY TWO SEQUELS! And they're episodic! NUUUUU!
If anyone else has read this book, I'm DYING to talk to someone about it! If not, I'd highly recommend it!
Peace out dudes!
