Has anyone noticed that in Season One Megatron just acts lik your typical villian who always retreats similar to G1 Megatron? But when Season Two comes around and Megatron gets his TMII form he becomes more dangerous and more amibitious? Then in the final season, it seems when he got his dragon mode, he became evem more dangerous.
Do you guys noticed that when Megatron grows more powerful, he becomes more dangerous and more ambitious. Like he finds the power he needs and then he craves more (Though, it will be expected from him)

He's a bad guy, the more power they have the more they fear losing it, so they would do anything to keep it. Even if it means killing everybody be it a loyal survant, ally, or foe doesn't matter to them as long as they have power.

I noticed some of that, actually. That in Season 2, he tried to act tougher, I thought it was just him maturing or growing up It seems that everyone changed as the season did also.
Not only just by looks, or voices, but their personalities and other stuff.

Yeah I noticed this as well and I kind of attribute it to him getting more and more confident in the Golden Disk idea actually working and him being able to manipulate time and events to his liking. He learns more about the Golden Disks behind the scenes and becomes more confident in his ambitious ideas. He's always planning things behind the scenes to gain power.
After the Golden Disks he learns about the location of the The Ark and tries to kill Optimus Prime. Then he tries to "create life" when he creates Transmetal II Dinobot. He also becomes more ambitious and finds The Nemesis. And after season one he also doesn't have to worry about the energon weakening them all of the time either.

I've noticed the same thing, Una. I used to think that I didn't take Season 1 Megatron seriously just because he wasn't shiny and awesome yet (cough), but I realized it was his personality that became more interesting to me. He became more ambitious and sure of himself, moving beyond the usual villain role like we've said-- he made the role his own.
When I think of Megatron's character, I prefer to stick him in his Season 2 mindset because he was interesting and stable there. As the series goes on I see him going downhill in terms of reasonable sanity, and that makes me sad. D:
Maybe it was him gathering power that caused the changes as the series progressed? When he took in G1 Megatron's spark, it felt like he crossed the line to me. He did it for more power without thinking about the consequences. By the end of the series I wanna scream "Don't you realize what you're doing??" because he's.... out of control by then. =\
Okay, Megatron rant over. xD
[EDIT]
I just remembered his "Ultimate Risk" speech from "The Agenda III", as he's going to destroy Prime. By that point, he's willing to rewrite history entirely just so the Decepticons will (probably?) win the Great War. By Season 3, he seems focused on carrying out G1 Megatron's instructions he found on the Golden Disk. Is that the driving reason for his increasingly desperate/risky behavior in trying to win the Beast Wars?

It's character development at its best.

Megatron really thought he was God in Season Three. He even was going as far as to destroy the Ark even if it meant destroying the G1 Decepticons.
'I'm Alpha and Omega. The beginning and the End."
Delusions of Grandeur, anyone?
