Update on the TF Combat Tournament

New update regarding the TF Combat Tournament. Unfortunately, because of the lack of participation on the Autobot.Net boards, they will be dropped from Tournament play. However, having recently just joined Ben Yee's BWTF Boards, I have introduced the Tournament over there, with Ben's permission.
