Did Dinobot look at the disk before he gave it to Rhinox?
My brother was asking me that. I wonder too.
If he did, could he have saw his death but just went along with it?

The Golden Disks only record history from the past up until sometime before their theft. It is conceivable that they recorded history before 1984. However, the Autobots and Decepticons were not awake during the Beast Wars (as it takes place while they are in stais).
The Golden Disk is not mystical. It is merely the record of things that have happened by those who have witnessed it.
This is why, when Megatron has Rampage shoot the mountain, the mountain shows up on the Disk as being shredded- when the Autobots and Decepticons awoke, someone took to recording Earth geology. Or just that one mountain. And they now saw that it was shredded. Because it had been shredded at some point in Earth's history. Even if it wasn't Earth's original history.
The Maximals and Predacons, however, were non-existent at the time the Great Disk recorded events that took place on Earth. Or if Maximals and Predacons were around, it was only those who were in existence up to, at the very latest, the time of the Disk's theft (if it was continually updated until the moment of it's theft).
Since the Autobots and Decepticons would have no knowledge of Predacons and Maximals, and they were not awake to witness Dinobot's death, there would be absolutely no record of his death occurring. Dinobot does die in the past (before 1984), but he is born in the future. There was not even any knowledge of his existence. He died out of time.
Even if he looked at the Golden Disk, it would not have known of his death, so he could not have either.

I forgot about that. Thanks.
