Okay, duh, they are both scorpions... Does that mean something? Perhaps they could have been related back on cybertron? Or that 'Strike was suppose to take over Scorpy position in the beast wars?

I just kinda just thought of it. Any ideas?

Quickstrike isn't fully a Scorpion, his so called stinger is a cobra head. They could be related but idk.

well yeah, I know he ain't a full scorpion, but he's half. So half related? Half brothers?

Perhaps, the creators wanted to have a scorpion like Predacon for season 2 and 3?

They could be half brothers Scorponok isn't very smart and Quickstrike likes to pick fights he's not very smart either so yeah they could half brothers.

Scorpy died before he could meet Quickstrike. But both of them seem to be less 'intelligent'. One is more machine-like and cannot talk correctly and the other one like a cowboy macho.

Quickstrike is a fuzor and his proto-form was a maximal. I do not think both are related to each other.

I don't think they are related to each other in any way. The space pod chooses at random for which life form's DNA to scan. And it just happened that a scorpion was one of the life forms around. So what I'm saying is that if another transformer landed on Earth and the pod scans a gorilla because it's nearby doesn't make him related to Optimus.

I remember reading/being told that Scorpy was actually a Maximal at one point. So I don't really know if that was true or not, but if so, he ws a Maximal I don't know if that'd make a difference.

Not at all, OOP2, don't feel bad, I was just stating this it was just a boredom question. Sorry if my words, or the <<face meant it in a sarcastic way.

I don't think that they're related either. I did like Scorponok though. He was very loyal to Megatron and at times was shown as quite smart. I guess when he died Inferno took up the mantel of being a loyal subject to Megatron.
