This was found in a search in a Toys 'R' Us store computer, by TFW2005 member Junior. The entry said the following:

Item: 528991

Description: EX TF TRA OPTIMUS PRIMAL VS ME [the "ME" likely to be "Megatron"]

STYLE: 81550

Retail: $39.99

There have been no details on this item yet, but given the price tag, the smart money is on this being a 2-pack of the Deluxe-sized new molds for this year's BW 10th Anniversary Optimus Primal and Megatron. The only other option that I can think of would be a re-release of the original Ultra-Sized molds for Primal and Megatron, but it's long been said that those mold re-releases were intended to be released only in Japan.

Then again, with this item's listing tagged as a TRU store-exclusive, who knows.

See I told you they where coming to the U.S.! LoL, You can find the Primal and Meg molds all over the place.

All right. I'm going to say this very simply.

NO ONE has announced what the two toys in this set will be.

NO DETAILS have yet been released from Hasbro or Toys R Us as to what specific molds are in this set.

My comments of the description were speculation.

Speculation does NOT necessarily equal indisputable fact.

In other words... we still don't know what the toys are going to be, until Hasbro and/or TRU announces it.

Only problem with it is that it says Convoy instead of Optimus Pirme, LMAO!!!

If I'm not mistaken, Optimus Primal's known as Convoy (or some form thereof) in Japan. Also, there's Japanese all over your picture, and Outty's post says it'll probably be released only in Japan.

I think it might be box art, but that's just my guess.

Special is correct. That is a JAPANESE picture. As in "from JAPAN", and NOT Hasbro. All Optimus- or Prime-like characters are given the name "Convoy" in JAPAN.

In other words, TH.... there is still NO EVIDENCE of a Hasbro release YET.

Furthermore, even up to today, neither Hasbro nor Toys R Us have revealed anything official about that product code. So quit trying to "prove" anything that has no evidence yet, until Hasbro and/or TRU say anything on the matter. Can you get that into your mind, thank you?

It is obvious Hasbro is going to release Prime and Megatron toys in the U.S. , I'm not trying to prove anything but state the obvious and relaying information I have found on sites.

Hasbro couldnt bring that over, since it's a exclusive of Japan. Like the new resigned Optimus Primal and Megatron is a USA exclusive.

Anyway, when I first saw this I kinda thought of the alligator Megatron and bat Optimus Primal being in a deluxe size with the 4 BW mini series comics coming with it.

Until there's a offical statement from Hasbro or TRU, it's hard to say what it could be or if will be made at all.

It would be awesome if they are remakes of Optimal Optimus and TM2 Megatron . :Dreams:. It would be nice if they where remakes of their TM1 forms.
