Wow, a new board/topic! I just saw the announcement, and ruched over, of course.
Who has an idea for a first rpg? I have a few, but I'll hold them back for a while

Razor, when there's an RP thread being started, let me know and I'll sticky it to the top of the forum. Also, I think that a good idea would be to start thread-titles as either "IC" (In Character) or "OOC" (Out Of Character), so that we can determine what are the actual RP(s) going on, and what's general discussion.
Just a couple suggestions to help make this run better!

An Excellent idea.
As an addon to that, it might be worthwhile sticking to that during IC RP threads as well, for example:
"I Fire my weapon with righteous vengeance!"
OOC: Hey, this RP Thread is going good! I reckon we should fight it out for the rest of the page!
"I dodge the fire and attempt to withdraw from battle"
OOC: Sorry, cant, getting my teeth pulled over the weekend.
Apologies for the terribleness of the quasi-RP there, it just serves as an example.
But yeah, thread titles should definitely go:
IC: The Axalon
OOC: The Axalon Discussion / Comments
For my own suggestion, might I suggest an Original Character lounge of sorts? A kind of bar and grill type place I often see in RP communities where people can come in and chill out, get smashed, start friendly brawls etc and generally flex their RP muscle whilst also serving as an introduction to the character.

Something I just thought of, how about an OC Character sheet thread? I'll start her up as soon as I can dig up one of my old character sheets from ages back and update it.
Basic format would go:
Name
Age
Physical Appearance
Character Disposition
Brief History
Detailed History (Optional)
Motto (Optional)
Tech Specs
That's all I can really think of at short notice before work. If anyone can think of stuff to add or remove from that then go nuts
And if you've got your character sheet ready before I've had a chance, go ahead and start the thread
