I've been meaning to draw my own tribute of Heath Ledger as the Joker to add to the rest on dA ever since "The Dark Knight" was released. I finally got one done! Now I'm not really great at drawing people, and I especially try to avoid celebrities, but I think this came out better than I anticipated. Hooray! I particularly enjoyed adding the "HA HA HA" and "HERE'S MY CARD" with red colored pencil, which now looks purple-ish pink after I scanned it... D'oh! I hope the rest of you Joker fans out there enjoy it! ^_^

XD No, really! I haven't drawn a "real" person since... my last Batman drawing that's... two or more years old, and he's wearing a mask with his arm covering his mouth! I really am happy with the way the Joker came out. This encourages me to do more Joker drawings! ^_^ And maybe a new Batman because I have a pretty schweet shot of him with his whole body.
That was very detailed. Your style of drawing is just very realistic. I never got people who could do that- they make their drawings look like photographs. Very nice job!
Thank you, Blazemane! *hug* It takes time, patience and practice to do something so detailed. Almost every drawing I do is a challenge, and I like that. ^_^ I put a lot of effort in ones like this and my Beast Wars fanart.
