Has anyone seen the new look to the Botcon site: http://botcon.com/

Note, must have quicktime to view videos.

Yeah, yeah, I check the site everyday for updates... sue me.

... THE NEXT DAY ...

Well, I tried to bring people's hopes up and they come crashing down on me with sharp knives and demolition charges -_-. 'Why' do you ask? Here's why:

BotCon 2008 –
Cincinnati, Ohio

Duke Energy Center
April 24th-28th, 2008

So, I guess no ones going for 2008, unless they had school off and/or live close. (-_- again)

I'm going, already have my hotel room booked. It's only a 2 1/2 hour drive, and because my college is on the quarter system that's NOT finals week for me, so if I have to miss 1 class on Friday or something it's no biggie. w00t!

Despite how "close" it is to me (probably about an eight to ten hour drive), I don't think I'll be going. It figures that as soon as it comes near PA again, I can't make it. I think I'll be spending way too much money for my vacation in August to attend this BotCon. Might as well save what's left for '09. >_<

Have fun, Beastbot! ...Lucky... XD

Gosh darnit, I have always wanted to see Ohio. But alas, Botcon falls in the first week back AFTER my Easter holidays. Not that I could afford to go this year - -I've enough trips planned as it is. But I'm definitely interested in attending in 2009, if they have it in the summer, again. I hope you enjoy it, Beastbot! If you are willing, I'd love a Botcon report from you afterwards . In fact, you may well be the only Bwinter attending this coming year!

This may actually be the first BotCon I might not be able to attend. o_o; It all depends on my class scheduel that has yet to be determined.

Though knowing me, I will undoubtedly base the entirety of said scheduel around the possibility of going to BotCon.
Is the answer to this question "No"?

That's what I do if it's at all possible. Giggity giggity! :D

Man, I hope SOMEONE else from BWINT is able to attend next year... I's gonna be kinda lonely otherwise, you guys are the only group I've really hung out with...

Well, Cincinnati is only an hour and a half away from where i am, and I'll be finishing up with class finals by then. no classes on friday either so I think I'll be driving to botcon if all goes well.

I hope some of you can make it. I'm going to miss everyone who cant

Registration brochures and forms are up at Botcon.com. I've registered-- I sent mine in within the first hour, but those customization classes sure fill up fast with only 25 people each, I hope I get into it as this will likely be the only Botcon I'll be able to go to one...

Oh, and yes, theme of the set= Mirror Universe. Comes with Evil Prime, Evil Jazz, Evil Goldbug, Good Starscream, and Good Razorclaw (Minicon).

I really want to go. It's in the state next to mine but I can't afford it. :( One of these days I'll go to one. Next year or the year after. I just gotta stop buying transformers toys from the local dollar stores. XD
Desperately needs customer service
