I don't think I reported in the past, but a while back I added recon equipment to help him with scouting duties.

I know people have been (or are planning to) break the rule of having 2 OCs on the same faction, but I really don't think OOP would want us breaking the rule of having more than 2 OCs period. You may have to kill off or discard Starshadow or Cecaelia in order to bring in Averna-2.

Well, I'm planning to kill off Cecaelia in season 2 like I've mentioned before *I'msosickofrepeatingmyselflolkidding* ..Averna 2 will stay neutral in season 2 then become a pred in somewhere season 3 which is also the season where Star becomes a maximal.

I'm assuming these hair blades are some form of tentacle with a blade attached, they're a little long, but that isn't really much of a problem. Are these hairblades just as armored as she is?

Poisoning and mutating characters with venom.. I know this is a effect for your characters background, but considering it's possible to inflict this over and over on other characters, that may at one point have to be pointless with a vaccine against it, if one isn't already made and spread out anyway considering the events that happened with Visia. Either way, it'd be a one time plot event.

Gunblade, you didn't explain much about. I'm assuming the blade is solid metal, is the gun part a energy weapon or a solid projectile?

Plasma discharge is just from stolen energy? Considering she specializes in energy theft and projection, I'm surprised her firepower is lower then her strength.


Alrighty,lets get into the stats..

a bat with a strength of 9? I guess she's a bodybuilder chick like Saberfang.
I see she has 50 points,so that means she's a transmetal. You didn't list any sort of transmetal feature, which.. honestly why hasn't our stat system included an area to post transmetal parts yet?..


Weaknesses:

A type of photophobia, typical of vampires, that's fine.

Not sure how a 7 ft bat would take over anyone's body, but then again I think everybody tries not to think how a winged snake was hiding inside Starshadow considering how often she gets repaired, so.. it's not really a weakness, it's just stating the original has an ability that the clone does not.


The Neutral aspect of the character is a bit troubling, specially since Starshadow seems like she wants to break off being neutral, then there's Arachnitron who is too crazy to be on either side, and Manterror seems to be neutralish himself.. throw in Tarantulus and your starting to see a pattern of neutral characters wandering about, but I guess it'll slide since she'll probably join the preds in season 3 you've stated.

Hair Cable blades: yup! Armored as she is.

Venom: Ooh..okie, I'll get rid of that.

Gunblade: Yup. Solid metal with it's own projectiles.

Plasma Discharger: Let's just say if she use lesser energy, she can shoot more. Use more energy, she shoots less. So yeah..I go with "lesser energy, shoot more."

Stats- Strength: NONONO! She's no shehulk! Jist anoter femme with beautiful curves lol.

Transmetal: GAH CRAP! Why do I keep forgetting the vehicle mode?! Uhh uhh..A large hoverbike with lasers! I'll add that later..

No-parasite-mode: lol yeah true. I'll clear that.

Neutralism: Well...I'm making her neutral for season two because I'm planning her to help both Maximals and Predacons so it's like getting herself in battle for nothing, to get mech fluid or just for fun.

Abilities are inherent of an Octopus, so no problems there.
Weapons lets see..

Tentacle buster cannon with gatling system
Okay.. so the center gun is a Buster cannon, then the arms around it spin like some wild gigantic gatling gun. Hm.. Well, you do have the strength to carry around a weapon like that, though I don't think you'd want to attempt using it with one hand, seems more like your typical Minigun you see in the movies carried by both arms at your side. Kinda like this. http://i549.photobucket.com/albums/ii37 ... inigun.gif Least for stability. Good for mowing down large groups at the least.

- Explosive throwing knives
Not much listed, but I'm assuming these are basically just explosives with a blade attached. So probably more like Rattrap's demolition charges.

Long twin flame daggers
Okay.. These, I don't understand much. So.. are they designed to just burn a victim, or set them on fire? Do you put them together to throw them or just make easier for cutting? I get it's kinda like the Darthmaul/Samurai troopers armor of Inferno thing, but they might be too short.

Plasma gun
Not much listed here, I'm assuming like a quasar style pistol or something.

Other then that, everything seems fine to me. Seems like a decent stealth/heavy support type.

And we'll be maintaining that rule because as I have come to realize when there are this many characters on each team now, there isn't always something to do for everyone, and some characters just end up meandering around or losing their lust for their functions. Not mention all of the other agendas on the side.

Question.. there's been some discussion on having all agendas on one side so people shouldn't have both characters on one side or the other. Yet certain players already have both characters on the same team (Caecelia & Starshadow, Feralnight & Frilla), but what about people who play in canon characters only?

Optimus Primal, Tigatron & Rattrap are all Maximals after all.

In general the canon Maxis see much more action than most canon preds.

I did see that issue with having Frilla turn sides, it was kind of a on the minute idea I did during when Whitegrazer was activated and of course by now it's probably noticeable Feralnight is having problems with rethinking her own loyalties. In fact if needed I may have her turn sides if it becomes an issue with too many on the Maximals side, thus her past will probably come out more in the open.

In fact when feralnight told them she use to be a predacon and bluffed she was turning sides it can be taken as a foreshadowing of turning back to the Preds. But like I said it's a thought but only if necessary.

Throwing knives: Mhmm!

Long Twin flame daggers: Like it's stated they are loooonnnggg. Something like this>> (the grey one) The daggers are design to cut and burn at the same time. It's also useful for other purposes.

Plama gun: Nahh...not a pistol but just a normal medium sized gun. It would be as large as Rattrap's gun.

I put Cecaelia as a pred because the preds were like...outnumbered if more maxies comes in so I balanced the numbers by bringing in Cece so the war would be a fair game.

Hm.. well fire on it's own tends to vary.. But whacking them with a blade on fire seems less effective to me unless it's a focused jet or sticky like Napalm.. though Napalm would be a nightmare to everyone, including the user. Very likely to set Cecaelia's self on fire catching a boomerang like that.Though a bladed fire covered boomerang is likely to harm the user more since if it comes back, you are less likely to catch it at the center.

Eh, whatever. Select either jet of flame or napalm fire and we'll try to figure out the updated rank.

Ehh...now that is a tough decision. Erm..I guess..jet of flame would do. I don't want to see my baby becoming a burnt takoyaki.
