"Beast mode!" She said, stepping off the lift.

After her transformation was complete, she shook her white mane and tail, motioning for Frilla and Rattrap to hop on. She could see that Rattrap was eager to hit the trail.

When the two got on, she smiled and warned, "Hang on, you two!"

Steadily, she started to gallop, gaining more and more speed as she went forward.

Weird. Was all Blackarachnia could say towards Starshadow and Cecaelia.

Keeping her eye on Tarantulas, she kept herself behind him, following Megatron on this endeavor which she surely knew wasn't going to end well. And being the spider that she was, she made sure that she will create an outlet if things go too wary.

Terrorsaur sliced through the sky with a magnificent display of speed. It would not take long for him to reach the target zone, and while waiting for the Maximals to arrive, he would simply hide in the clouds in beast mode to restore energy. With his squadron not far behind, the Predacon flyer tried to draft a quick idea of how to approach the field. They should probably split up, having two in the air and two on the ground to divide their enemy's attention. However, before this was finalized, something caught Terrorsaur's eye.

"What!" he hissed.

Optimus Primal was beating them there. He was not even kilometer ahead of the group just cruising towards the destination. The Predacon quickly stopped mid-flight and radioed the others.

"Hold up!" he yelled, "Primal is already here!"

How could he have beaten me?

He had evidently overestimated his own speed, but Terrorsaur found an opportunity here.

"He's alone," the pterodactyl continued, "We will end him together before his precious Maximals come to his aid. Oh, and one more thing. First strike is mine!"

Not even bothering to wait for a reply, Terrorsaur dove straight through the sky towards his enemy. He had not forgotten what happened the last time, nor the time before that, the two had fought in aerial combat. Weapons ready and screeching very loudly, the Predacon proceeded to make way towards the transformer he believed to be his rival of the sky.

((OOC: To all Predacons with Terrorsaur- If you're supposed to take part in the Labyrinth Adventure, do try to stay alive until then.))

Frilla climbed onto Whitegrazer's back soon after she transformed and held on as she began to gallop after the others. She held on and was careful of her claws, watching as the landscape just seemed to past them in a blur.

---------------------------

Feralnight flapped her wings, still a ways behind Optimus and not knowing what had occurred between him and 'Clear Convoy'. She just hoped the Predacons hadn't gotten there first or that it was too late and that Airazor would catch up in no time. For now she was still a bit away from the location though was getting closer.

Orcariner monitored his radar as he set out. The base was beginning to look miniscule now, although it was still present on his scanners. The good news for him was that there was no sign of Predacon signatures. At least that would mean that the orca would not see combat until he reached Sector M18. Trying to will his gravity lifts to move faster, Orcariner saw his speed barely move up. He only hoped that there will be a day when he was no longer confined to such aggravating limitations.

Dinobot was fast, but he was having trouble keeping up with Cheetor. The younger Maximal was sprinting ahead at full speed. And Whitegrazer was still a ways behind.

"Cheetor," he called ahead. "It would be better for us to arrive a cycle later as a group than for one of us to get there alone as quickly as possible. Reduce your speed!"

Cheetor looked over his shoulder and then, to Dinobot's surprise, started slowing down. Dinobot caught up and then slowed down himself, setting a pace so Whitegrazer could reach them.

"How long you think it'll take us?" the cheetah asked as they dodged and wove around various trees in their path.

"Not too much longer," Dinobot guessed. "You are looking forward to the battle?"

"Well... yeah. And you aren't?" Cheetor answered.

Dinobot took a moment before he responded.

"I relish clean combat. But only time will tell if we are heading into a situation which will actually offer it."

"Oh, come on Dino-destroyer. I'm sure they're'll be tons of Preds for you to smash."

As they talked, they ran unknowingly past Optimus' limp form, which was just a stone's throw South.

Moving through the sky as fast as she could, Airazor beat her wings to try and gain even more speed. She had left the base last, but she already had caught up and passed Feralnight. In the distance, she could even make out what looked to be Optimus. Just a little while longer and she'll have caught up! Airazor sped through the sky like a living rocket. This was the first time she had been able to show off her speed to her comrades and she wanted to make a good impression on them. Everyone else had some sort of stand-out ability that made them useful and hers was her unmatched air speed.

Within only a few minutes, the falcon caught up with whom she thought had been Optimus Primal. He was flying towards the destination at a respectable speed, but still couldn't match that of Airazor's. Gliding next to him, she turned her head and spoke. "How's the wind current here, Big Guy?" If she could smile in beast mode, she would have. She wanted to imply that he was flying a little slow without coming off as too rude. She was quite proud that she was able to catch up to him so fast, although they were now nearly at the destination.

(I will edit Venatrix her profile to mention this upgrade later)

Venatrix was rudely disturbed by Scorponok's message.
She muttered a bit and walked towards the essembly area.
Usualy she had 2 blades on her back. Now, instead of 2 hilts revealed behind her shoulders, the tip of a bigger hilt was seen behind her head between the 2 smiller hilts.
The Predacons who didn't care about the appearances of their teammates wouldn't have noticed the small change.

The black panther was the last of the Predacon group to leave the Darkside and stayed in the back.
She didn't have 8 eyes to have a larger view of her surroundings, but she could rely on her other sences to guard the back.
She could also keep tabs on the other Predacons.
They where all Predacons after all. Loyalty wasn't part of their programming.
She trusted non of them.

Venatrix waited patiently for Steelclaw's arrival.

-----------------

Valkyrie finaly caught up with Airazor, Feralnight and the one the all thought to be the real Optimus Primal.
None of the realised the one they joined was actualy a clone.
The large bird of prey kept her eyes on the ground, always expecting a Predacon ambush.

She still wondered why not more of her comrades had choosen a beastmode with flight abilities.
Flying was great.

Seeing Orcanier a little ways ahead Wintersong picked up a little speed to catch up with the killer whale, keeping alert for signs of the Predacons. "Hey Orcanier mind some company?" She asked when reaching his right side. It had been a little while since she really had worked with the orca, not since the arctic mission and they never really talked a lot so now seemed a good time until they reached their destination.

Feralnight caught up with the others, impressed at the speed Airazor had. But she kept watch for any Predacons, ears twitching slightly for the slightest sounds until she noticed Valkyrie. "Glad you could catch up Valkyrie." She greeted and would have smiled if possible. This at least made four fliers now and hopefully give them some advantage compared to the fliers from the Predacons, or at least a better chance. Even if they head heavy hitters and speed so did the Predacons. It would just come down to who was the better flier.

(( OOC: Thanks, Alak.

Guys, I'm going to post Clear Convoy's paragraphs in italics from now on so hopefully no one will get them confused with OP's. ))
"How's the wind current here, Big Guy?"
The female Maximal almost startled the Vok clone the way she silently and quickly swooped in beside him. Almost. He didn't show it. Was she mocking him? Or rather, Primal? He was faster than any of the Predacons he was aware of, but he didn't know this new Maximal at all. That was a draw back right now, not knowing the names of these new bots and who they were. He'd learn them eventually, though, as soon as another would address them. All he really had to do was act and speak like their leader.

"This speed bores you?" the Primal look alike rhetorically asked her. He even added a light chuckle. "Well, as much as we need to get there first, we don't want to get too far ahead of the others. The Predacons will be showing up shortly. I'm sure of it," he said, looking forward again.

Hearing Terrorsaur's obnoxious screech, "Clear Convoy" suddenly stopped, coming to a hover in the air, and located the red Predacon coming right for him. It looked like he was alone, and therefore outnumbered. Fool. "Speaking of which," he said, pointing out the Predacon flier to the falcon beside him. He also noticed that Valkyrie and Feralnight were not far behind them.

"Heads up, Maximals," he sent out a warning to all of them over his communication link. "We've stumbled upon Terrorsaur, which means the other Predacons can't be far behind."

Looking back to the female flier next to him, he said, "Let's mingle," grinning to her as an invitation to join him in stopping Terrosaur before he activated one of his wrist cannons and targeted the Pred. He fired three shots at him; one head on and two off to his sides incase he attempted to strafe sideways. This was going to be fun. And when the real Primal was going to show up, which he would eventually, he'd see if he can turn the others against him and make them think he's the clone. The Vok safely laughed at that in his head.

-----

The rat climbed on to the mare after she transformed, which was rather awkward for him, but if Frilla could do it, then so could he. He held on tightly to her mane, hoping he wasn't holding too tight to her.
"Hang on, you two!"
"Hi ho, Silver! Away!" Rattrap playfully announced when Whitegrazer took off. She was much more smooth than Rhinox, but Rhinox had the power to blow through rock walls while he ran. He doubted 'Grazer could do that. However, she was faster than him, and could probably jump over and dodge obstacles real easy.

"Sentinel, on-line," the rodent called the Axalon before they were out of range.

Acknowledging the command, Sentinel raised the shields and kept an active radar for enemies while the Maximals were gone.

Tarantulus glanced back towards Blackarachnia as he moved, he then spoke up with a dark chuckle See something you like back there?

Megatron raised an eye brow hearing Tarantulus behind him, but kept moving.

Glowstick watched as Terrorsaur sped off ahead, trying his best to keep up. His optics then narrowed as he heard Terrorsaur mention Primal, his optics zoomed in noticing the mechanical ape, though he also noticed no Maximal energy signature was detected. But he shrugged it off, it was likely just a glitch. Great.. flying monkeys.. His optics then shifted as he noticed Valkyrie, Airazor, and Feralnight show up Looks like the Wicked witch, the cowardly lion, and the tinman showed up.. But where's Dorthy? he said to himself, then powered up his laser cannons, then locked onto Airazor and Valkyrie in the distance firing off two laser blasts.

He activated his radio Terrorsaur, if you can do it, then flying monkey is all yours. I'll try to cover you. Manterror, Waspinator, keep Valkyrie distracted. Inferno, make the colony proud, take down Airazor!

_____________

Icebreaker continued walking towards their destination, he then looked back towards Saber while speaking up So.. Why'd you do it? Why him of all the scientists, medics, and every other on Cybertron..? he moved his head forward again to pay attention to where he was running.

_______________

Rhinox slowly started to catch up to Orcariner, running along side him and wintersong. It was times like this Rhinox regretted being a rhino, he really wasn't made for long distance or moving places fast other then short bursts for the infamous rhinoceros charge.

Manterror, Waspinator, keep Valkyrie distracted.
"Wazzzpinator lost to hawk-bot before, but with bug botzzz help we shall take her down!!" Waspinator shouted transforming into his robot form.
Inferno, make the colony proud, take down Airazor!
"Hiya!! For the Royalty!!" Inferno yelled before firing at Airazor.

* * *
So.. Why'd you do it? Why him of all the scientists, medics, and every other on Cybertron..?
Saber sighed before replying. "Fear and lack of options. I don't want to say this twice, once we're back at base after all this is over and done with I'll tell you and the Maximals everything."

Despite how slow she was compared to Dinobot and Cheetor, she did have a graceful speed going which she was very comfortable with, not feeling Rattrap's pull on her mane. The winds were caressing her form with it's warmness, and the whole scenery around her became a mix and mash of blue and yellow until they came closer to the foliage and trees popped up that she had to dodge, slowing her speed a bit. It was then she noticed that the two had slowed their speed so she could catch up.

"How are you guys holding back there?" She hoped it was a smooth ride for them.

When she finally caught up to Cheetor and Dinobot, she galloped beside them, joining in their conversation, "With this transwarp signal, Megatron will do whatever it takes to keep us from getting it...if this signal is the real deal. It will be an all out battle."

There was still something in her mind that lingered that all of this was some sort of setup.

Hearing Optimus' message unaware that this wasn't Optimus, she nodded. Optimus and the other flyers will probably soon deal with a Predacon army if they don't come soon.

"I still think something is going on..." She said softly. It was supposed to be to herself but it could have been heard.

_______________________________________________________________________________________

You wish, Legs. Blackarachnia thought to herself but smirked inwardly. She was going to enjoy this little game.

She wondered how much farther. She was itching to fight some Maximals...in her own, sneaky way.

Terrorsaur weaved through the shots as they were fired in his direction. He had seen this move before, but this time he was ready for it. The Maximal leader had a habit of using his wrist blasters as an opening attack rather than the much more daunting shoulder cannons. It was typically an intelligent move to save one's most powerful weapon as a surprise, but such an tactic wore thin after repetitive usage. However, Optimus had Airazor as a wingman this time around. The same Airazor that left Terrorsaur in pieces in their first encounter. Quickly closing the distance on the pair, the Predacon knew that projectiles would be useless at their range. Every flyer in the sky right now has logged in over 100 hours of flight time. Obviously, Airazor was an exception, but she displayed a frighteningly innate skill at aerial combat to the extent that Terrorsaur suspected she had flying time back on Cybertron. Memories can fade, but motor memory was a different story.

I can't tackle Primal like I did before, he thought.

One memory that would never fade was Optimus breaking Terrorsaur in half with a single point-blank shot from that same wrist blaster he was currently letting loose at the moment. The Maximal had performed a repeat maneuver and failed. Terrorsaur could not afford to make that same mistake especially in a two to one match-up. Despite Primal being his primary target, the pterodactyl quickly altered his collision course by two degrees. Igniting the afterburners to dangerous levels, Terrorsaur thrust both arms forward and yelled as he impacted Airazor instead.

Hey Orcanier mind some company?
"Not at all," replied the killer whale with a smile, "It's funny that I'm using so much energy to reach this speed, and here you are running alongside me ever so casually."

He laughed, but not too hard in an effort conserve his power.

"Are you excited about this mission?" Orcariner asked, "There's so much potential riding on this."

Wintersong laughed a bit at his commented then nodded a bit,"Looking to kicking some Predacon skidplate that's for sure. Though if it's a chance to go home guess I'm glad too." She replied as she kept up with the orca. Though she looked back seeing Rhinox which was good that he had caught up. Now all they needed was Tigatron though hopefully he wasn't too far behind.

Snow Trix looked towards the two Arachnida but rolled her eyes at the two. Looking forward again the fox watched out for the ground unit of the Maximals yet didn't see anything of them yet.
