Both blips were now decelerating and Orcariner realized that Icebreaker was successful in his surprise attack. His radar began to scan and identify the unknown Predacon craft, revealing it to be none other than his very own stasis pod.
"What?" he said aloud in surprise, "How the blazes did they get a hold of that thing?"
More blips began to separate from the pod and Orcariner counted at least three Predacon warriors in the ocean now. The penguin was going to need back up, and he was going to give it to him. Baring his steel teeth, the killer whale let his animal instincts take over. The predator was in control now.

Glowstick descended into the water slowly, his optics flickering back online. He looked towards the ship which seemed to be sinking, then noticed the glow of StarShadow with Steelclaw and Sonar. It seemed Frilla was the only one lucky enough to stay on the ship. He activated his jet rushing through the water as he came up bellow StarShadow and Sonar wrapping his tentacles around the two, his gravity system activating as he floated into the air, then landed along the raised wing of the Leviathan setting StarShadow and Sonar down. He rubbed his head with one of his arms as he then moved towards the rear hatch of the ship grabbing the door mechanism on the side, causing the hatch to close on it's own. He sighed That Penguin really made a mess of things.. he then said, he looked at Steelclaw floating in the water You know, your probably one of the luckier ones. Alright.. I have to get the wing free on this and start up the bilge pump.. then I might be able to figure out the damage..
Glowstick then walked towards the half sunk cockpit, leaning in through the hole made by Sonar he dropped the Minigun, he then flicked a switch on top of the craft cockpit with one of his tentacles, his feeder tentacles firing out to latch onto Steelclaw and pull him up on the transport cockpit, the raised surface giving him somewhere to stand. The lights on his body then started to go out as he heard the noise of a whale coming in from the distance ... Slag.
The side of the ship started to squirt water out with a low hum noise coming from inside of it.

Icebreaker twitched as his optics started to glow again, he leaned up looking towards the wreckage. He smirked under his mask, finding his gun still clenched in his hand, he holstered it at his side, then started to swim towards his board. He grabbed it, then looked at the group "Maybe now you wont be so willing to steal our people, Predacons.." he then got up on the board slowly, it was starting to sink a bit, he sent commands to it as it's tread started up again, causing him to raise up and move along the surface of the water, his head turned slightly as he heard Orcariner show up.

Steelclaw couldn't exactly hear the whale coming, but he knew what Glowstick was thinking once he remembered the incoming Maximal signals and pondered the sudden exclamation.
"Ah... bite me." he declared to the Maximal, even though he was well out of hearing range. This was going to blow.
Then he heard the sound of another machine- Icebreaker's shield was still working. He hadn't been able to deactivate it? What the slag was it made out of?
"Should I start breaking the ice on the wing?" he asked Glowstick. Then an idea struck him.
"Your slime canisters- how much area could your chemicals cover in this water before they dissipate too much to become effective? If it's at all possible for us to create a perimeter that would be too painful for those two to come swimming through, we could repair the ship as long as we stayed out of the water."

Glowstick shrugged Probably a long time, you know.. they don't particularly work to cause pain. They cause Paralysis. Infected it'd take a half hour to an hour for them to recover though.. Better then nothing, it'd probably take forever even with all the firepower here. he then started to crawl into the cockpit, coming out with the box of slime canisters As for shooting the ice, using energy weapons would be a better idea. the Defense system's main purpose is to prevent plasma and other energy based weapons from hitting the ship, plus the fact most the ship is made of space ship based metals and parts..the ship is rather thermal resistant, however that doesn't mean it can't get ice caked onto it as you see.. if StarShadow can fire her plasma beam at the ice on the wing she can probably cut us free, if she heats up the water to crack it off the thrusters underneath we should in theory be able to just fly straight up.. it eats more fuel, but at this point I don't care. I packed way more then needed anyway..

Starshadow coughed out the salty water of the sea, panting with exhaustion.
"Slagging bird..." she started melting the ice when she fired her plasma beam on the transport's wing with full power.
She stopped and turned to Steelclaw. "Use my tail spikes. It should be hard enough to chip off the ice." and with that, she continued to melt the frozen wing.

Orcariner was soon in range and despite his state of aggression, he was joyful to see Icebreaker surfing around in one piece. However, it was time for the ocean's most fearsome creature to make his move. The killer whale dove deeper to avoid any visuals from the enemy. He had no doubt that his large presence was noted, but the pod-turned-transport was immobile now. He guessed it was Icebreaker's doing and a grin followed.
"Orcainer," he growled, "Maximize!"
Arcing upward and shooting towards the surface, the whale transformed into a giant mech with both energon swords drawn forward. They sank into the vessel's underbelly and Orcariner created two fissures into the hull. Rising towards the surface, he rose up to his chest and grabbed hold of the Leviathan's edge.
"I left this pod to rust at the bottom of the ocean," the Maximal angrily said, "and I intend to keep it that way."

Frilla began to come around and shook ehr ehad as she sat up, turning around to see the others back on their feet. What was hapepning now? Standing she felt a bit dizzy but shook it off looking aorund confused however to what was going on.

Steelclaw was thrown into cockpit by the sudden attack on the ship, and transformed back to battle mode.
"Hey, be fair!" he shouted indignantly to the behemoth. "It's not like you were using it!" He took his gauss rifle from off of his back and set it to fire off incendiary rounds. They'd have a lot more potential to do damage in the current situation.
There were a lot of things telling him not to get in the Maximal's line of sight, but the truth of the matter was that things would be far worse if he didn't put up a fight. So he took in a breath and then pumped his rifle. The sound of it loading was oddly comforting. Leaning out of the hole in the wind-shield, he got a look at the Maximal's nearly unmissable faceplate and fired off a round at it before pumping again, causing the first cartridge to fly into the water with a small hiss.

Starshadow dug her nails on the metal to prevent herself from sliding off the transport again, holding Sonar down.
She looked up when she saw Orcariner. "Orcariner, you never call, you never write...I'm hurt." she smirked. She feared that the whale would bring the whole transport down. "Steelclaw, give Sonar a CPR treatment!"
Then, an idea stuck her. "Sorry batsy, I would need your mech fluid." she sighed and bit Sonar's neck, sucking his mech fluid to make herself go feral.
Her optics were glowing brightly, her fangs were sharper than before. Starshadow snarled at Orcariner and pounced on him, using her sharp claws to scratch his face, intending to blind him.

Glowstick cringed as he heard and saw the blades running through the haul of the ship, while the field negated some of the Energon properties, Orcariner's brute strength simply overwhelmed the metal. He watched as Orcariner came up on the other side of the ship, then Glowstick fired out his tentacle grabbing onto Sonar pulling him away before he fell into the ocean again. He then moved setting Sonar in Steelclaw's turret seat, his tentacles sinking into the box he was carrying, then dropped the empty box, two of his tentacles seen covered in canisters, like bullets on a bandoleer. Exactly! Glowstick suddenly shouted, then swung his tentacles sending out four of the canisters towards Orcariner, his lasers fireing, moving in a fast arc motion to cut the canisters causing them to explode from rapid decompression in the air by Orcariner's chest, the water becoming rather thick and looking of a strange glowing slime around his body. Okay, put as many holes in him as you can!
The effects of StarShadow's beam on the water and ice had been rather successful, using the properties of thermal dynamics the rapid heating of the ice caused the ice to rapidly crack and break off from the wing and under haul of the ship.
_________
Icebreaker watched as Orcariner attacked the ship, whistling. He probably wouldn't of caught up to the thing on his own, but the damage he did was far more impressive then Icebreaker stopping it. His optics then widen surprised as he saw StarShadow bite Sonar, then attack Orcariner like a rabid animal, as well as the shots from Steelclaw. He wasn't even sure what Glowstick was up to. But it didn't entirely matter to him, he drew his gun ejecting it's old magazine loading the new one.

Probably should have thought of a better plan, thought Orcariner.
In the water, he was a butterfly. Out of it, he was a pig. With the kitten covering his optics, the Maximal was unable to see his attackers as he swung his left blade aimlessly in the air. He felt his armor absorb the incredible tremors dealt from one of the Predacon's pump-action shotgun. Suddenly, an explosion erupted in front of him which knocked Starshadow off his head. The giant slipped and only held on by a few fingers while the rest of his body pivoted around from the sheer force of the attack. Dazed, the Maximal blinked a few times before looking in front of him.
"Huh," he said, "Land."
In the distance, terrain was visible but Orcariner's focus right now was returning into the ocean depths. Another shell struck his hand and the Maximal fell back into the ocean. Groaning from the confrontation, he returned to his beast mode and sighed as the internal repairs kicked in. His focus returning to the pod, the killer whale inspected the damage he dealt to the craft. Several bubbles leaked from the incisions that he had made before, but this was a device designed to carry large protoforms and survive impact from orbit. Unfortunately, his ability to damage the Leviathan was greatly reduced now that he was forced back into his beast mode.
"Have to try something," he said to himself.
Kicking his tail, Orcariner surged towards the hull with his eyes closed. The collision was quite soft underwater, but the killer whale's head was spinning from the hit. He blinked many times again and hated himself for momentarily forgetting how durable this thing was against concussive force. It appeared that Icebreaker was the heavy hitter now and hopefully Valkyrie will show up soon to add pressure from above. Orcariner knew that he would not be able to damage the transport anymore, but logic told him that continuously ramming the ship would still be enough to throw some of the Predacons' aim off of the penguin.
He repeated, "Gotta try something."
Lowering his nose and closing his eyes, Orcariner sprinted towards the ship once more.
((OOC: I wrote that land was now visible in case there wasn't a way for the Leviathan to be repaired in time. Glowstick and Steelclaw alone should be able to swim the distance and Sonar can fly. Not sure where that puts Starshadow and Frilla but I doubt this pod is going to sink that quickly.))

Frilla quickly came tot he back of the aircraft, frowning at seeing the massive sized Maximal. "Hope we can at least make it out of this without sinking the fraggign ship." She said in tfrustration, looking around for her blaster that had flown from her hand. As she hurried ot get it Frilla felt the craft move from the sudden ram by Ocariner. "Stubborn maximals." She grumbeld as she came to the back again wondering how exactly help her teammates.
((Ooc:Frilla I never considered if she would be able to swim or not. But if the Levianthan is sinking she could at least attempt.))

((OOC: Phew...thanks N-H!! Now I don't feel like an ass.

))
The blade of Orcariner made a cut on Starshadow's chest and left eye. She landed the roof of the Leviathan.
"Slag...next time, please remind me not to try that again in open waters...." she put a hand on her bleeding chest, groaning in pain. The catbot almost jumped when the whale rammed the transport.
"Could someone please do a little whaling here?! We'll drown at this rate!""

Glowstick floated ontop of the Leviathan landing near the cockpit, his feeder arms extended into the hole in the cockpit towards the dash, one seeming to grab the control stick while the other moved fliping switches for the manual thrusters to kick in, a few seconds later the ship lurched as it started to raise from the water, he moved his arm grabbing the throttle pushing it forward slowly as the craft started to take off towards land, mass amounts of water draining from the holes inside of it.
As they came towards land, he moved his arm again hitting a switch, some sparks sprayed out of the craft's sides as it converted to it's land configuration, then came down on it's wheels bouncing a bit before it stopped. Inside and outside along the craft parts on it sparked from damage. Glowstick moved his arms back as he then sat down on the deck. They managed to get some distance, but the idea of grabbing two pods now was impossible. Sonar taking a hit head first through a ballistic screen was bad enough, but Glowstick doubted he'd be able to get to the pod without simply being overwhelmed by the Maximal fliers or Maximal marine unit.
He looked towards StarShadow, then Sonar and Frilla. Ug.. Well.. we made land fall. I.. think this thing needs a redesign.. In anycase.. I need to do some..patch work before the Energon radiation from the land puts Sonar into stasis lock.. we may as well give up on that second pod for now. Glowstick then stated. He then got up looking at StarShadow You going to be okay? I can patch you up if you need it..
__________
Icebreaker watched as Orcariner trashed the craft, but it seemed to still hold up. It was probably not exclusively made from Stasis pods, as he doubted little could stand up to the whale's thrashing. He put his gun away, then transformed to his beastmode floating in the water as he watched the craft escape. "It's still going? I doubt they'll get far..

Frilla turned to look towards Glowstick, "I can go for the first pod and see we get to it first at least. You guys may be in bad shape but I only got a few dents and a headache. Nothing major." she said putting the blaster back at her side. If anyhing her speed could get her a head start or at least near the pod. "You guys work on getting patche dup and the ship fixed. Beast mode!" Without waiting Frilla jumped out from the back of aircraft, transforming to her beast form and taking off on her hind legs which allowed for her speed heading for the first stasis pod.
