OR perhaps Rule number 4 applies until the point that a character is physically destroyed or where it is plot necessary for them to die e.g. Dinobot, or be knocked out e.g. Optimus on a number of occasions.

Stick to the second half of this argument. Waspinator has still been destroyed too many times to count.

91. Most stasis pods are fitted with a navigational device which will automatically head towards the furthest, most dangerous, energon-filled areas whereby both factions will have to race against time to get to them.

92. If you are a blind robot and get attacked by a boa constrictor, you will get breathing problems. (I always wonder why the hell do they even need to breathe...)
