"Double Jeopardy"

Icebreaker continued dragging Orcariner along, he heard the response from Valkyrie. He was rather glad she had responded, but he knew if he asked for help with the situation it would just give the Predacons further advantage. "No.. I'll handle things here.. It's five against three.. or maybe less. I'm not sure what sort of damage Orcariner may have done to them. Just be careful and keep tabs of where they may be going so we can follow.

He wiped his head with one of his flippers as he moved Man it's hot..

Glowstick continued repairs on the haul of the ship, making sure not to damage any components in the floor as he inched his way down welding supports and bolting points of them in, then welding sheet metal to the skin of the craft. He wondered where Steelclaw planned to put the new gun, but he assumed maybe mounting it to the universal turret since.. it was a gun turret.

"That doesn't look to good dear. You'd better get back to beastmode, and start internal repairs."

"Okay" said Skyfire. "Beast Mode" She switched back to beast mode and the internal repairs began. 'I hope I won't have to go back to robot mode anytime soon' she thought. Because something tells me that these repairs are going to take a while.

Steelclaw picked up the reactors and moved over to Sonar.

"Alright, if you still want to help, we've got some construction to do." He looked around the ship's interior. "Do you have any ideas for what we can use for that shock grenade?"

Steelclaw then looked at the walls. It didn't seem right to cut through them to install the cannon. But there was probably space to anchor it on the roof. He thought about using the turret which had already been prepared. But if he left that alone, then the Predacons would have two established places to fire from instead of just one.

He went back to the pile of materials Glowstick was sorting through and grabbed some scrap metal. He took it, got on the turret's chair and then began raising that chair up to the roof.

"Alright, I'm gonna start making the mounts."

Finishing up repairs on the bottom of the craft, Glowstick crawled out as he listened to Steelclaw talk. He then looked up as he saw Steelclaw work on mounting the gun on the roof of the Leviathan. He stepped inside the vehicle for a moment, going towards the front of the transport and opening a panel, showing a random array of parts which were intended for fixing the craft. He reached up pulling a taped box from the ceiling of the compartment, picked up two Mini Mig welders, a few large capacitors, and very thick cables,and a variety of tools then walked towards the ladder on the wall, opening the roof hatch and heading up to Steelclaw.

He helped Steelclaw unload the things he was carrying up on the deck. He then stepped back and opened a panel on the deck revealing two points which he promptly plugged the thick cables into. You can use these to power the gun. I'll add the fuel cell from the Stasis pod to the Leviathan's supply to make up for the power use. As for the electric weapon, give me a bit. Glowstick then set down one of the Mig welders and the variety of tools.

He moved back down through the hatch, then sat down in the cockpit, starting to disassemble the mini Mig welder and open the taped box revealing spare parts for one of his Laser weapons. He then drew his slime sword and started to take that apart as well.

"Beast mode."Feralnight said and transformed back to beast mode, almost blending completely with the dark besides her amber colored eyes that glowed. But she wondered if her new teammates would be able to take another fight. When she had activated it seemed the Predacons had gained the upper hand, three against two wasn't exactly always the best odds. Feralnight began to wonder how many Predacons there were.

"If you need to locate the Predacons I could sniff them out. Their scent is nothard to track." She offered glancing at Skyfire who seemed ot be in pain then back at Valkyrie.

Frilla gave a sigh as she continued to try and make heads or tails of the turrets. But the only thing she could determine was that they weren't cybertronian and as Glowstick had said were made from organic materials. "The only thing I cannot figure out is who made them and why." She sighed feeling this would take a lot more invesigation then just these artifacts of broken turrets.

Starshadow heard the whole conversation and was bored as she lay down, looking at celling.

"Boring...." she yawned and closed her optics, wondering if she should tell her team about her studies relating to alien technology. It could be useful to them but at the same time, very dangerous.

Glowstick looks towards Frilla and nods I guess we'll find out when we get there.. maybe. , he stated, then looked towards the bored StarShadow Well.. if your bored, I could give you something to do. Or perhaps I could jury rig a foot until we can get you fixed.. he then looked towards Sonar, his optics blinked noticing the bat was infact.. snoring.

Glowstick activated his communication system sending a message to Steelclaw Er.. Sonar appears to be sleeping. I guess the trip was harder on him then I thought..

Icebreaker continued his journey, he eventually ignored the tracks from the Predacons heading straight towards the sea. He moved along the beach trudgingly, then walks into the water. The cool sensation on his body was refreshing and very welcomed, he then started to swim forward, pulling Orcariner into the ocean, his Grav lifts deactivating allowing the whale to float in the water.

Er.. Sonar appears to be sleeping. I guess the trip was harder on him then I thought...

Steelclaw stopped torching with the welder Glowstick had left for him on the roof. The mounts were almost done.

"He is?" he replied on his com-link. "Think we should hook him up to some energon refueling line or something?" Then he resumed his welding.

A thought occurred to him, and then he brought up a schematic on his Heads-Up Display of his own energon levels. They were at 32%. It made sense- his PPC had probably done most of the lowering. He checked his PPC's level and noticed it was once again fully charged. That didn't surprise him of course- the weapon began recharging after any time it got used- he had set his systems to work that way.

But it did seem a bit impudent of the thing to demand 100% capacity when his body only had so much left to work with.

Satisfied with his work- at least for the moment- he grabbed the welder, and took the chair downward back inside the ship.

"I think I'm going to grab some energon myself," he called to Glowstick.

Even though Sonar was still asleep he could still hear every thing they were saying.

Er.. Sonar appears to be sleeping. I guess the trip was harder on him then I thought..

You think? I had to carry that slaggin stasis pod before a crazy Maximal came out of it. Sonar thought.
He shifted a little bit but didn't wake up.

Glowstick nodded as he heard Steelclaw, he got up setting what he was working on down. I appeared to be a heavily jury rigged weapon, the housing of the Mig welded extended with what looked like plumbing pipe with two metal progs at the end, two large capacitors seen sticking out of the top part of the housing which had been wrapped in tape with the trigger and other parts from Glowstick's slime sword built into it. A red and green led light seen on the side of the device. I think we'll let him rest for now. Probably be a good idea if you got some rest as well.

He moved towards the benches lifting up a few rows, then put the remaining stasis pod parts except the fuel cells into the bench. He then pulled out a few cups and one of the energon fuel tanks, pouring out a cup and handing it to Steelclaw. He then turned towards StarShadow pouring out a cup, then glanced down at her You should probably drink this, it'll help you recover.

Icebreaker floated towards Orcariner removing the harness, then spoke up loudly Computer, reactivate core conscious sequence. he assumed Orcariner was still damaged, but probably repaired enough to wake up at least.

Steelclaw took the cup Glowstick was handing to him, and then leaned back against the Leviathan's port-side wall.

He began sipping at it, more in the mood to savor the recharge than to have it all done in one moment. All the while, he stared somewhat distantly at the opposite wall.

"So these alien turrets," he began asking Glowstick without changing his stare, "you say you ran into them when you first came on the planet? Like, uh... when you were around the Maximals?"

A soft humming sound pestered Orcariner from his involuntary slumber. His eyes were opened just slightly and were still dilated to the point that everything before him was fuzzy. The wind passing by his audio receptors became audible as the sound systems booted in a low powered state. The images being collected by the Maximal's optics were coming into focus and somehow he was not surprised to see a large penguin looking back at him. Orcariner grunted in acknowledgment to Icebreaker's presence but he still felt extremely fatigued from being forced into stasis lock.

Am I dreaming inside of the CR Chamber? he wondered to himself.

His body still felt numb and with the lack of clarity in his senses, the situation certainly had a surreal atmosphere to it.

[New Moon]

Frilla for the moment looked away from the turrets since there was not much more to go on at the moment. The artifacts were certinly alien made but there was going to have to be something more then just these to really come to a full conclusion. Glancing at Sonar who was asleep then to Starsahdow, it was a wonder none of them were seriously damaged or the Maximals just weren't too prone to fighting enough, only enough to try and regain the pods.

Shaking herhead slightly, hardly listening to what was being said she headed to the back of the Levianthan. "Beast mode." She muttered and stepped otuside for now. Wlakkign a few feet away from the aircraft she glanced around the place and walked towards some plants, beginning to examine them while the Levianthan was being repaired.

"Thanks." Starshadow took the cup from Glowstick and drank the energon.

"Beast mode." the catbot transformed. Her injured leg still hurts but not as bad as before. She walked towards Sonar and sat beside him, looking at him.

[Night-Hunter]

"So these alien turrets," "you say you ran into them when you first came on the planet? Like, uh... when you were around the Maximals?"

Sonar's ears moved forward slightly wanting to listen, his body was sleeping but his mind was awake and listening to what fish boy and the bear had to say.

"Thanks." "Beast mode."

Sonar heard Starshadow walk over to him and sit beside him. He also had the feeling that she was watching him.
He yawned showing his teeth before saying his eyes still closed. "You want some thing?" He asked.
