But mi hermano does bring up a good point. Transmutate was really easily influenced which would make her (or him) a valuable ally....and a dangerous enemy! That is kind of scary.
But lucky for us (and all the Cybertronians), Optimus put her in stasis lock.
Wait, what? Im pretty sure silverbolt/rampage blew it to pieces.
You're right.....Optimus says he wants to put it into stasis lock, but never ends up doing it. She/he/it gets blown up before it can happen. Silverbolt and Rampage shot each other and Transmutate flew in the middle of the brawl to save her friends and get them to stop fighting. It's been a while since I've seen that. I usually skip over that episode when I rewatch the show. Maybe cuz Transmutate creeps me out. lol. I should definitely watch it again. Anyway, this is what the Transformer's Wiki says:
At the Maximal base, Optimus and Rhinox come to the conclusion that, with it's near-non-existent intelligence, nightmarish structure and sheer power, Transmutate is too dangerous to be kept in it's current condition - it must be placed in stasis lock. Silverbolt objects to such an action, arguing against the notion that because it does not fit the Maximal definition of perfection, it must be destroyed!
As Transmutate wanders about the Axalon, Rampage contacts it and persuades it to fly to his position. It does so, leaving Silverbolt to decry the Maximals as fools and leave the Axalon in search of it. He arrives in time to see Rampage with Transmutate. A brutal fight ensues, and the two combatants force each other over a cliff. At the sight of this carnage, Transmutate resolves to stop it's friends from destroying each other. It flies down in between the Maximal and Predacon just as they both fired their missiles. Silverbolt and Rampage scream in disbelief as Transmutate is destroyed by the energy it used.
