The Cybertronian Times Issue 11

As you know, we produce a magazine for the convention every year, The Cybertronian Times. This year is going to be our biggest and best issue ever. As well as all the usual articles, features and fiction we have a couple of great highlights. Inside is a massive 20+ page comic strip by Ed Pirrie starring Rattrap and set in the G1 era featuring colours by IDW colourist Liam Shalloo!

If that wasn't enough, the magazine will feature a stunning piece of cover art by Guido Guidi with colours again by Liam Shalloo.
just got this in my email regarding the convention, which might interest people here again :D

... Aesir, are those usually 1-per-attendee, or can you buy multiple copies? If you can get multiples, I would gladly buy one off of whoever is going... XD

you can buy as many as you want, but i think buying more than 2 per person is a bit cheeky lol

I want one, but I can buy a second

Nurann, I will grab you a copy. (Silver, remind me!) This convention looks like it will be amazing. I'm really sorry you can't be there with us, Nurann. Stupid flights being so expensive. :(
Also: RATTRAP in a comic! Squee! XD

I filmed some events last year at Auto Assembly and no one seemed to mind. Dunno what the protocol is for this year, but if I can film I will. :) Have you ever met Gary, Nurann?

I don't think the saturday evening stuff is allowed to be video recorded by attendees, but the staff will be doing some recording some stuff for their Youtube page, which would be up months later though

Thanks Aesir, at least some of it will be on youtube eventually then...

*hugs* Thanks Sapph, I owe you guys big time :D And no, I've never met him. I didn't find out he was at the Calgary comic expo until, like, the day before, and by then it was too late to get a bus ticket down there for the day. I can't tell you how much it bugs me how Sunset feels unfinished without his autograph on the border! :? Hopefully he'll be at Botcon next year or something...

Awe. I can try to keep you updated on Garry's whereabouts when it comes to conventions, Nurann. I was just speaking with him last night and he was getting all "sappy" about not being invited to cons very often. I think he counted eleven conventions that he has been to, but I think he forgot some. This year alone he's attending four in total so far, and I've been to five others he was at over the past several years... Yeah. But I think he might've been comparing himself to other actors who are invited to tons of cons every year. And I don't know why, I mean, he's been in everything from film to cartoons. *shrug* I was just getting on his case about him doing Gatecon in Vancouver this past weekend instead of Shore Leave in Maryland which was where I was.

By the way, I think him and I worked out the details for the prints he'll be selling for me at AA, so I'll post that up later so my wonderful friends here who are attending will have a heads up on what's going on. Yay!
