The Intergalactic Highway

Feralnight stopped mid-dive and turned to head to the ship, though was a bit too late and found it heading another direction. "Now it's on autopilot?" She wondered out loud then looked down, seeing Icebreaker heading to investigate something. Glancing between him and the ship she thought it may be best to check the ship, "Icebreaker,Rattrap I'm going to check the ship for others see if there might be anyone inside." She said over the com-link and began to follow the ship towards the island.

Frilla jumped back a little as Manterror suddenly jumped onto the stasis pod, staying clear of the shots while drawing her Frill sword from behind her back. If Optimus couldn't get Manterror from a distance she'd try a closer attack while avoiding to harm the pod.

Wintersong looked curiously towards the hill not far from them, smiling a bit when she recognized the white and black form of her fellow tiger. She really enjoyed his company and could almost see him as a older brother of sorts. "Good to see you again Tigatron." She greeted when he had joined them, looking head a bit and could see they were close to the location.

As Nemesis flew overhead, she noticed some commotion on the ground below. Slowing down a bit and adjusting her angle of approach to intercept, she quickly recognized one of the figures below as that monkey bot she had encountered earlier. Primal appeared to be in a stand-off against some sort of giant insect, who had taken refuge on top of a pod. Nemesis did not recognize the insect bot, but judging by the less than friendly tone between the two she could only assume it was a Predacon.

Primal.. by himself? Either foolhardy or desperate, the female mused, not really caring so much for the reason as she did for the opportunity to finally finish the little discussion the two of them had during their last encounter.

Never having bothered to change the activation code, the hawk merely swooped down to the ground and transformed in midair. She landed a short distance from Primal, facing him, whirling up some dust from the ground as she did. Her optics flashing, she then stood up, one hand firmly gripping a sai whereas the other was clutching her firearm.

"Primal," she spoke, a bewildering mixture of spite and glee present in her voice and a faint smile on her face. "What a pleasant surprise to find you out here."

"Going down!" Cerulia's tentacles burst out of the water and coiled around the penguin bot's feet and started dragging him down in the ocean.

"I'm sorry that it has to end this way butt that's what you get for following me." she said as she was attempting to crush him.

Icebreaker raised an optic ridge as he looked down at Cecelia pulling him into the water, board/shield and all. Gah! So.. you basically jumped out of your ship when you had advantage to do this?! And I thought Starshadow as crazy.. You Predacon females really take the cake!

The tread on his board then bent under itself pressing against Cecaelia, then activated scraping at her body rather viciously in an attempt to have her release his legs, his right hand reaching for his knife and drawing it from the sheath on his lower back. He wasn't expecting this sort of situation at all, specially the rarity of fighting another aquatic cybertronian.

Cerulia released her grip when Icebreaker's shield scrapped her.

Gah! So.. you basically jumped out of your ship when you had advantage to do this?! And I thought Starshadow as crazy.. You Predacon females really take the cake!

"Starshadow?! I thought that blood sucking decepticon was dead centuries ago!" she said as her blue rings started to glow.

Well, what a very nice thing for her to say.

"The same to you," Steelclaw replied with a polite nod of his head. After transforming to beast mode, he immediately turned back towards Megatron and began following him.

It was not very often that he'd been on a mission with his leader, and he liked the benefit of having his authority and intelligence directly on scene.

But there seemed to be nothing to comment on, so he concerned himself with the battle that would, perhaps, lie ahead. He hoped Nemesis would report back soon. Then he could know if it would be best to establish a sniping position, to march in with gauss rifle at the ready, or to forget his weapons entirely.

Maybe he would even work on the... no, he couldn't. Steelclaw berated himself internally again for still not having picked up pod-programming basics from any of the more scientifically minded Predacons.

Dinobot shortly caught up with the cats and then kept going forward.

"We have no time to waste on greetings," he called back. Maximal sentiment. He soon found himself in visual contact with the pod, and he could make out the skirmish beginning there. He charged forward with a renewed strength born of battle lust, especially now that he could see Nemesis was present, but it would still take a small amount of time to arrive.

Cheetor looked behind him for a second and just saw Whitegrazer running a ways off. He turned around and came to an area with many tall rocks. It would be impossible to see his teammates now.

Realizing he'd arrived at the coordinates, and also realizing the Predacons could come any nano-click, he got a little frantic looking for the pod.

"Come on. There's got to be some sort of-"

There! Heading southwest, he jogged until he came to a ditch, which he jumped over. He took a few more paces and then skidded to a halt, scraping up dust, because it registered that he'd seen a flash of something down there. Looking back in the ditch, he saw the pod and jumped into the ditch.

"Cheetor, maximize!" he shouted, not even bothering to notice the beast mode growl which his systems naturally made, and then he ran the rest of the distance to the pod.

"Rhinox. Come in, Rhinox!" he shouted into his com-link. "This is Cheetor. I found the pod, but our 'bot hasn't come out yet, and I thought I heard some kind of a system warning. How close are you?"

Stepping back from the pod, he pulled out his quasar gun. Without hardly thinking about it, he climbed out of the ditch. He'd still be able to see the pod, or at least not be far away from somewhere he could see it. But if he stayed in the the ditch, any Preds coming around could easily get close without him seeing them.

(Hm.. last few posts you've been using the name Cerulia, did you change the name or is that the cybertronian version of her name?)

Icebreaker floated back from Cecaelia, moving his shield as it folded up and attached it to his left shoulder, still holding his knife ready. Great, another Decepticon?! Er.. Yes, she's still alive. Not kidding about the bloodsucking either.. I've gotten more bites and kisses from her then I'd care to remember.. Look, we don't have to do this,Neither one of us really gains anything from slagging each other. Icebreaker's mask and visor then retracted revealing his face So how about we talk this out?

Rhinox tilted his head slightly as he heard Cheetor on the radio, running full speed still We're going as fast as we can Cheetor, tell me. Can you remember what the pod said specifically? he had a slight tone of concern in his voice at the last statement, the stasis pod could have any number of issues but he'd need more details to ascertain the situation correctly.

((That's her cybertronian name.))

It seems that the cop was different from the others she had met previously during her missions in Cybertron. Cerulia was wondering if she should trust the stranger or rip him to pieces. She raised an optic ridge when Icebreaker's mask and visor retracted back and was blushing.

"KAAAAAAAAAAAWAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII(cute)!!!" she was in heaven, her blue rings were glowing brightly. Finally, a cute mech is infront of her after a few years of being locked up in a horrible dark cell.

"Okay let's go!" she used one of her tentacles to coil around his wrist and pull the maximal to the surface.

Icebreaker blinked as the smaller female grabbed his arm and started dragging him to the surface, she seemed to be as strong as him or maybe stronger and seemed rather hyper about talking things out, though the tone of her voice sounded almost like a teenage girl swooning at a concert. He sheathed his knife away, then scratched his cheek as he thought to himself Well,this should be interesting..

Reaching the surface Icebreaker floated in place, he then looked towards her Um.. So, I guess we'll start by introduction. My name is Icebreaker, what's yours?

Cerulia looked around then to Icebreaker.

"So..are you a cop? a wanderer? or an explorer?" she asked while swimming towards the shore.

Starshadow was growling with impatience. "Are we there yet?"

Icebreaker blinked as she asked about him being a cop Uh.. Exploring medic I guess. I used to be part of a search and rescue group, alot of my teammates quit or.. went offline.. then after some wandering ended up doing the explorer thing to get my mind off some things. That's why we came out here in that homemade transport, we detected your ship on entry crashing into the ocean to make sure you were okay. Hm.. I can think of a faster way to get to shore.. he then said moving up towards her and scooping her in his arms, his shoulder shield detached transforming. The water jets hidden in his feet then activated propelling him out of the water and then landing on the board.

Moving one of his feet back to brace against the board, it powered up propelling him over the water's surface at high speed, soon coming to the beach of a small nearby island, Icebreaker shifted his body making a hard banking turn, then slowed to a stop. He then leaned down setting her down on the ground So, whats your name? he then said looking towards her with a smile.

Glowstick sighed listening to Starshadow, then hit the switch having the cargo bay close We just finished unloading the crew. Now we're heading off for that area, don't worry.. it isn't that far away. Heck.. I've been around there twice before the Leviathan was made..

The ship started to float from the ground, then quickly gain speed and altitude taking off into the sky.

Megatron tilted his head back looking towards his group for a moment, as well as watching the Leviathan take off into the air, he then moved his head facing front as they continued their hike towards the Stasis pod.

Blackarachnia rolled her eyes. Great. I'm struck with shellhead.

If she ever had a chance to go off on her own...she would take it but for now, since the flyers were still there, she will have to wait

Whitegrazer took a few minutes to get to Cheetor. My goodness, he is so fast! The horse was breathing heavily as she got to Cheetor's location and smiled lightly, "Good workout."

She transformed to see the pod over a ditch and from what she saw it seemed alittle damaged, "Is the pod okay?" As she said that, she watched around the desert like landscape to see how wide open the place was. she zoomed in to see blurry lines of trees and some foliage but other than that, the whole area was full of geysers, sand, and rocky cliffs which would serve for good cover if Preds come around.

"Manterror! This stasis pod is Maximal property!

"So was the golden disk, but that didn't stop us!" He replied in an 'I told you so' manner. Unsurprisingly, his shot was dodged by the maximal leader. The mantis knew he was fighting a losing battle, it was about time for him to leave. Expanding his wings from his back, he began to beat them, giving himself the ability to fly. As he did, Optimus dared to fire a round at his chest. Not expecting the counter-attack, Manterror took the blow directly and flew backwards onto the ground behind the pod. With his wings expanded at the time, they crumbled under his weight. Immediately realizing that he would not be able to fly for a time, it seemed he could no longer flee.

"I suggest you surrender or retreat, Manterror! My back-up will be here any moment."

Surrender? That was an option? He thought to himself. What would they do with him if he did? Torture and kill him anyway? No, that wasn't an option. Optimus was just trying to win this the easy way, but Manterror wasn't going to allow that to happen. Before he died, he would at least dent their leader - permanently.

"Primal, What a pleasant surprise to find you out here."

An ally seemed to appear out of nowhere, giving renewed hope to the mantis who was still lying on the ground. She looked happy to see Optimus, but with all of her weaponry out and in both hands, it was quite likely that she wasn't on his team. It was far more likely that she wanted to kill him just as much as Manterror did - perhaps even more. He still had no idea what was going on with this planet, but perhaps with the maximals - there were also predicons. If Optimus knew there was a crashed pod here... so would they. This bird creature was probably only the first of more to come but she will do.

Slowly standing back up, the Mantis grinned larger than before. "Mine has already arrived! Prepare to be dismembered Maximals!" Leaving what was left of his wings on the ground and ignoring the pain from the first blow, he charged forwards, both of his claws extended and ready to shred armor. The bird bot can have the Maximal leader - for now. He would take on the other one, the little lizard.

Snow Trix watched the Levianthan then glanced at the others, shrugging her shoulders a bit and began to follow Megtron though seemed to try and sneak ahead if she could rather wanting to go it alone then stick with the purple t-rex.
