(( OOC: Thank you so much for posting, Blackrose and Blazemane! Good posts, too. Curse that Arachnitron for being so complicated. Haha, Dinobot made a funny! ))
"They can escort me all they want, but they're not touching me,"
There was a difference? Maybe Rattrap's orders had been too vague. Whatever. Why was he even trying to cater to her when she was the prisoner?! He simply shook his head to himself in frustration.
"Arachnitron, put the explosive away." "It's not over yet."
"What?! I said I'd go with them." "Fine,"
Watching their interaction suspiciously, Rattrap would revisit that conversation with Blackarachnia shortly, although he doubted he would get any answers from her. And even if he did, they would probably be lies. What de heck is goin' on? What am I missing? he pondered.
"Orcariner, I just wanted to say: my door is always open. If you want to talk."
For a brief moment, Rattrap glanced at Whitegrazer and Orcariner, who had still been awfully quiet. He wasn't sure what he could do to help the big guy. He liked him but he sure hoped he wouldn't go out seeking revenge or something crazy like that. Rattrap wasn't sure he could really handle all of this...
"It may be best I do," "At least that way I can be sure she will be treated right." "Well, ladies, let's get this over with,"
The Spy had some words to say to that but he held his tongue, so to speak. These Preds are crazy. I don't know how Optimus did it. Watching Arachnitron unarm herself, except for that explosive, Rattrap waited until she picked up Starshadow, and Whitegrazer, Airazor and Dinobot started to head out before talking briefly to Aurora who seemed rather rattled by her own actions. "Hey. Uh, quick thinkin' back dere," he commended her calmly, obviously not something he was used to doing to anyone in general. "If you hadn't zapped dat feline, I'd have made a much bigger mess with my gun. ...One I mighta regretted. It was a smart move, Aurora. Aaand she'll be fine. You just knocked de wind outta her," Rattrap assured the young Fuzor, offering her a little comfort. "Grab Arachnitron's weapons an' store 'em in the brig, would ya? And get back to the command center asap." He smiled lightly at her as he turned away and started to walk out with Tigatron, heading for the bridge. Thank goodness that's finally over! That was more painful dan listening to one of the monkey's lectures.

"You got somethin' you wanna share, Legs?" Rattrap asked Blackarachnia, poking her lightly a couple times on her side with his gun while Tigatron kept a firm grip on her shoulders as the three of them walked down the corridor toward the bridge.
"Come on, come on..." "Got it! There's Big 'Bot!"
Upon entering the command center, Rattrap witnessed Cheetor's handywork with the shields and acquiring a signal through them just enough to pick up Optimus's location and was quite impressed. "Nice job, Spots!" he said, patting the younger Maximal's shoulder with a grin.

(( OOC: Let me know if I went too fast with Rattrap, Phoenix and una, and I'll edit if necessary. Also, I wanted to save Airazor's line for WorpeX. Heh, you know, watching the episode, Optimus didn't really get to say much to Megatron before he blew up. Me thinks Phoenix and I will change that a bit, yessss. ))

"I feel you...I told you...you won't be alone."
Remarkable. Even from this distance Optimus could still feel Whitegrazer's presence, and he embraced it. Her peace, her warmth, her spark. Whitegrazer, he whispered her name in his head. As if involuntary, he placed his scarred hand over his chest, focusing on her, longing to see her again. When her face, beautiful and kind as it was, showed up on Aurora's little device before him, he released his chest and tried tracing the back of his fingers along her holographic cheek, smiling. I feel you, he thought, unaware if she could hear him or feel him or whatever else she was capable of as an Empath. He was grateful for her company even if it was just through some sort of spiritual connection. He was fortunate to have that with someone during such dark times on this primitive planet that they had been stranded on.

While his red optics lingered on his wounded hand, his memories were quickly diverted to the day he tried protecting Arachnitron from Nemesis's ambitions. The day these scars were left on him as a reminder. Not all wounds could be healed, not all sparks could be saved, and not everyone wanted help. Poor Arachnitron. Poor Nemesis. Poor Protoform X? After all his chaos, he wasn't sure he could pity that one... the one he had a part in creating... the one who may very well come back... Shameful. There were harsh lessons in war. War. How did it come to this? Why him? Why his crew? Had he been a good leader? A good teacher? Had he learned from his mistakes? Was he too lenient on punishment and discipline? Did he trust too much? Was he too forgiving? Too merciful? All he ever did was follow his spark, trying to redeem himself of past disappointments and poor judgements. Could different decisions have saved those he had lost and almost lost? There was no way of ever knowing.

However all of this had come to be, here he was now, facing his destiny. To save his Maximals, the Predacons, the planet... it had all been worth it. Primal just hoped he would make it through this alive, for Aurora's sake and for his entire crew. It was almost time...

OOC:
Also, FYI, Feralnight and Frilla were presumably still there with their weapons targeting Starshadow and Arachnitron as had been ordered by Optimus when they arrived to the stasis hold, so neither of them should have moved, especially with how outnumbered they are....

I just thought I'd mention that I did edit that in my previous post. I didn't ignore you...I just figured for the sake of keeping the story moving, that I would make it a priority to write new posts instead of editing old ones especially with something that trivial. But Arachnitron no longer walks away in her post. She sits down and leans against one of the pods, but doesn't move. There really was no purpose for her to walk away...it just seemed right...and it had been so long since we heard from those players that I forgot about those characters being behind her. So sorry.

Manterror wrote:"Do you plan to behead Optimus today? I HATE OPTIMUS. BAHAHAHHA!!!"
Megatron responded to Manterror's inquiry without taking his optics off the image on the screen in front of him.

"Indeed. Optimus Primal has sealed himself in his own tomb. All that remains now is to enlighten our heroic friend of the very lethal nature of his mission."

Silently he wondered if the insect had the mental capacity to decipher what he had just said, but he still refrained from clarifying. Instead he began making a mental preparation of his final words to his soon-to-be fallen foe.

The mere thought of having brought down Primal in such a manner brought a wicked grin to Megatron's face. He was so very close now.. It shouldn't be long before the lone crusader figured out that his species was about to go extinct.

Meanwhile Aurora drew a sigh of relief as the deranged female spider deactivated the explosive she had attached to her armor and surrendered her weapons. Still a bit weary, however, Aurora wondered if it would not be best to seal this particular arachnid in one of the sealed detention cells. Between the one presently occupied by Sonar and the cell Nemesis had recently wrecked during her escape, they were running a little bit short on these high security lock-ups, but it would provide the rest of them with some additional layers between the suicidal spider and themselves in the event she attempted to blow herself up while incarcerated. Aurora wasn't quite sure if the energy bars plus the solid door blocking the entrance to the brig would be enough to prevent her from making such an attempt. Yet upon looking at her, she could not help but think that it would be cruel to put anyone through such an ordeal.

She decided to let someone else make that call..

Rattrap's voice then caught her attention.
"Hey. Uh, quick thinkin' back dere," "If you hadn't zapped dat feline, I'd have made a much bigger mess with my gun. ...One I mighta regretted. It was a smart move, Aurora. Aaand she'll be fine. You just knocked de wind outta her,"
She smiled at his words, finding a certain comfort in them even though Rattrap seemed rather uncomfortable saying them. She wanted to respond the way she normally would to her rodent friend, with a playful retort, but decided against it given the fact they had several Predacons present that needed to be taken care of first.
"Grab Arachnitron's weapons an' store 'em in the brig, would ya? And get back to the command center asap."
As Arachnitron lifted Starshadow with surprising ease, Aurora formed a grateful thank you with her lips before proceeding to pick up the spider's weapons. She then followed behind AirRazor and the two captives as they made their way to the brig. Once there she stashed the weapons in a locker before assuring that the cells were properly locked as soon as the prisoners were inside. During all of it, she avoided looking straight at Arachnitron.

"Come on," she then told her fellow Maximal, "We should meet up with the others to see if they have found a way to track Optimus yet."

And sure enough. Upon arriving at the command center, the fuzor saw Rattrap and Cheetor already there. From the sound of Rattrap's praise, the cheetah had figured out a way to do it. Aurora wanted to follow Rattrap's example by patting the feline's other shoulder, but she was much too small to reach up that high. So she settled for a comment instead.

"Great job! Looks like Rhinox will be able to retire when he eventually wakes up, since we've already found a suitable replacement."

Walking the spider to the brig was one of the easiest assignments that Airazor had ever had the luxury of going on. Arachnitron did all the work for them. She carried Starshadow, carefully laid her into her cell, and then slowly walked into her own. All the while, saying nothing. No one spoke a word. The winged maximal felt a little sorry for her predicon companion. While they were enemies, she still felt as if Arachnitron's justification for not wanting to be locked up was just. The dramatic pause her enemy gave before walking into her cell only served to amplify her distaste for putting her back behind bars Still, there was no other safe place to put her. Keeping her locked up was for her own good as well as the maximals. Airazor knew that it had to be done, she just didn't enjoy being the one to do it.

While Aurora went to put away the weapons, the falcon found the control panel near the door and activated the green bars energy bars which illuminated over the cell doors. They hadn't put shackles on either of the predicons. Escape was already virtually impossible. Nemesis and her nanites had managed to break free, but luckily, neither of these preds had that ability. Thus, shackles were unneeded.
"Come on," "We should meet up with the others to see if they have found a way to track Optimus yet."
Airazor nodded to her fellow maximal, before turning towards Arachnitron and speaking to her directly. The spider looked upset about being in a cell and it simply didn't feel right if they left without a word. "I promise we will let you go once this situation is under control and Optimus is back. You have my word." Turning her gaze away, the falcon followed Aurora out the door and back to the command center.

As she entered, she noticed that Cheetor was at the controls of the center console and had somehow managed to bring up a hologram of Optimus's pod. Even with Airazor's limited knowledge of the ship, she knew enough to know that it should be impossible to get a proper data signal through shielding. It was simply too thick to penetrate. "How'd you get a signal through the shields!?" She said without even thinking. She found the ship to be a rather interesting piece of machinery, even though she hated it initially, it was growing on her. She was very interested in learning more about it!

"Do you mean that he has not been cremated already?"
Whitegrazer held an quizzical look before she noticed what Dinobot meant and reassessed her statement from before.

Oh. Right.
Remarkable. Even from this distance Optimus could still feel Whitegrazer's presence, and he embraced it. Her peace, her warmth, her spark. Whitegrazer, he whispered her name in his head. As if involuntary, he placed his scarred hand over his chest, focusing on her, longing to see her again. He was grateful for her company even if it was just through some sort of spiritual connection. He was fortunate to have that with someone during such dark times on this primitive planet that they had been stranded on.
Like a gentle whisper, grazing her spark, she had heard his voice. He was still going... still alive. She smiled. Still hugging him through their connection, she made sure to put all focus on him. Whatever would happen, she will know it, feel it, experience it along with him. Even if the end of road would be full of pain. But she was used to pain. Pain had been a major constant in her life. Pain was life, at least for her. A lesson she had to learn many times for her survival and teachings. No matter what happened, she will share that along with him. Even if it was the last thing they did share.

Before she walked out, she looked back at Tarantulas and Inferno. She wondered how Inferno got with the spiders. After all, it seemed the spiders were willing to leave Megatron and the rest to die as they escaped. he only followed Megatron's orders so did Megatron know....of course he would know.
"Got it! There's Big 'Bot!"
"Great job! Looks like Rhinox will be able to retire when he eventually wakes up, since we've already found a suitable replacement."
Whitegrazer walked over and stood next to Aurora, chuckling at her comment and gave her a little pat on the shoulder. She stared at Optimus' current location. Impressed by the young cheetah's skills, she gave Cheetor a smile.

Blackarachnia didn't want to be around the little group of Maximals but she had to be close because of the white pussycat who was holding her. Though, she remained silent, she had a look of displeasure. But for a second, there was a little joy in her. Was that from her or from Tarantulas himself? Doubts began to slip into her. She needed to find a way to get him out of her head.

(( OOC: I'm going to make a post tonight because I don't know if I'll be able to during the holiday weekend, but I will be making a slight time jump, not that it's really held close to accuracy with our game anyway. I figure Blazemane can catch up with Cheetor and squeeze his "boasting" in there somewhere. ))

"Planetary destruction in 5.3 cycles," Sentinel announced in the Axalon's command center for its occupants to hear.

Watching everything unfold in front of them on the holographic image Cheetor was successfully able to acquire, Rattrap took a quick glance around the room for a mental roll call before, glad to see that others who had taken their prisoners to the brig had returned unscathed, before he turned back to the live image and said, "Aw man. Leave it to de monkey to take it to da wire." His voice was wary and concerned. Come on, Optimus...

-----

There was an invisible warmth enveloping Primal's body from the inside out, originating from his spark. He knew that energy quite well by now. Whitegrazer. Should he had said he loved her before he left? Was it love? He had never felt it like this before so how could he know? Because she was always on his mind? Because he felt differently toward her than the others? Was it just their bond, their connection? Just curiosity or lust? Their friendship was pure and true. He never wanted to let her go. She inspired him and supported him. He admired her honesty, peaceful nature, and her wisdom. He hoped he could see her again after this. He hoped he could see all of his Maximals again who had come to be his family.

"Alien construct in range," the pod's computer informed Optimus. Taking in a deep breath, he prepared himself. This was it. Now anxiety was beginning to escape the meditated box he had packed it away in, but he remained calm and remembered the procedures that he had to run through.

"Let's do it!" the Maximal Commander proclaimed, punching in a few commands on the console. For my crew, my friends, and this planet, he thought. "Commence ignition sequence," Optimus told the computer.

"Commencing," it acknowledged. "Ignition in 60 nanoclicks." Not a lot of time but he was ready to eject and ignite his thrusters.

Pressing a few more buttons above him to release the lid's handle, he reached over and grabbed a hold of it with his right hand, ready to pull. "Prepare to blow pod hatch," the leader ordered. There was nothing he could see through the pod's window before him. Nothing but a hot, bright, yellow beam of light. He would have to rely on his internal navigation systems to guide him away from the pod and the alien weapon at the speed he'd be traveling at as soon as he'd eject from stasis pod. Just when he was about to grab Aurora's little data device to turn it off and store it in his subspace, something very unexpecting happened...

A subtle alert sounded at his command and the computer told him, "Unable to comply. Pod hatch is magni-sealed."

A sudden burst of fear blanketed Primal's body and his spark began to race. Did he just hear that right? No. No, it couldn't be. Stay calm. Don't panic. This was a simple mission. All he had to do was blow the hatch and fly back down to Earth and return to his crew while the pod, transwarp cell, and Rattrap's demo charge would blow up the moon-sized weapon. "That's impossible!" he argued, and he attempted to pull the handle down again, twisting it a couple more times just in case he misunderstood the announcement or it was just jammed or malfunctioning. He didn't have time for this. Each time he pulled, the hatch refused to disengage and the computer gave him a small sound that indicated his access was denied. How could this be? Was it Blackarachnia's doing? Why? This was a serious problem and he had no resolutions. Blow the hatch off with his wrist cannons? The power from them alone in such a confined space would knock him out and he'd still be doomed and helpless. What had gone wrong? He suddenly forgot about Whitegrazer and the holographic slideshow of his Maximals' faces that Aurora had graciously given him as he focused all of his attention on trying to think of another escape route. Think! Think! Optimus was quickly running out of time, and panic as well as fear were beginning to overwhelm him in this very desperate scenario. Suddenly, his chances of survival took a nose-dive from 70% straight down to 5%.

Then a voice entered the pod out of no where as the tiny ship shook and trembled in the energy beam. A very familiar voice to Optimus; deep and dark that made the furry parts in his robot mode brissle in this sudden turn of events. It couldn't be...

:OOC: I tell ya, Tarantulas' laugh is hard to write for, I keep trying to capture that bizarre mad chuckle of his but I dunno if I'm doing it right. I also wasn't sure if Tarantulas would be the sort to "thank Primus" or "the Matrix" for any good fortune or if "Unicron's Spark" would be more appropriate. At any rate, I'd like to voice interest in possibly playing a Transmetal Terrorsaur for season II, & would like to ask if I do play him, can I tweak his stats to reach the allowed 50pt limit for transmetals, or do they need to stay true to his transmetal toy bio?

Also, Tarantulas and I would like to wish a Happy Thanksgiving to everyone here who celebrates it, right Legs?

Tarantulas: Not now you fool! I'm feasting! "continues to munch on his Thanksgiving rat"

"Hard to imagine I was so desperate for more time before, but now I wish for nothing else but for this "Planet Buster" nonsense to be over with so that I can return to more pressing matters" Tarantulas glowered within Blackarachnia's mind, already contemplating ways to recover his body, ways to repair it if a CR tank wasn't good enough...Anything to break the tension in the air as he waited for one of two outcomes: the salvation or destruction of himself and the world.

Blackarachnia, his unwitting host, was in the grip of the elder feline, Tigatron, thankfully giving him a front row seat to the proceedings. The spotted brat, Cheetor, was using the Maximal's pitiful scanning array, if it could even be called that, to track Primal's progress as he ascended upwards to face the alien weapon head on...Thank Unicron's Spark that Maximals were so inherently suicidal.

"For whom the bell tolls, hehehehe, hahahaha, BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Tarantulas laughed maniacally, overjoyed by the thought of Primal dying for him, racing to his doom believing that he stood a chance of returning to his loved ones unscathed, unaware that even his heroics would not save him from the fires of the Pit this time.

OOC: Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving, those who celebrate.

BIC:

Aurora and Airrazor followed Arachnitron to the brig. Aurora placed Arachnitron's weapons in a locker. Arachnitron watched her lock them up. It was stupid of her to draw attention to her explosives. She should have never let anyone know she had it, but she was lucky that since then no one had asked her to give it up. If they had, it would have had gotten locked away with her other weapons. She almost gave it up of her own accord as a sign of good faith, but decided against it. She may end up needing it. Blackarachnia's expression lead her to believe that she knew something that Arachnitron didn't. Perhaps, she had done something to the pod while the Maximals were distracted and, thus, knew the odds of the monkey coming back were slim.

As she was working, the little ermine fuzor avoided looking directly at Arachnitron. Arachnitron knew she had upset the child, but she couldn't help it. She had been so angry with the Maximals and she didn't know how to suppress her emotions. And to make matters worse, the one person in the room who could have confirmed her story had said nothing the entire time which made her even more furious. Her silence made the Maximals believe that Arachnitron had been lying, but she wasn't lying.

Airrazor looked genuinely guilty about locking Arachnitron up. Perhaps all of the commotion she had made had made Airrazor sympathize with the spider. She watched somberly as the falcon initiated the green, energy bars on her cell. When Aurora told her it was time to go join the others, Airrazor looked at Arachnitron and said:
"I promise we will let you go once this situation is under control and Optimus is back. You have my word." Turning her gaze away, the falcon followed Aurora out the door and back to the command center.

Arachnitron looked at the falcon sadly, but made no reply. She'd like to believe that, but if she was to wait until the monkey returned and if Blackarachnia had done something to the pod as Arachnitron suspected, then that might be never.

And then, all of a sudden, she was alone and contained in a cell again. Four prisoners in the cells in the brigs, but Arachnitron was the only one functional. The others were out cold. Starshadow would probably come to in a few cycles...she couldn't have been damaged that much by the little Maximal's toy. Inferno had been taken out by a combination of massive fire power and a few too many doses of Cybervenom so he would be out for a while. And Tarantulas....he definitely needed a CR chamber. It was cruel of the Maximals to leave him in the condition he was in. He could be permanently damaged. Arachnitron had sustained some wounds too, but nothing severe enough to slow her down. Her beast mode would repair the damage once she was able to transform, but at the moment, her cell was too small for her to do so. It was barely big enough for her robot mode.

Arachnitron sighed in defeat. She sat down in her small cell with her knees pulled up to her chest and hid her face from the others. Though they were not functional, she still hid her face. She didn't want them to see her in the condition she was in at the moment. She was crushed. The Maximals had claimed they would help her, but they locked her up just like the Predacons had done. Was that the only way she could live among any faction? Locked up and out of the way? She came online unwanted and alone raised in the prison that was the Predacon orphanage, then she was abducted and taken to another prison...the research facility. Here she was, again a prisoner. Is that how she was doomed to spend her entire life? Unwanted and alone in a prison cell? Her sorrow and loneliness was unbearable. She shut off her optics. She couldn't bear to look at the inside of another cell. No amount of pride could fight back the sobs that were long since over due. She sat there in the Maximal brig locked up and alone, sobbing silently to herself. Would there ever be a day when she could say she was truly free?

OOC: Glad the post had the atmosphere I was aiming for! :-D

Of course, you all made me feel guilty like four pages ago when your characters were chastising Arachnitron and Aurora was so hurt by the things Arachnitron was saying...so I think this was adequate pay back!

Incidentally, I posted in the Beast Wars thread about this scene we are playing out right now. I had some questions about it.

As far as the show is concerned....who actually knows the magna seal is on the pod??? Who put it there??

You can check it out if you want to offer your opinion on the matter: http://bwint.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3936

I put it there since I figured it would generate a lot of discussion and didn't want to do it through OOC posts. lol.

(ooc: Mmmmm.. Turkey good!

Oh, about the sealing of the pod thing, I'll try to respond to your thread tomorrow. Right now I'm really eager to hop into bed but I wanted to have Megs do his little part first.)

Megatron watched intently as his foe approached the alien construct, the grin on his face growing with the anticipation of what was about to transpire. He had already gone over the scenario in his head many times over, yet nothing in his wildest imaginations could compare with the compelling sensation of victory he felt at this moment.

His eagerness to expose his own part in this game kept rising as he saw Primal make the final preparations to blow the pod hatch.

It was time to end it..

Megatron approached a console and activated a commlink to the pod.

"That's impossible!" he heard Primal argue as way of response when the pod computer insisted the hatch had been sealed shut.

"Oh, I assure you, it is not." Megatron gloated as he activated visual. He watched with glee as the horror spread across Primal's face as his foe realized the mechanical issues he was experiencing were more than just a malfunction in the system.

"Ironic, isn't it. Both of us hitting upon the same plan to destroy the alien machine. Ah, fortunately, in my version the pilot goes down -- or should I say, up -- with his ship."

He paused for a beat before carrying on with his victory speech. "Oh, you Optimuses do love to sacrifice yourselves, don't you. Fortunately, this time your foolishness will destroy you and your Maximals. By leaving them behind, you left them at my mercy.. and I promise you..," he told his longtime enemy with well-considered words dripping of conviction as he leaned forward with a sneer on his face, ".. that I will show them none."

He maintained the sneer for a moment longer as he watched for a change in the expression on Optimus' face, delighting in the knowledge that he could inflict such torment on his foe mere moments before his ultimate demise.

"Without your leadership, your dear friends will fall to the might of my Predacons, and there is nothing you can do to stop it. But I do wish to take this chance to thank you for your heroic, yet ultimately futile, sacrifice that will ensure my future as ruler of not only this planet but Cybertron as well."

He paused for an ever so brief moment, obviously enjoying his victory to the fullest.

((OOC: I had a weird dream last night. It had Whitegrazer, Optimus Primal (his TM form), and Manterror. XDDDD Optimus is walking around, searching. All of a sudden, he comes across Whitegrazer's body, which is pretty bad shape as she looks beaten and torn apart. The only thing missing is her head. Optimus is looking pretty upset (what an understatement  ) So he follows a trail and he hears Manterror screaming his head off in a maniacal, joyful way. What has Manterror so happy? He is playing basketball with....Whitegrazer's head. (Yup, that's right. Basketball. Heads can't bounce.) He triumphantly replies that this is revenge for her ruining his plans last time (Fake CR Chamber! ) Also, what's funny is...he keeps missing the hoop. LOL And starts shaking her head like it's her fault (Just imagine that. LMAO!!!!) As he is doing that, Optimus has snuck up behind him, looming over him. (With the meanest expression on his face.) Manterror turns around slowly with Optimus' gun cannon aimed right at his head. Manterror just stares like: Oh. BOOM! Manterror's head had flown off and made a basket. Optimus grabs Whitegrazer's head and goes off.

Wow. ))
"Planetary destruction in 5.3 cycles,"
"Aw man. Leave it to de monkey to take it to da wire."
A bad feeling had rose within her.

Then she felt it: panic, fear, and dread rushed inside like a chaotic stream. Her spark pulsed rapidly, racing like it was her who was feeling such but she knew it wasn't her. It was Optimus. She dimmed her optics focusing on him, keeping her connection to him strong and pure. Inwardly, questions formed inside her mind. What to do? What was happening? How could this be? Why wasn't it opening? Why wasn't he ejecting? Optimus! Get out! Now! Adrenaline was rising, energon boiling, core processor racing with ideas... It was all so...chaotic. She tightened her fists and focused hard. Calm down. Calm down. She told her spark, trying to soothe it's rapid beat. She reached for Optimus. What's going on? Suddenly, she could see nothing but bright colors of yellow and white getting brighter. It was all so blinding. She lit her optics in surprise, but dimmed them again. Then there was a voice...and now, she knew. That laugh in her vision.

It was him.

She proclaimed it yet questionablely, "Megatron?!"

Her face was shock. It looked awkward...like it wasn't her who was making the facial expression. For a split second, she didn't even seem like herself.

Blackarachnia heard Whitegrazer's proclaimation. Megatron? Why did she-Wait a minute. It all made sense. Inferno was here, following them. Of course, she suspected Megatron would have his lapdog to stop them...but it seems that assumpation was incorrect. He was just following them because Megatron wanted... Grrr...if they had flown up and escaped, grapeface would had destroyed them along with the weapon. They would have all perished. Blackarachnia stood there with a grin on her face, waiting for the explosion. The Maximal leader made the biggest mistake in his life, and now, the pod was going to be his coffin.

"Thank you for saving our lives, fool."

She laughed outloud at the situation.

Whitegrazer wrapped her arms like before but tighter, not letting go, whispering to Optimus.

"I'm still here...I'm not letting go..."

A flash of a silhoutte appeared. Alittle shorter than her colored in purple, green and black.

"Let's see how well you do."

((OOC: I hope this post is all right. ))
