Weapons:
- Tentacle buster cannon with gattling system(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V9vWbTzOYTc skip to 2:46 and you'll see how the effects of the buster cannon looks like)
There are four tentacles on the cannon and they transform into guns that shoots laser. Firepower of the guns is 5. (heh...an improved version of her old tentacle lasers) These guns have a gattling system. Cannon is the main weapon. It takes 3 minutes to cool down before the weapon can be used again. Cooldown can be reduced if equipped with cooling system.

- Explosive throwing knives

- Long flame daggers
These long dagger jets out flames and can be combined into a double sided dagger. (like Darth Maul's saber)

- Plasma gun

Transmetal Feature:
She transforms into a motorbike. With her internalized water jet in beast or robot mode, Cecaelia can swiftly swim through the water as if she were flying, the water jet acting like a internalized duct fan. In beast/motorbike or robot mode, Cecaelia can produce a smoke screen while retreating.

Abilities:
- Cyber venom (effects will be the same as her previous one)
- Camoflage

Weakness:
- She will not hurt Icebreaker.
- When cannon overheats, gattling system is disabled.
- Insults can make her cry. (depends)

I like Cecaelia's bio, so I almost feel lazy for this, but I have no critique for this character.

Now, while I had originally said she should have a rank of 5 in this thread, her actions in the role play show her to be more of a reliable team player than I was expecting, even with her crush on Icebreaker. In fact, her connection with Icebreaker seems to have proven a good thing at times, and will likely continue to do so with the way our Predacon o.c.s are wired. So I'm thinking more of a rank 6 now.

Weaponry: Doubled heated-blade crescent tonfa, cybervenom tipped claws, various assortment of knives, cybervenom tipped daggers, and other close-range weaponry, hand-held blaster.
Transmetal modification: Spiked ground wheels w/ boosters.
Abilities: Lithe, fast, and highly flexible, making for maximum movement on the battlefield and around enemies. Melee combat expert. Extremely charismatic.
Weaknesses: Does not have heavy firepower and must rely on getting close to the enemy to do extreme damage. Light and thin armor cannot sustain many blows. Has severe problems controlling anger.
Personality: Cold, ruthless, cunning.

Bio:
PRE-EARTH: Was originally a maximal protoform, but was stolen from her creators within the first few years of her functioning and sold in the underground black market of Cybertron. Growing up in the hostile slums of Axum Nexus as an escort, she quickly learned the cruelty and coldheartedness needed to survive. Along with deadly survival skills, Scaleblade picked up an undying contempt for the Maximal class that forced Cybertronians like herself to live in decrepit slums.
Her last night on Cybertron, she was smuggled out of Axum Nexus to entertain a corrupt Senator. Scaleblade snapped, murdering the Senator while alone with him with his own dagger. Fleeing the scene, she boarded a docked ship and hid in what she thought was an emergency escape pod she planned to detonate upon the ship's departure, unknowingly sealing herself in a pod aboard Primal's ship.

AWAKENING: Due to her added weight to the protoform, Scaleblade's pod was one of the first to enter Earth's atmosphere and crash. Upon the crash, the pod damaged slightly and merged her form with that of the protoform and the scanned compatible life form. When Scaleblade awakened, she was found by the Maximals and taken in. The crash and merge jarred her memory of Cybertron for a few days after her landing, but once she began to piece together her consciousness, she was disgusted to find herself a part of a Maximal team. Waiting for an opportunity to speak with the Predicons, she gathered as much Maximal intel as she could and bided her time.

PREDICON INDUCTION: When Scaleblade was called in for backup in a battle, she took her intel with her knowing that this was the perfect opportunity. Playing the role of a loyal Maximal, she fought the Predicons just as always. However, she carefully plotted her way around the battlefield until she neared the Predicon leader. Scaleblade ended up taking a shot in the back meant for him and was sent into stasis. To the other Maximal's it had seemed as an accident, but Megatron knew better. Under the guise of taking Scaleblade hostage, Megatron retreated with his troops and waited for the Maximal to regain consciousness.
Once Scaleblade awakened in a cell in the Predicon base, she demanded to speak only to Megatron as it was of "dire importance". Megatron accepted her request, to which she immediately handed over the intel she had gathered against the Maximals, including in depth personal profiles of each of the crew members and records of energon and weaponry stock aboard the Maximal ship. Scaleblade explained how even though she was technically a Maximal, she lived knowing nothing but their cruelty and lived alongside Predicons on Cybertron. Intrigued by her story and prospect of another Cybertron-familiar soldier, he granted her stay under the condition that she swear under the Predicon oath and sever all ties she had with the Maximals on earth. Scaleblade accepted without hesitation and was then trained mercilessly into a close combat killer.

After some time, she was released back to the Maximals who knew nothing of her betrayal. Scaleblade waited several weeks until she was cleared for active duty again. Once she knew they fully trusted her, she brutally slaughtered the youngest Maximal on board late one night before escaping and returning to the Predicon base.

Scaleblade crept silently in the shadows. It was dark, but she knew these halls all too well. Rounding the last corner, she approached her destination.
"Filthy Maximal scum," she seethed in her mind.
Scaleblade quietly slid aside the door and made her way inside, closing the door behind her. She made sure to lock it. She didn't want to be interrupted after all. Scaleblade glared at the sleeping form in front of her. Nightfury wasn't exactly her primary choice of a target, but it would have to do. There was no doubt in her mind that taking out the youngest would scar many of the Maximal's on board. She smirked.
In one fluid action, Scaleblade lept on top of the unaware youngling. The Maximal jolted awake, but Scaleblade's weight did nothing to allow him to budge and the hand over his vocolizer prevented him from crying out. Nightfury starred up at Scaleblade in utter horror, his terror only increasing as she unsheathed one of her daggers. The young Maximal struggled with all of his might but Scaleblade's tail tightened around his small body and halted all of his movements.
Scaleblade made sure to lock optics with the youngling.
"Don't worry," she whispered lowly, cooing sarcastically. "I'll make it as painful as possible."
Nightfury's optics widened even further before Scaleblade's dagger came down on him, ripping him into pieces slowly and painfully just as she promised. Once finished, Scaleblade slipped away just as silently as she had come, leaving the Maximals a bloodbath to clean up in the morning.

After many hours (or minutes)..I've edited Star's bio and added one info.

- Stats: Firepower edited from 1-9 to 1-8 because the firepower is like...quite close to a rocket launcher and the AA12's firepower also depends on what kind of bullet the user is using so yeah...Skill increased because she's a combat trainer and combat trainers are supposed to be skillful!

EDIT: *looks at Scale's bio* OHOHOHOHO!! Glowstick's gonna have more problems again! and Sonar might curse more (or maybe not for he lost it in season 2). He has enough insane femmes around. XD

Scaleblade looks like a fun character, but as we're about to enter season 2 there will be a n increase in the allowed stat points. As they are right now I only counted 43 points? Is the character going TM or remaining the way she is? Also I was wondering a bit about the speed of 7 for a cobra?

*gasp* I totally forgot to mention about that. In the rpg, we go by logic and facts. You could add additional info like beast mode speed. As for me I can add extra info of water speed since I have an aqua femme. (but I'm too lazy ) If you want to create another OC, you can only create a maximal. Each player are allowed to have two OCs.

@ Phoenix: she probably meant by the speed of her robot mode.

Oddly the speed of the robot mode isn't counted in the speed stat.. Weird, I know! They base the speed stat on how fast the vehicle/animal mode can move, since that's how most characters get around. But I'm sure most people consider the robot speed to be influenced by the beast/speed stat anyway.

OMG OMG PHOENIX! You've just gave me the most weird imagination! Imagine if a bot takes a tortoise for a beast mode, *gasp* he would be as slow as slag! XD HAHAHAHA LOLOLOL!!

But wait, isn't Halfshell from BeastWars II a turtle with legs and not flippers? He could still run faster than a tortoise! Weird. =|

@Phoenix: She will be a TM, although I still need to work out a new design for that. As for the speed, I was thinking in her robot mode sorry. .____.
I kept the stats so low because a lot of other rpg-ish things I've done in the past are very fussy about OCs having high points. I will definitively rework them if need be!

Glowstick is always going to have problems, it's the life of a Commanding officer in the Predacons that doesn't use fear to motivate his allies.

Lets see.. Stats wise I don't really see a problem. Weapons wise I'm surprised you didn't list Cybervenom or something like that considering she IS a Cobra. Weapons wise, no real problems there, I assume these bladed tonfa you talk about are kinda like Talim's from Soul Calibur, always found those kinda funny since training with them would probably get the user cut up (As a Tonfa practicer in real life anyway..) I'm assuming these assorted weapons you list are probably just lots of blades right? Probably the typical throwing knives like a Rogue.

Personality seems fine since it is a female Predacon. I think only problem is we wouldn't be able to do your backstory exactly how you post it, since some of those elements have already been done in the past.

I guess we'll start you as the usual Rank 6 and see how you progress.
