Gradually coming to, he heard his name called by Whitegrazer over his comm. link but it was faint to his temporarily incohorent hearing. Optimus slowly opened his eyes while they adjusted and groaned before finding Saber-Fang in front of him. "Saber-Fang?" he said softly. Then he remembered the last thing he saw between her and Inferno. "Are you all right?" Primal asked with concern. She looked pretty beat up, even for being in her beast form. But it seemed like she was there to guard him. Why hadn't Megatron finished him off when he had the chance? Gripping his sword in his hand and pushing himself up, using the boulder he slammed into for assistance, the gorilla slowly got to his feet and peered around the saber tooth cat to find Dinobot battling Megatron, both in their beast modes. That answered his question. However, the last time Optimus faced the Predacon leader in beast mode, he nearly lost a limb, so he grew weary of the raptor fighting the t-rex in the same condition. At least in his alternative form, Primal could still grasp weapons and anything else he needed in order to stop his opponent, and he had the strength to toss Megatron around. It was a tramendous advantage; not so much the same for Dinobot, though."Optimus? Optimus?"
The Maximal commander began shivering again. Even though his clone was unconscious, although he was not aware of that yet, the ice on the alien's body could still be felt through their link. The hand holding his blade trembled lightly. It was such an odd sensation. His other shoulder throbbed as his severe wound still sparked a little, but Optimus seemed to be ignoring it. Either that, or the coldness he was enduring was helping to numb the pain.
The Vok clone didn't move. He laid there silent and frozen."Sorry, you were about to say something?"
"Are you sure that is such a good idea, Whitegrazer?" questioned Tigatron. "Perhaps we should keep him unconscious and retrieve the transwarp device while we have the chance."
Standing next to Whitegrazer and Primal's clone with his gun targeting the alien, Tigatron glanced over at Feralnight when she transformed and approached them. "Tarantulas has retreated? It would seem Megatron is outnumbered," he pointed out."Hopefully the other Predacons above ground stay back for a while." "Ugh beast mode."

Rattrap was grateful that Orcariner had grabbed him and pulled him out so quickly. "What're you smilin' about?" he asked him, looking at him eye to eye as the goopy mud slid off of his now very dirty fur. Grabbing Orcariner's wrist, the rodent quickly crawled up his arm to his shoulder and then hopped off, landing on the solid ground.
He wasn't expecting anything to come out and actually grab the large Maximal. He watched in horror as the bot who just saved him was now the one who needed saving. "I told ya ta stay where you were!" the rat hissed, but it didn't help anyone. Quickly, he maximized."Are you al-"
Actually, that wasn't a bad idea. For a Predacon."Could somebody go check if the cave-in was too much for us to grab one of those severed tentacles? They should be sturdy enough for us to haul Ocariner out with."
By herself? Was that so safe? The Rattrap looked at Airazor, but she left too quickly for him to object."I''ll go!"
Rattrap turned around to watch Rhinox, Orcariner and Steelclaw. Unfortunately, it didn't look like Big O's gravity lifts were powerful enough to get him out. Slag!Use your gravity lifts to keep yourself from being pulled in, you might even be able to get out of the quicksand with them!
"It's on me!"
The bear's shot nearly made Rattrap deaf. What the heck had he just fired?!"Uh... sink this?"
The Maximal spy swiftly picked up one of Steelclaw's shells on the ground, glancing at it before storing it away for later examination and then looking back at the creature and its victim. "I ain't goin' no where without Orcariner!" Rattrap shouted, waiting to see if the whale-sized Maximal could free himself."The bullets work," "All Maximals, run while you can."
"Where are ya, Airazor?! We need dat tentacle!" he called back through the tunnel to her.
