Hm.. well to that level? No. Nobody's had a level 10 firepower yet with only 5 for endurance, though in the case of Glowstick having such a variety of settings for his lasers anyway, probably wont SEE level 10 damage done unless fighting a crowd or someone with heavy defenses. Just like how he doesn't usually turn his sword on unless it's a last resort currently. But with his speed, reach, and variablity.. he's probably the only character that can get into melee fights with almost everybody, excluding Frilla because.. he would feel bad attacking a 4 ft 4 librarian, he's not Manterror.*L*
