I'm currently using it to run both my MSN and AIM accounts, but it can also handle ICQ, YIM, and IRC as well.
Comes in two varieties, Pro and Basic. Pro costs cash, Basic doesnt. Presumably Pro can do more but Basic covers what I need.
Why use it? Well instead of having AIM and MSN messengers both open at the same time and having to fiddle about with both of them, I simply open trillian and it connects through that instead.
All connections can be handled seperately within Trillian, meaning I can choose to appear offline on my MSN account and Online on my AIM account.
