Starshadow felt a sharp pain on her back and felt something was on her skin.
"RAOWR!! RAAAAAAOOOWWW!!! SLAGGING PIT!!" she pulled out the dart that was on her back and looked at it, then to Sonar.
"You dare.." the angry cat aimed her gun at the bat. She was not going tolerate his nonsense. She would kill him before the effect of the liquid starts to occur.
"I won't be grateful for this." she fired her gun.

Sonar raised an eye brow at Starshadows' reaction."RAOWR!! RAAAAAAOOOWWW!!! SLAGGING PIT!!"
Sonar proformed a barrel roll to avoid Starshadow's blast, the second he was on his feet, he fired two more darts."You dare.." "I won't be grateful for this."

Wintersong watched Glowstick as he fired and looked to the steaming ice and water, her ears going back against her head. He wanted them to retreat? The tigress merely growled, "Sorry squid face but this kitty doesn't run from a challenge!" She replied and transformed snarling and bolted forward, "Wintersong maximize!" With a leap she transformed, aiming to tackle Glowstick and hopefully give time for the others to get there.

Snow Trix watched and chuckled, "This cat is going to be on ice by the time we're done." She said to herself and began to move around, trying to take aim at TIgatron and get a clear shot.

Feralnight looked to Icebreaker with concern, "This can't be good." She began to pick up the pace and ran as fast as her form would allow, hating that the wind prevented her from being able to fly. Shaking her head Feralnight squinted her eyes bit against the snow hoping their comrades would be able to hold on.

As Wintersong went for the tackle on Glowstick, he simply allowed it. His legs swung around her waist as he fell backwards, his back squid arms grabbing the ice and using her momentum to flip Wintersong and slam her into the ice with Glowstick straddling her waist, his chest squid arms pressing down on her arms with a pair of arms from his back wrapping around her arms, the two sets left wrapping around her legs leaving her effectively pinned. Glowstick then caressed one of his feeder tentacles across her cheek looking down at her which felt velvety but very slimey and warm. He then raised the tentacle as a disgusting slime like noise came from the photophore as it moved with the wide black iris looking down at her like a glowing eyeball, the dark center starting to glow Cute but crazy.. My offer still stands pussycats, You should just retreat.
(And for the record, yes Glowstick is intentionally trying to be as creepy as possible to try to intimidate them into retreating.)

((OOC: Sorry if this is long, but I have two more exams to study for and four labs to prepare for this week. I'm just going to try and cover enough ground so that my inactivity for the next few days won't stall the RPG. If there's anything that's fishy about my post, then go ahead and ignore it and I'll edit it when I have time ))
Orcariner kicked away and proceeded to swim forward towards his destination. The blips on his radar still showed that the Maximals and Predacons were having a stand-off and none of them seemed to be moving. Icebreaker and Feralnight had some terrain to cross and he could barely fathom what the weather conditions would be like. Something else caught his eye.
"Whoah," he said.
In the distance, there was a small pod of killer whales swimming about. Orcariner pushed forward and gained as much speed as he could muster. It appeared to be a relatively small group as opposed to the one he encountered when he had first arrived on this planet. He counted four adults and two calves. It was the first time he saw the latter and they surprisingly looked more like delphinidae than whales. His registry brought up twenty-three calls that his species would use. Orcariner was hesitant to make contact, however, as the data that Cybertron had on otherworldly creatures came from early adventurers like the Autobots. He had no idea what time period nor what planet they were visiting, so the calls could have been either outdated or too futuristic. He decided to try a safe greeting and sang the tune. One of the orca turned to face him and that was when Orcariner realized just how big these creatures could get.
I probably look like an adolescent or young adult in their eyes, he thought.
Despite his Cybertronian anatomy, the adults alone would probably be capable of inflicting extensive damage to him should they feel threatened. After all, they outnumbered him and appeared to be highly protective of their young ones. Orcariner chose not to continue his attempt to communicate with these animals and proceeded towards the crash site. The orca pod returned to their journey to the west and soon disappeared from sight. His tail continued to kick and his thoughts once more carried him away.
I've had my fair share of travels here, but even now I find myself amazed by the very species my beast mode is based off of. The crew was supposed to journey across the stars and research these kinds of things, but the Beast Wars have distracted them from their original purpose. This crazy pursuit of Megatron made us forget at times who we are and what we were built for. Maybe I should ask Optimus to just let some of us take a week off and explore. I don't know how, but I'm sure that we'll get back to Cybertron one way or another. We might as well bring back something to show for our stay here.
He chuckled, releasing some bubbles from his mouth as he did so.
I kind of forgot why I was in this war to begin with. I'm not an explorer, I'm a... well... I'm a potential-candidate-for-Imperial-Peace-Marshal. I guess I should start considering myself part of Optimus Primal's group of scientists and researchers. After all, there's no point in playing body guard for a pod that's not even...
Orcariner stopped swimming.
Oh sla- I mean, oh no, he thought, What the heck happened to X? Is he still up there with the rest of them? What if he burned up in the atmosphere? That would mean I wouldn't have to bother providing escort for his pod. What if he crashed when we crashed and is secretly roaming this planet?
Being on Primal's team for so long made the killer whale forget his original task which was assigned by the Maximal Council. It was supposed to be the easiest job ever that would help boost his resume. Depth Charge did all of the hard work. Orcariner just had to sit in the cargo bay and stare at a tightly locked stasis pod that held a protoform that was not even armed. The Axalon would deposit the pod on some rock and then the mighty Maximal would go back home humming his favorite tunes.
"Uuugggghhh," he groaned, "How did we get ourselves into this mess? I can't believe I lost the one thing that can't even move. I really need to 'thank' Megatron for all of this the next time I see him."
If the Maximals somehow made it home and Orcariner did not provide proof that his task was complete, then he would receive a reprimand from both the council and his former teacher. The one mission that was supposed to send his resume through the roof was now the one that will toss it into the Pit. The killer whale was thankful that his sensors suddenly beeped in rapid successions. He needed to take his mind off this.
"Looks like the pod is pretty close. Maximize!"
Transforming into robot mode, the fans in Orcariner's body vents pushed him to the ice overhead. The layer was now thicker than it was back at the felines' position, but nonetheless, Orcariner proceeded to dig his way through it with little effort. Climbing out, he took caution and tested the ground with his left foot. After several taps, he figured it would be best to stick to his gravity lifts. Transforming back into his killer whale form, the Maximal proceeded to float through the snow and checked his radar for progress. The fallen vessel was not very far and as he approached it, Orcariner was able to make out a white lump sticking out of the ice.
"Maximize!" he commanded once more.
Slowly walking to the odd protrusion, Orcariner took his hand and rubbed the object. The snow was easily cleaned off, revealing black metal underneath which was still encased in ice. The fact that is was frozen over made the task much more difficult than it should have been for Orcariner. Grunting, the giant struggled to pull the object out of the ice but eventually succeeded.
"No wonder," he panted, "Over half of it was below water. I should have swam underneath it and tackled the piece of tin out."
Taking another look at this discovery, Orcariner had a puzzled look on his face. Perhaps it was due to him not actually being inside of the Axalon's bridge at the time of detection, but he was under the assumption that this was supposed to be a pod or container of some sort. On the contrary, this entire object appeared to be a body of a transformer.
"Well hello, Big Bertha," he said with a look of surprise, "I was certainly not expecting this. Anyway, let's give you a look and see why you're in the state that you are. Hmm, it seems that the sub-zero temperatures here are an obvious factor for you not being up and about. Well, maybe that's not exactly the case here."
Orcariner zoomed his optics in for a closer look. It was difficult to see fine detail through the layer of ice even if it was very thin. However, some features were hard not to miss.
"Battle scars, much?" he noted, "I'm guessing someone or something put you offline."
He took some quick registers of her physical identity.
"Sheer size would indicate that you are either large for our generation, or one of the smaller ones of our predecessors. Chest plate says that you're either female or a very unfortunate male. No signs of firearms so those were either lost in combat or you're close quarters specific."
Orcariner continued to give the unknown robot full body search for any clues on who it was and where it came from. He did not recognize this one from the archives but that could simply be due to its current condition. One feature did catch his eye, however. It was hard to make out but the Maximal unsheathed one of his energo blade and proceeded to gradually defrost that particular spot. As soon as he was done, Orcariner's jaw dropped.
"That's not good."
He was looking at a Decepticon.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
"How did you? When did you?"
Words were at a loss for him.
"Nevermind," he grumbled.
The energon radation was getting to him and Terrorsaur did not want to lay there and discuss this situation with someone like Tarantulas. The spider scared him enough when he was in one piece. Grabbing his lower half, Terrorsaur quickly twisted some wires together and latched together whatever hinges he could find. It was messy and he knew that half of these field repairs were wrong, but as long he could transform and fly back to their base, he was fine.
"Beast mode!"
The transformation was not a pretty sight. His chest cavity was not even completely seal and wires and broken metal jutted out from these gaps. He squawked in pain but proceeded to flap his wings to gain altitude. Optimus Primal may have won once again, but Terrorsaur will have his revenge some day.
"Acknowledged, over and out."NaitoKage wrote: I think Feralnight and I will continue on ahead. You should check out what fell, you might have a better understanding of it then me, plus Tigatron said he was on thin ice anyway.

Wintersong growled in surprise but before she could get Glowstick off his tentacles plus being straddled prevented her from moving, hardly at least. Struggling the tigress tried bucking him off or pulling her arms to try and get free yet couldn't help shuddering in disgust as his feeder tentacle touched her cheek, "Ugh, your gross." She growled, face showing a disgusted look and glaring back up at Glowstick, "In fact I would rather die in battle then run away a coward!" With a odd sound coming from her throat she spat out some 'spit' at Glowstick's optics and again tried to get free.

Glowstick simply let out a sigh, the spit in his optics had no effect as his optics were used to fluid on them. I offered a peaceful solution. Very well. Hope you brought your swim fins.. the large beak on his chest opened letting out a loud creepy hiss , he then lifted his feeder tentacles firing his lasers into the ice cutting and shattering the ice around him dropping both into the waters bellow. Glowstick's tentacles pulled away from Wintersong as he started to float back from her, watching her sink.
The water felt cold on his skin, but he didn't have as much of a problem as the others, it strangely felt good since it'd been so rare for him to even go into water, but this was not a moment to enjoy.

Wintersong looked at where the laser hit and her Spark nearly seemed to stop as they suddenly went into the icy water, for Wintersong being the second time. Trying very hard not to take a breathe she felt the freezing temperatures beginning to take affect, feeling her breathe was about gone. But even with being able to swim it was proving difficult before she got to the surface trying to get a deep breathe.

Glowstick watched amused as Wintersong swam to the surface, then swung one of his tentacles out wrapping it around her leg, his voice then heard on her radio in a disturbingly dark but calm tone A promise is a promise... the sound of a hiss then came from the radio as the tentacle then started to pull her into the water, his shoulder vents opening to full as his water jet drive worked in reverse forcing Glowstick down into the water.
In the distance, Icebreaker was seen running as fast as he could, seeming to skip as sometimes the ice would break under his feet in small holes.

Starshadow snarled as two more darts hit her shoulders. The effects was taking its place. Her vision was blurry then faded into black.
"Why are you..." Before she could finish, the catbot fell on the ground, defeated as her optics lost its bright light.

He removed the darts the picked her up, carrying her bridal style. He quickly took to the skies and headed toward the Predacon base.
He knelt down beside her. "Trust me, your better off not knowing.""Why are you..."

Wintersong had reached for the ice before she heard Glowstick, with a loud yelp she was pulled down and beneath the surface. Looking down where Glowstick was headed panic began to take affect and Wintersong tried to think fast looking for a way to get free but she wouldn't have long before they would be int he dark deep, already the water getting colder. Looking at her leg she then decided on one thing and let her claws come from the tip of her fingers, glaring at Glowstick though her sight was becoming blurry.
'Hope this works.' She thought and leaned down slightly slashing her hand down to slash through the tentacle, hoping to make Glowstick at least let go.

Nightmist tilted her head as she gazed upon the new maximal in front of her, her tools still in her hands as she continued the repairs. She had not expected the creature to still be awake after everything she'd been through, but the fact she was indeed talking to her was a very good sign she would recover completely from her injuries."What's your name, Maximal?" she asked.
"Try not to move," the medic advised, taking note of the other Maximals approaching their location but without looking up from her work at this point, "You're safe now." Her voice had a very soothing, caring, and reassuring quality to it.
"My name is Nightmist," she continued, adding a smile. "You managed yourself quite well out there." She hesitated for a moment, just as she finished up part of the repairs. "I don't think I caught your name?"
---------------------
Although her icy tomb had gotten disturbed by the Maximal whale, Nemesis remained perfectly still. Her face, although not seen as easily from Orcariner's point of view, was expressionless, her eyes were dark and did not reveal any signs of life. The body as a whole bore signs of a severe battle, yet a majority of the 20 ft female remained intact.
Even in this state, however, the Decepticon appeared quite threatening, holding a certain demeanor of pride and superiority commonly seen among the Decepticon fighters. It was evident that this metallic creature could pose a huge threat if ending up in the wrong hands, even in a deactivated state.

Glowstick's tentacle suddenly uncoiled from her leg at the sudden scratch, having dragged her far enough down to reveal ice structures surrounding her, the only sources of light from the holes in the surface which seemed more distant and small,as well as Glowstick himself. Glowstick's lights suddenly disappeared as he started to move in the darkness, then started to glow again appearing beside her. It was clearly obvious his movements underwater were far superior. He then spoke in the same errie calm voice which seemed to sound rather clear without any disturbances from the water. You brought this on yourself.. This isn't even a glimpse of what I awoke to.. you need to go farther.. where no light will shine.. of course even if you start swimming now.. will you make it to the surface? If you just end this, I'll take you there.. he then chuckled darkly, his shining body seeming to disappear into the dark waters again.
On the surface, Tigatron and the others were able to notice their comlinks working again, as radio waves don't work past certain depths being absorbed and interfered with by water.
