Cyclops
A cosplay done by JazZeke, one of our members here, portraying the X-Men leader known as Cyclops. I pretty much added the city-on-fire effects as a background and the optic blast. If you couldn't tell by the exposure, Arizona's sunlight is really bright. I spent a lot of time using the burn tool to darken him to match the background.
