Sonar", Steelclaw spoke into his radio, "you're a flier. Can you forget the cheetah, and give their flier some trouble?"

Sonar raised an eye brow then smiled.
"Sorry, Steelclaw. But i take orders from you. and i have better things to do." Sonar replied then went into his beast mode and took off.

Icebreaker transformed to penguin mode, then rushed along on his belly following Ocariner into the water with a loud crash, he then swam along following the whale.

Glowstick pulled StarShadow up and over his shoulders, his shoulder tentacles wrapping around her as he floated higher into the air. He floated in an arch as he moved her from the area, he noticed the shot coming from Steelclaw, then pointed his tentacles out as the optical iris opened on them, then fired two wide shots towards Valkyrie in an attempt to blind her in enveloping light.

Glowstick activated his radio I'll try to take her optics out while we regroup, nail her with that thing!

Valkyrie spotted Steelclaw and took position high above him.
Her eagle eyes noticed him aiming his weapon on her, and while checking out the locations of the other Predacons she calculated the best way to have him dance.
She also saw Glowstick taking care of Starshadow, while Sonar left on his own.

"Please go away." he stated blandly, though loudly as he fired on Valkyrie.

"Not before you go first!" was her response to Steelclaws blunt remark.

The Squid fired a few shots on her as well, but they weren't on a course to hit her, and she thought it was a good strategy to keep her into place to take Steelclaw's shots. Not considering the fact that had more aerial skills besides flying fast in the skies.
So the only one staying at his position was the bear.... Time to change that....
She transformed to robot mode ,folded her wings onto her back and dove down straight into the path of the charge that came from Steelclaws weapons.
The charges fired fired from Glowstick lost their effect as she chose not to leave her current path.
The charges where bright, but where to far away to cause her blindness.
However, it was a pain, as they irritated her optics.

Valkyrie suddenly unfolded her wings as the charges came from Steelclaw came closer, and started twirling around her axes.
When she was moved far enough to get passed the charge without colliding with it, she folder her wings on her back again and continued to pick up speed.
She passed the charge rapidly, and unfolded her wings again, and stopped her decent.
Then she fired 4 missiles at the large Predacon.

Glowstick turned off his lasers as the spotlight effect wasn't working, Glowstick made his course towards Valkyrie and Steelclaw, making note to avoid the continuous particle beam emitting from Steelclaw's arm.

He closed in from the distance reaching for his back drawing his sword holding it towards the side,slime seen dripping along the edge in a thick glob. Great.. this battle is messed up, the bat is useless, the cat is trashed..It may be my fault.. but you idiots don't understand team work or battle structure.

Glowstick then lowered to the ground, his back tentacles carefully putting StarShadow down Allow me to show you.. His teal optics then flared as the multiple points on his body glowed brightly, his audio system starting to play "Justiφ's" rather loudly in a distracting manner.


(Heh.. about that. Sonar kinda.. completely destroyed that ship. Thus why Glowstick attempted to assassinate Valkyrie with his Laser pointer of death while the other predacons were leaving.. unfortunately for them that sort of fired them all up to commence battle. )

Sorry, Steelclaw. But I don't take orders from you, and I have better things to do.

"Firstly, it was just a suggestion." Steelclaw responded pointedly, "I try not to give orders."

Then the missiles started shooting at him. He quickly rolled away as far as he could while the missiles were coming, but their explosive nature ensured that he was still scorched a little. It could have been worse.

So, she was actually fast enough, with her mind, and flight, to avoid the PPC beam wherever it went. That meant she was one of the few who was actually best attacked with a less predictable attack pattern. The PPC's existence, apparently, was actually telling her where Steelclaw's aim was. So he would have to use the shotgun.

"Secondly," he said in his com-link as he folded his PPC back in and pulled out his gauss rifle, "you came to the battle yourself. If you have better things to do..." He pumped his gun, and selected the incendiary rounds to load in. "You've picked a great time do decide so."

Seeing Valkyrie diving for him, Steelclaw pointed his gun straight at her and fired. She was probably going to dodge, even though she would hardly be able to see the round coming for her. So he quickly pumped, and shot off another round. And then he repeated the process, over and over again. He didn't know if she was capable of dodging a swarm of bullets, but he sure hoped she wouldn't be.

The bat had left Cheetor alone, so he was finally happy to follow Valkyrie's command. But not before shooting off three more blasts.

"Beast mode!" he shouted. Then he ran off along the river.

"Firstly, it was just a suggestion." "I try not to give orders."

"Well it sounded like you were giving orders." Sonar replied.

"Secondly," you came to the battle yourself. If you have better things to do..." "You've picked a great time do decide so."

Sonar just chuckled.
"Oh, by the way. What kind of Predicon are you? No Predicon says "please" a Maximal would say that, your not a Maximal... are you?" Sonar asked with a smirk still flying away.

Valkyrie saw Steelclaw switch armaments, and so now aimed a projectile at her.
She saw his movement clearly as she was way closer now then before she dove down.
The Maximal eagle smirked slightly at the attempts of her opponent to shoot her down with a gauss rifle, and soon a few shots where fired.
She reacted quickly and fired 2 missiles down at the Predacon again, but with a different goal.
The missiles collided both with a projectile from Steelclaws gauss rifle, causing another explosion.
All projectiles where blown off course, with one exception and took a charge in her left shoulder.

The explosion slowed her decent significantly, and also took her form from Steelclaws vision.
Valkyrie landed roughly in front of Steelclaw with a smile.
"To slow....."
With that said, she fired 2 other missiles at Steelclaw quickly.

((The Maximals and Predacons here need a reason to engage again later, so if Sonar took something valuable from the ship before blowing it up, it would be a reason for the Maximals to chace the Preds.
Or the Maximals could find something that would draw the Predacons interests, so they could attack the Maximals while they are in the ships area.
Personally i like the first option, as the Maximals could pull a Blitzkrieg style attack on the Preds as they rest on the way to the Darkside.
Whether the Preds or Maxi's win, it should be fun.

Also, Naito, help the Steelclaw out and force Valkyrie to retreat. Which was actually the point. ^^))

Steelclaw hadn't been in his agency on Cybertron for no reason at all.

Upon seeing the missiles head for him, he immediately blasted one out of the air with his PPC. But the missiles had been, after all, traveling at the impressive speed that missiles do tend to travel at, and the second one landed straight in his right hip.

"Ah!" he shouted as a fireball erupted and he was thrown, spinning, back into a tree. But even in his agony, he was thinking. Upon landing, he pulled out his sniper rifle, which did have a bullet chambered from the last time he had put it away. He hoisted himself to lean against the tree he had hit, and then trained his gun on Valkyrie. There was no use seeing whether or not he could walk, since his mobility was not important.

"My ever dangerous opponent..." he began, knowing that Valkyrie wouldn't come close to being flattered. She would, however, find the greeting unusual, and there were few things better to relieve tension than to focus a person on specifically strange character traits. Or maybe it was just fun.

"Look," he said, before grunting in pain as he stood higher against the tree. His hip felt like it was on fire, and the fur around it actually was smoldering a little bit. "You could probably twitch and get off the ground, but then I'd likely take your head off. In the same moment, you'd send missiles my way, we'd both end up in stasis lock, I might even die, and even if I didn't, when we'd wake up in our respective restoration chambers, we'd both hate each other. Can we please talk about why we're here?" he asked.

Glowstick rushed towards Valkyrie from behind, his long feeder tentacle arm extending as he lashed out towards her back like a whip with the sword, on contact the trigger being squeezed to discharge poison slime from the blade in an arc with the cutting motion.

His tentacle then pulled back as he stopped still out of direct melee range of the bird warrior.

Orcariner proceeded to swim through the opposing river currents, making his way towards the direction of the crashed ship. It was not too far from their location, but he still kept himself out of sight from the continuing battle behind him. The killer whale reached a fork in the river and picked the right path. It would bring him around the LZ but at least his approach from the other side would go unnoticed by any stray glances from the skirmish.

Valkyrie leaped up, making a backwards summer salt, and landed on all fours, dodging Glowstick's attack from behind her.
That was to close for comfort.
She was obviously relieved to heard his moment behind her as he charged at her.
The Maximal flier was fortunate her systems didn't crash yet do to the limitations her body had compared with her advanced spark, and didn't think it would be rewarded in tempting fate any further.
Time to fall back as well, she thought. Her teammates had enough time to leave the range of the battlefield, and now its time to fall back herself.
She fired 2 missiles at the ground in front of Glowstick and Steelclaw.
Valkyrie used the dust to shield her escape from the vision of her opponents.
She transformed quickly to her beastmode, and flew into the cover of the trees, and took of towards the point where she had told the others to fall back to.

Glowstick swung up his arm as his laser fired, slicing the missiles in half having them explode just above himself and Steelclaw. He growled watching Valkyrie fly off, then turned off his sound system and swung his sword to the side as slime flung off it cleanly.

He shealthed his blade, starting to notice night was now upon them. He walked towards StarShadow lifting her up again onto his shoulders, then walked towards Steelclaw Looks like your hip rotator took a hit.. I better get you two out of here..
