How it's going to start...

Okay, the 'Rewrite the Beast Wars' idea seems to have won, unless I've missed something and been reading all the posts wrong XP

So...I looked back at (I think it was) Razor's comment about having a rescue ship arrive during/after/instead of the probe disappearing in 'The Probe', seeing as the stasis pod deal's been done to death.

So I was wondering if we wanted to start from the beginning.......which would take absolutely ages, and since we can only have one OC, I know for a fact those who plan on having them come to Earth on the rescue craft (i.e. MOI) will die of boredom or at the hand of impatience XD

My suggestions are:

[Plan A]
-Either start from episode 1, thus giving OC players ad (mostly) canon player to get to grips with their characterisation. And following that, skip a couple of episodes like 'The Web'...(personal preference snuck in there. You see, I didn't much like that ep X8)

[Plan B]
-Or, start a few eps before' The Probe', and then the OC rescuers can arrive and begin mixing with the rest of the characters sooner rather than later. We could even have said 'eps' that did not necesrarily happen 'on-camera', if you know what I mean. Like, what did Rhinox do about something or other after this episode?



The reason I suggest these is because: RPS TAKE TIME. Trust me...

Hang on, I lied. I know we have audition mods, and also wonderful BWInt mods, but perhaps we'll need someone to keep an eye on the RPG itself? I'll volunteer, as I've done it before. You can even borrow my rule book if you like XD *Ceasing ego inflation NOW*

We'l need an audition date as well, right? (Omg, PLEASE don't make it the 19th Dec...I have a REAL audition on that day for University! O-O)

I'm going with Plan A,personaly,because it would be fun to start ading some elements to the story from the begining.

Yeah, I picked plan A as well. It would give people enough to time to get the hang of RPing as a certain characters and I think it gives everyone more of achance to get some character development in.

Picked Plan A because I'd like Agui to have arrived as part of the awake crew. But if that's not how it turns out, I won't really mind either way.

I went for Plan A as well.

If we're going the rescue craft route, we could have two semi-seperate RP threads, one on Earth Focusing on the Beast Wars, another on Cybertron leading up to selection of the crew for the rescue craft and being sent off.

That way those that want to play their OC's get to do so without being bored while they wait for a piece of the action.
