Ah, but of course. Good old Pennsylvania is where I live. The state with the worst roads that are never repaired until it looks like an earthquake has broken them. And the "candles-in-the-windows" state.
Hey, could be worse. Here in Michigan we get roads (both old-broken and roads that don't need it) that have construction barrels set up, and then the construction cars stay in their same position for months! Road work is horrible in Michigan.
And, I have second dibs. She can ship to you first.
