While not itself Beast Wars-related, I figure it's close enough to the point it could be a partial homage.
Pics surfaced today of Terradive, a deluxe Decepticon jet in an upcoming wave of the new Transformers line:

There's the face, the round lower arms, the plane bits that look like fins in robot mode... oh yeah, and the TRIDENT.
There's already tons of calls to give this guy a Depth Charge redeco.
Someone paint this guy up as Depth Charge NAOW....
